Their Laser Potato is out of this world. Truly, my favorite item on their menu. It is fabulous in all ways. I often take a side of it home just to enjoy later. We recently tried them for dinner. Their muscles are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Truly, the best I've ever had. This beats living in the southeast on the coast, any west-coast seafood restaurant, and every place I've ever enjoyed in Italy. They've certainly topped the muscle game. Highly recommend Olympic Provisions. I will gladly vouch that the negative reviews are from the haters, just to hate. The majo sausage and spatzel were excellent as was the pork. Think of thick cut pork chop and it tasted just like it. We had one piece dryer than the other but they were cooked closer to medium. This was the best dish of the night. At $79 I would certainly hope so. We ended the night with some house ice cream and the again, these guys understand classic flavors. Service here was terrific. It didn't feel rushed and food came out accordingly. My water was always topped off in my small glass. Would definitely revisit when I'm back at Portland.

The wine list, of course, truly shines. This is a place where you can ask your server for recommendations for wines to pair with your meal, and you know you're going to get great recommendations. The interior dining space is larger than it looks from the outside, and the vibe is perfect for date nights, after work hangs, and girls' nights out. I've also always seen at least one family with children when I've dined here, so I like that they are welcoming of families. If you're driving here, I've never had a problem finding street parking nearby. But, there are garages close by as well. Can't wait for my next visit!

We picked the BBQ COHO Salmon Sandwich. Seared Coho salmon glazed with Bourbon BBQ sauce topped with baby Aragula and pickled red onions on a Portland French toasted potato bun. There's a $2 discount recess during happy hour (3-5pm). We were there at that time. (Is that the reason WHY the music were soo loud?) It was served with hand-cut fries. Both were just the perfect taste (delicious), and size for both of us. But, for some reason, I was still tempted to have something else. We looked at the desert menu, and decided on the Peach Crumble. Food taste so much better, when shared! Enough said. (We waited so long for this one, that we almost didn't made it to our event! The fries had a nice crisp, and the burger was a good choice for a classic brunch or lunch option. I also really appreciated the non-alcoholic drink selection. A lot of places treat zero-proof drinks like an afterthought, but here they actually had fun options. The Phony Espresso Negroni was a great non-alcoholic cocktail and made the meal feel special without needing alcohol. The dining area is spacious and has a lot of natural light. The servers are very attentive. I had the American breakfast which was very satisfying; the bacon looked to be overcooked, but that was just one side. I like my bacon somewhat crispy. Overall, it hit the spot. The next day, I had the Buttermilk Pancakes and they were light and fluffy. Again, the thick cut bacon. An enjoyable meal overall.

It's street parking and we didn't have an issue finding a spot on a weekend night.
