I loooooove coming here! I have tried their head spa (amazing value esp in West LA), Tuina (TCM)…read moremassage and deep meridian massage. All were relaxing and loosened my muscles. I especially enjoy the deep meridian massage. It is so hard to find and I can't believe we have it on the Westside. Facilities are very clean and love the ginger tea at the end!

Bestie and I decided to check out a Head Spa for the 1st time and chose A+ for the location…read more Bestie has naturally blonde, fine hair about bra-strap length and I have blonde, processed fine hair that is not as long. We arrived on time and were taken to our room, our spa beds waited for us. We changed into button up shirts which were provided and laid down, face up. The neck, shoulder, upper arm light massage was nice. The took a microscopic pic of our scalp before in which she said "oily" on both of our photos, we replied "Oh". As they started with the water Bestie said "the temperature is too high" repeatedly, the ladies were silent, so I said "too hot" and they replied "oh, oh, too hot". I get the impression that their English is limited so we kept our words simple going forward. They scrub your scalp until its nearly bloody and then they raked through our hair before they finally use the half halo sprinklers on your head, which felt really nice. At the end they were raking through my hair again and I asked them to stop which she did. She then took pics of our scalps again and said "look...clean", we could not tell the difference. We will not be back. It will take a year for us to replace the hair we lost that day. My hair felt dry and tacky the next day and my scalp had been violated.

I had a really disappointing experience with Debbie Sears. My husband booked a makeup artist…read morethrough her on the day of my civil ceremony because he thought I needed a touch-up based on a conversation we had earlier. It was a complete misunderstanding, and I never needed or used the service at all. As soon as I realized, I reached out, explained the situation, and apologized. Given that the booking was made only a few hours prior (specifically 2.5 hours), I asked if a refund or even a credit for a future service would be possible. Instead, Debbie was rude and ultimately stopped responding altogether. I understand having policies, but the lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic communication- especially for such an important life event, was extremely disappointing. In response to your message: Thank you for your response, but I have to respectfully disagree with how this situation was handled. While I understand that my husband made the booking in good faith, this was clearly a misunderstanding, and the service itself was never meaningfully performed. The makeup artist arrived, assessed that no service was needed, and left within minutes. Charging the full amount under these circumstances feels unreasonable and, frankly, inappropriate. As a healthcare provider, I regularly prioritize patient experience and fairness. If a service is not rendered, or is stopped almost immediately due to a misunderstanding, I would never feel comfortable charging in full without offering some form of resolution- whether that be a credit or partial refund. That is simply good practice and builds trust. While I understand you have policies in place, there should also be room for reasonable discretion, especially when the outcome clearly does not align with the service charged. In this case, it feels less like a matter of policy and more like a lack of flexibility and consideration. Given the circumstances, I still believe a credit or partial refund would be the fair and appropriate resolution.
