Called this location at about 9:30am on a Sunday. They let me know that I could drop my car off to…read moreinvestigate the "Check Emission System" notification that I was getting. Dropped it off at 10:30am and was assisted by Kevin who was friendly. Called them at 4pm to check in on the status. They informed me that there was a leak in the EVAP system but they could not identify exactly where the leak was and they needed to do a smoke test but would need more time to do it. They asked me to leave it overnight, however, I had to go to work on Monday. So I ended up dropping it back off 7am on Tuesday. Called them at 4:15pm that afternoon to check in on the status. Daniel the manager told me that they did not perform the smoke test. I asked why it was not done since that's the whole reason why I brought it back and left it there for 9 hours. He said he didn't know why the mechanic didn't do it but if I leave it overnight then he will waive the diagnostic fee (~$120). So I left it overnight and used my husbands car to go to work on Wednesday. On Wednesday, my husband called them at 4:45pm and they suspected it was the gas cap that was causing the error message. They were trying to locate the correct gas cap that comes from the dealership. Finally, on Thursday morning we went to pick up my car and they said the gas cap was going to take about a week to come in. So we ended up taking my car and getting the gas cap from the Honda dealership. Although they didn't make me pay for the diagnostic fee, it was still not an ideal experience and seems like it was unnecessarily delayed with poor communication.

This was a huge surprise after having intersected with the complete opposite with the TiresPlus on Conway road. She answered my questions promptly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get a new set of tires put on. After coming in, she was just as pleasant and genuine in person. A time and amount was quoted to get the tires put on and it was done. The tires were a good deal as well. After my horrible experience with the tires plus on Conway I almost wrote off the whole brand, but she mended the view I had of Tires Plus. If only all shops had someone like Renada. Found this place by their mail ads for a $30 full synthetic oil change and was happy to get exactly…read morethat when I took one of my vehicle. If your car takes more than the standard 5 quarts then you pay more than $30 but still less than anywhere else. They'll also do an full inspection of your vehicle and notify you of any recommended repairs and prices are fair, the only downside of this place is that they don't let you keep the printout of suggested repairs. I understand that it's not a paid diagnostic so if they don't want to send out their quotes out with you that's alright (though everywhere else does), but they should provide a printout without the prices so that you can come back and do repairs in parts if you can't afford to do them all at once. Other than that, the service and communication here is exceptional the waiting area is nice with coffee, water, and other refreshments. Will definitely keep coming back!
