Took it for a test drive, everything turned out smooth and proceeded with the purchase. They told me that the service desk would call me within a week for the windshield. 1-2 Weeks go past no call from the service desk. I call no answer multiple times. About 2-3 weeks after i had purchased the vehicle the siding started to come off. Took it to my uncle who is a mechanic and said they just glued it on. All the clips were missing so they just glued it to the door. This past week I had went on vacation. Drove to South Carolina for 6 days and then Virginia for 2 days. As I got to Virginia it had started to downpour. As i was getting off the highway I heard a noise that wasn't occurring at all until then. I thought it the suitcases in the back of my car until my boyfriend told me to pull over. I pulled over and my bumper is dragging on the road hanging by a thread. Glue all over the inside of it. Again, instead of replacing the part they just slapped on some glue and called it a day. This is my first time ever purchasing a car. The most terrible experience and service I have ever received. A former employee told me that they had repainted the car on the passenger side and the back of it after i had bought the car. I looked on Carfax to see if the car had been in an accident but nothing showed nor did the dealership tell me. All they told me was that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Do not waste your money to this company. They are just a bunch of crooks and liars who do it all for the money!

Right after I got off the phone with him the driver, a nice man named Ryan, called me to let me know he was on his way and would be there in about 40 minutes. Not even 5 minutes after that I learned that I learned that I left my wallet at home. I called the dispatch office and told them the situation and that I needed to cancel the tow. I was then rudely told that I had greatly inconvenienced them and that there was a dispatch fee. Ok, understandable. What wasn't understandable was the fee was $50. The driver could not have been 10 minutes out and as traffic was, not far from the office. I asked what the fee included. The dispatch man (same one as before) rudely listed off a list of things. 1. fee for gas 2. fee for the drivers time 3. fee for CLICKING ON THE AD to call them. I told the man that I did not click on any ad and that I found the number online. When I searched for towing companies on the computer the number automatically came up and I called from my phone. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and had clicked on the ad and that it cost money to run the ad so I had to pay for it. I told him that I had no problem paying a fee because I did understand that I caused them an inconvenience but that I considered $50 a ridiculous amount. He told me I could pay it or he would call the police. He said that any call for service was a binding contract but I could try my luck with the police. I told him to never mind it because by then 15 minutes had passed and the tow driver was almost there and that I would figure something out. I ended up getting my vehicle towed and had to use my boyfriend's card. At first Ryan told me their card machine was down and that I should have been told that over the phone. (I was not) I convinced him to try it and thankfully it worked. The only redeeming quality of the whole horrible experience was that Ryan was very kind and acomidating. He was able to take $20 off my bill for the horrible service but all in all I would not use this company again.

When they told me the car needed new pads and rotors, I informed them that I was also hearing a knocking noise coming from the front of my vehicle. I was informed that this was because of the pads and rotors needing replaced. The two weeks after my appointment, the knocking noise got worse to the point that I did not feel safe having me or my wife drive the vehicle as I worried it was a problem with the suspension. I had the vehicle towed to a different Kia dealership where they informed me that my outside tie rod was "completely worn out and showing excessive play" and that it should not have passed inspection. In addition to this, 3 lug nuts were missing from my tire. They were either not tightened properly or left off altogether. When trying to contact the service of department of Century III Kia following this incident to see if they would be able to correct their mistake, they have been unresponsive and not returned my calls.

We finally just took the car even though they worked on the car interior with dirty hands leaving marks all over. They didn't even replace the sunroof with the original part which is the reason to go to a dealership. Shortly later the sunroof doesn't even open properly and makes a loud noise as well as says it is not fully closed. We contacted them again trying to get them to fix the noise since they were who replaced it and are quoting 2800 dollars. HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I again try to make a purchase of a 2024 Ford Bronco with Dollar Bank Financing that has not arrived yet and I am still waiting on. I have had many calls from Carvana employees requesting a copy of the back and front of a check that I would not receive since the check would go to Carvana and the title would go to the bank and the vehicle would come to my home address where I would then start payment to the bank. I am very frustrated, confused and upset that I have been mis-lead concerning Carvana purchase and delivery to my home and driveway. I am ocd about paperwork but they sent me messages in the middle of my work day so i had no notice and only a matter of a few hours to get it done but i did it and then they didnt review it in time so i was already getting frustrated. Took their crappy loan when i am far more qualified for better rates just to get the car because i figured i would refinance it and save the headache of prearranging financing. Mind you this was 4 days before the car was supposed to be delivered. Now its about 12 hours before my delivery window is scheduled and these psychos message me and tell me after their "rigorous" inspection of my nearly new car they found something wrong and it will be two weeks before i get it. Am i supposed to trust the quality of this car now?!? Their AI customer service is a joke and wont give me any details on what the issue is or where the hell my car is at currently. I have a loan, i have insurance, but i don't have a car. Get the pleasure of calling them tomorrow where i am sure i will get more patronizing condescension and no results when i demand a manager. I hate going to car dealerships to buy a car but at least after a dealer lies to your face you still leave with your car THAT day. I get the joy of feeling car buying rage for the next two weeks to probably get stuck with a 2024 lemon. Carvana has no shame. Where TF is your task timer carvana?!??!
