The screen will show mobile and kiosk order number. We didn't see our name/number and had to ask about it. It was ready at the back. The original fried chicken was hot and crispy tasty. It tasted just like in the past when KFC had good fried chicken. I have been quite disappointed with the quality of fried chicken in Burnaby, New West and Coquitlam, so this is a pleasant surprise. Lastly, even though the staff seems seriously understaffed they are super nice. They made us park to wait for our order once and gave us free cheesecake for the wait! My daughter got the Butter Chicken Poutine which was very good. My friend got the Poutine Burger which is NOT on the menu in the restaurant but they made it. He had to ask for extra gravy as there wasn't much on it. It was good but next time I'm trying the Butter Chicken burger. You don't have to go with the big chains for some decent fried chicken in Surrey.
