Ohhh I wish I noted the names of the staff. They were incredibly nice & helpful. The staff is masked, everything in the suite is sealed & sterile. They give you robes (clean + sealed) & disposal undergarments as well. I booked a week out from a Sunday & was able to get the first appt of the day, 10A. They do request you get there 10 mins early to check in, but they greeted us when we got there about 9:30A. We had the Romantic Couple package & it was heaven. I enjoyed the regular pressure & my bf had the deep tissue. He said it was a bit more pressure than he was expecting, but it worked out well for him. We got the coffee scrub as well, smelled absolutely delicious. Next time, I'll reserve w facial too. I asked to add it on that day, but they were gracious to explain that couldn't accommodate the add'l hour. No worries at all, something to keep in mind for the future. I booked the Hideko Retreat package on a whim. After re-committing to an aggressive workout schedule I realized that my mind had an easier transition than my body. To compensate for this, I booked a 90 minute massage with a bath and body wrap. Go big or go home, right? The experience at Hideko was absolutely lovely. The women at the front desk were so kind and ushered me through the Covid sanitation process first and the service/ liability paperwork next. Then my masseuse escorted me to my own massage room which was beautiful. Simple, candlelit, with a foot soak awaiting my arrival. I appreciated being able to undress and store my clothing in my own room for the entire experience. They also provided a disposable bra and underwear to wear underneath of the robe. Interestingly the massage table had no covers or blankets. Instead, the kimono robe that was given to me was also used to cover me at different parts of the massage. I thought that I would be cold, but I wasn't. I was also not anticipating the masseuse (who was much smaller than me in frame) would be able to give me a quality massage. I misjudged her, and was quickly proven wrong as she sat on top of me to work out some (though not all) of the knots in my upper back, calves, and neck. It would have been nice for the oil to be warm, but this was a minor detail that didn't take away from the experience. The bath was for 20 minutes which was all that I needed. Not only was it candlelit, but I was served cake, hot Tea; and water as I soaked. This was delightful. Probably my favorite part of the spa. Finally I was escorted from my bath back to the table for my body detox wrap. While I'm not sure exactly what was in the hot clay mixture applied to my entire body, I did smell chlorophyll which I love and drink constantly in my water for detoxification purposes. The wrap was really nice. I'm not sure that I felt significantly different, but I did enjoy the experience of being swaddled in foil and clay. And the shower that immediately followed - again, in the same room. All in all this was a 4/5 experience for me. The experience was truly wonderful, with only a few minor gaps felt around timing (at times feeling rushed to shower/ get dressed), focusing on some of the knots (but moving through others that were maybe more time consuming), and the music selection (super nitpicky here, but the songs played over a speaker that ran throughout the entire spa and the songs repeated a few times throughout my experience). Everything else, the things that truly matter, were fantastic. I left feeling relaxed, grateful, and more loose than I've felt in weeks. read more

A really cute place with kind people! Momo is so sweet, everyone I've met were accommodating. We parked in the back and was greeted with smiles. The energy was filled with happiness, I felt at peace. It was my first time ever going to a Spa, I don't regret it one bit. My partner and I celebrated our four year anniversary here. We chose the Romantic Couple for $450. They gave us disposable underwear to change into and thin robes to cover us for the time being. The main coverage would be the disposable underwear as they would move around the robe to cover certain parts of your body that they're not massaging but you would take it off completely if you're also getting a scrub. The scrub we chose was lavender and I felt that it smelled amazing (coming from someone whom doesn't like lavender as much, but my partner loves it). I also felt like it was more than enough time to shower and hop in the bath. Before they left they made sure to leave a cake to celebrate our anniversary and some tea. The cake was one of the best cakes I've ever had and so was the tea. I'm hoping I can find the place they get it from so I can have it on my birthday in March (yes that's how much I personally loved it) Another great thing, They filled our bath! I am writing this review based on the scheduling portion and not on experience since I haven't been able to. To schedule an appointment, you have to text the receptionist. The first time I scheduled it was fine. She texts you back really quickly and you have to call in and give your credit card information to secure a spot. Unfortunately a few days later I had to cancel because it was conflicting with another prior engagement. I cancelled it three weeks before the appointment. There was no charge. She texted saying to give a call when I was ready to reschedule. Here's where it starts to get weird. So about a week later, I texted the number to ask for available times. I gave a few dates since I know they are very busy. My iMessage said she read the text (she has this function turned on her phone) but no response. I texted instead of calling because I had gotten sick the day before and my throat was hurting so I couldn't talk. However, she never responded. I sent the text at 10 AM in the morning. So I sent a follow up text that evening BUT still no response. Ok weird. I figured since she said to call to reschedule, I should try and call. So two days later when my sore throat resolved, I decided to call, but it goes straight to voicemail. I tried again and it goes straight to voicemail again. So I asked my friend to try to call to see if the number worked. So my friend did and she also got a voicemail BUT the difference was she got a text right after from the receptionist who said she will call her right back. The receptionist then followed up with the text with the same introductory text I got when I had first contacted the place. I gave the benefit of the doubt. I tried again in the evening. Straight to voicemail and no text response after. I have to say I am disappointed with the customer service. I was trying to just reschedule a nice couple massage as a gift got my fiance and heard good reviews from a friend who has been here. But I guess from my experience, if you make scheduling too difficult for them (which for me was a one time cancellation and a follow up asking what future dates they had available for me to reschedule to), they won't provide their service to you. read more

Even before going, the customer service was excellent with the appointment booking. We booked Hideko couple package. They communicated with me through text when making reservations - and answered all my questions. I then had to call to confirm the appt and take down my card info, which was no problem either. We went to the appointment early - scheduled 6pm however found ourselves coming at 5:35pm. We had a seat in the waiting area and then they started with the tea + cake experience first (they asked first before serving it first - I think it's usually last) while we filled out the brief questionnaire for the massage. If you can help it, I would recommend to go early since it gives time to relax and they gave us some extra time for tea! The tea was served on cute china and the cake we had was a slice of Japanese cheesecake - not overly sweet like the American type, exactly like how we like it. Then the foot bath and massage. I had the deep tissue massage with Vanessa. She melted the knots on my right shoulder where I circled on the questionnaire. I initially was shy to ask for more pressure, but then I spoke up. Then I was more comfortable with communicating with her. She thanked me on that at the end. The shower time was only 10 mins so I didn't wash my hair. Was nice and hot shower. The space has a tub and a shower also so you can utilize that after the massage. What a wonderful experience! I booked the couple treatment to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday and Momo was more than great from the very beginning. She met all my requests and needs. When we first walked in, Momo greeted us and offered us a mini survey that asked which areas of the body we wanted them to focus on and which areas to avoid. We could also choose the pressure (from light to deep). After we filled out our survey, Momo walked us into our private suite and we had a soothing foot scrub. Then we received a 50 minute signature massage and it was so amazing. The ambience in there was so relaxing that my boyfriend even fell asleep. After our massage was done, they brought in a cake with lit candles and tea. Momo was sensitive enough to see that we were Korean and even played the Korean birthday song! Her sense of detail was exceptional and the service was absolutely outstanding. We had a hot spa bath and was able to shower after for 20 minutes.
