I interviewed several companies for our complete backyard remodel, and it was apparent from the beginning that Sean was the best. He came up with a creative design for our backyard that provided more privacy; an entertainment space with a bar, tv, fire pit; and an outdoor kitchen. He asks questions to understand what your needs are and how you envision yourself using your yard to come up with a 3-D rendering of your ideal space. Sean has an eye for design and thinks of the big picture and the small details. We had to wait several months for the crew to start, but in my mind that was a good sign that Envirogreen was well sought after. They were worth the wait! Envirogreen has their own crews, instead of a bunch of subcontractors. Their crew, led by Abraham, was punctual, reliable, and hardworking. They showed up 5-6 days a week and worked long days until our project was complete. This kind of work ethic and reliability is so rare these days. Sean communicated with us throughout the entire process and his insights allowed us to make some decisions to improve the original plan as needed (i.e.- installed one bigger propane tank to serve our smoker, grill, fire pit, and indoor stove instead of added another smaller one). From the moment we met him, we knew he was going to be the contractor we chose for a full landscape design and implementation from a straight dirt lot. He was the only contractor that arrived on time, came prepared to work, listened to all four of the decision makers for our house, and suggested solutions to resolve all concerns. We hired him to design the landscape which he did on a 3D software that gave us a real feel for what it would look like in real life - honestly, do not hire a designer if they dont provide a 3D drawing. The design was impeccable, every detail was so well thought out and he included features that really showed he was listening to every word we said. We made a few minor changes and he returned the updated designs promptly and exactly as promised. After we all approved the designs, he got his team out to do the install and that was really impressive to watch. His team that ramped up to 10 people was on time every morning and all left after a full days work. Sean's timeframe was spot on, and after he was completed, we were so excited about our new, beautiful landscape. What was once a pile of dirt became a masterpiece, and Sean was our Picasso. That's not all though, I always wait to review until after an issue has been dealt with. We have had a nagging problem with our valves failing causing excess water near the valve box. Sean sent guys immediately that day to resolve the issue by changing the valves. It happened again and Sean realized it was not the valves, but the water pressure, so the day after that he sent out a plumber who did the work on the spot, no questions ask and no additional cost. So it's easy to see why our family has been so impressed with Sean, from his kindness and sincerity at the beginning, to his incredible design talent, to his great installation team, and most importantly his willingness to resolve issues after they are found. Cesar, the Project Manager, came out on both install days and again at the end to walk it with us. Israel led the crew and checked in with me throughout -- he actually spotted a sprinkler leak before any work started. They leveled the soil first, so the grade came out smooth and even. Two things stood out. They left us a spare patch of turf in case we ever need to repair a section. And the cleanup was immaculate -- you genuinely could not tell there'd been a crew tearing up the yard that morning. Communication was the best part. Email, text, phone, in person -- always knew what was happening and when. No complaints at all.

Nick actually offered to pay, out of his pocket, to fix the problem. This morning Chris, the owner showed up at our home and fortunately our landscaper, Brian of Water Wise, who is also AWESOME was also at our home doing some work. Bottom line, our landscaper is fixing and Chris from Arizona Luxury Turf is covering the cost, which turns out to be about $50.00. Whether the leak was there prior to the Turf installation or not our landscaper could not say for certain, but Chris ultimately did the right thing and for that I'm very appreciative. The quality of work was great, even our landscaper who has experience in artificial turf agreed, AZ Luxury Lawns did a great job! They started out strong but in the end fell short. We live in Morrison Ranch where artificial turf is now "OK" under certain specifications and approval. AZ Lawns did our neighbors lawn and it looked beautiful so we reached out to Nick of AZ Lawn for a quote and design. He provided everything we needed for our HOA approval. Our HOA did request a larger space around our tree and Nick drew up the revised illustration which got approved. The installation was well done, however, they did not install around our tree based on the "revised" illustration, they installed based on the first illustration. My husband did tell Nick that if the HOA says anything we will need him to reinstall the area around the tree. The REAL problem is with our irrigation cap offs. We have 2 out in front, which get capped because we no longer need the sprinkler system. (but can be uncapped if in the future you ever need your sprinkler system again). One is capped and no issue, the second is leaking. My husband called Nick about coming out to fix the problem, so Nick referred my husband to the owner of the company, When my husband spoke with the owner, he REFUSED to have anyone come out and fix it!! The job is not complete until all aspects are done correctly. I can live with the incorrect installation around the tree but I can't live with a leaky sprinkler cap and it is because of Nick's response to NOT fix it, I would NOT recommend him or Arizona Luxury Lawns.I

When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay.
