The front yard was seriously lacking curb appeal and greenery, and I knew it needed something, but I wasn't sure where to start. Jordan walked me through different design options, showed me samples of the different types of turf (which honestly all look like real grass!), and explained financing options that I felt comfortable with. He made the whole process easy and helped me feel confident in my decision. Jordan's crew was amazing, too. I work from home, so I was able to keep an eye on the job throughout the day, and these guys did not stop working! They worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every little detail. You can tell they have a lot of experience and take their jobs seriously. My front yard looks SO much better now, and the difference in curb appeal is night and day. I feel great knowing it adds value to my home while also saving me from the ongoing costs and hassle of maintaining real grass. No more worrying about high water bills, landscapers, seeding, or all the other expenses that come with a traditional lawn. The fact that there's almost no maintenance and a warranty is an added bonus. Turf is definitely an investment upfront, but when you look at the long-term savings and how amazing everything looks, it's absolutely worth it. I'm so happy I went with Green Forever AZ and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering turf!

We had a similar experience as Stan. We built a very high end custom home in Paradise Valley…read more Greenscapes was recommended to us by our contractor (also don't recommend) as their preferred landscaper so we trusted their recommendation. We met and dealt with Frank for the hardscape install on our 2 acre PV property. After it was all said and done I absolutely do not recommended this company and here is why: 1) they mismeasured and BUILT our pool and hot tub the wrong size! We had very detailed plans from a reputable landscape architect so this shouldn't have happened. This resulted in our landscape architect having to redesign all the surrounding pool pavers and pathways because the pool was bigger by 2 feet!! 2) they built steps going into our pool that were essentially non functional. When Greenscapes finally admitted to the mismeasured pool, which we agreed to not have them rip the whole thing and fix. Frank did agree to rip out the steps and rebuild those. 3) only after moving in to our home and experiencing significant rain we realized that they didn't compact the dirt before laying pavers, drains, or concrete. We literally had drains pop out of the ground, the pavers for our driveway stated sinking in, standing water collected near our foundation because the drains were instilled ABOVE the grade so no water could actually drain. We ended up going out of pocket and hired a very reputable and knowledgeable large landscaping firm to fix all these issues. 4) the concrete company they used to pour our main front walkway came on TWO different days so obviously the concrete didn't match between batches. We had to have the concrete sandblasted and acid washed to attempt to match. Overall, save yourself the headache and don't use this company.

We went…read morethough various landscaping companies that simple had workers that didn't appear to know anything about keeping grass green, or maintaining a small amount of healthy grass. My husband was more than ready to rip out what was left of the real grass and replace it with fake-synthetic grass. I was deeply against the idea as I had grown up in a homestead environment and he grew up in the city. I took over the backyard and searched through more landscaping companies, knowing I was risking the same experience. However, I met Chance with Rockwell Landscape Maintenance about a year ago and explained our dire backyard situation. Chance took on the challenge to restore our backyard to a healthier greener grass. Our grandkids are able to run around and play without kicking up dirt, or dealing with uneven ground surfaces. Any issues that surfaced with the grass or sprinkler system, Chance or his staff have been quick to resolve. So looking back a year ago, it was a touchy frustrating situation of natural vs unnatural. Though my husband is a city person, he is satisfied with the up keep of the grass and yard; the grandkids love being outside and playing in a more even, natural surface. We actually have green grass that survived the summer heat and that speaks volumes of doing something right. I will always enjoy a natural grassy environment over synthetic grass that feels harsh and permeates toxins in the air. Chance helped make real grass worth saving.
