Omg. Haven't been here in years.. but my favorite massage therapist Dada started working here.. FYI..it's difficult to find a great massage therapist..I've been to a number of places on the Westside & Berkeley.. And Julie is the best massage I Ever had.. Go for 90 mins, if you have back problems.. Julie will make you feel rejuvenated..and she will know what areas you need targeted after getting to know you.. Best description I can give of a massage is its lazy yoga read more

Probably one of the strongest massages (if you like that) in the area. The deep tissue is a Thai flavored version. The therapists are on a rotation of some sort so it may be difficult to schedule a specific person unless you decide to schedule a few days ahead. Having different therapists is fun though; each worker has their own style. You might get a couple's room by yourself or a standard room. No heated massage tables but that's usually fine. The temperature is comfortable and there's ambient music/nature noise sounds playing. In terms of customization, you can more or less say what you DON'T want but saying where to focus doesn't lead to much extra on the trouble spots. To be clear, the best of them will give you a massage you'll actively hate (unless you're a masochist) and if you get a particularly strong therapist you'll be sore the next day. However, after that you will feel limber and pain free for a bit once the DOMS from having your muscles kneaded like dough go away. Three notes: if you park early enough and the valet guys aren't around just toss the orange cone to the side. The bathroom is a separate part of the building and they'll give you a key. Buy the gift certificates--flat rate and if you buy ten massages you get two free; you must use them all in a year from the time of purchase. TL;DR the worst you'll get from here is a satisfying massage and the best will make you feel like your muscles and joints just got rejuvenated by a couple months. Heavena is a bit more pricey than some of their neighbors but the therapists put in the work and if you don't say they made you groan or try to shift away some I'll either call you a liar or assume you have a back made of concrete. read more

They are so strong and so good!! Super small place but so great!! The prices are so reasonable!

Great massage! brrowny was great and i would recommend her for a massage in los angeles

This place offers many options including 4 hands massage. Technically 2 masseuses at the same time. Which is very effective at getting those knots out. Keep it mind it's not a fancy place but it is cleaned. read more

Love this place! I got a Thai/Swedish combo massage with Jessica, and it was amazing. Everyone in the front was so nice and provided great service and a nice atmosphere. There was a special with free add on for hot stones which felt super good. Jessica was very professional and used many relaxing techniques. The stretches were also great. I will definitely be back to this welcoming spa! read more

The best massage I have ever had. Angel was my masseuse and after. A few minutes I finally wanted to ask her how she came about being a masseuse. He told me that he worked in the hospitals in Thailand and it was part of her training for 4 years. She went to school for it.They take it very seriously in thailand and she had to go out every week with a Doctor a nurse and herself. And teach the elderly how to help themselves and top them how to relieve pain that they had before. They had no one to teeth them.Or help them. When she came here , her sister and her opened up Heavena Spa. 12 years ago. When they came to the u s here in california. They care about everyone. They take carrot and you can tell they know what they're doing again.I will state the best massage ever. read more

I can't tell you how many other places I have been and nothing compares to Heavena Spa, all in a good way. I found my new place to enjoy a great massage. The ladies are super nice and very understanding of what I needed. Don't think twice make an appointment for yourself or a loved one. read more

I was going to gate keep this place but they deserve a review. I got the hot stone massage by Jessica and it was amazing. 10/10.

The absolute best around! Im a huge fan of Thai massage in general but these practitioners must be the elite of Thai massage. I often wonder if they were trained by a secret order of masseuses that shared only their secrets with this specific institute. Go there. You will thank me. read more

Such a great experience! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. We were so amazed and loved everything about our massages. I definitely recommend. Everyone is super friendly and attentive! Absolutely LOVE this spa. These girls know how to massage! Have tried 3 different masseuses and they are all amazing. They walk on your back if you ask, & really listen to your request & your body. My boyfriend and I loved it so much, we bought the 10 pack & got 2 massages for free! Definitely worth the money. Special shout out to Alice, she is my favorite! If you like somebody that does it all- has great pressure, attends to all your problem areas, knows all the pressure points, & will fold you up like a pretzel in the best way possible, Alice is the girl! read more

Great masseuses! Went for a couples 90 min massage and we were both so relaxed after. Will definitely go back.

Angel gives a great massage which I have not only experienced once but three times. I am so lucky to live close by.

I was feeling anxious and tight after surviving a motor accident earlier this week and decided to book a hot stone massage. I mixed up my days and arrived a day early, but the team was able to accommodate me! I was deeply cared for by Jessica, she knows what she is doing! I had booked the hot stone massage, and I do wish there was more time dedicated to the hot stones over the Thai style massage. since it was my first time there I wanted to see it through instead of casting suggestions. I had asked for medium firm pressure and I think every point in my spine cracked! read more

Very nice people working there, excellent quality massage, clean and pretty decorations.

This is my absolute favorite spa in LA. Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and gracious. They do such an amazing job of working out all the soreness in your body. The massage is just like a traditional Thai massage you would get in Thailand. I come here at least once a month and can't recommend it enough. Definitely be sure to check it out if you're in the area. read more

Truly Heaven(a). I had a miraculous massage here. 90 minutes that was super professional and so relaxing. It's a cute little spot as well, tucked up and away in a classic LA strip mall. And the price was right -- a rarity in the massage world. Strong recommend. read more

Exception location and experience. My parents are very picky. I came here from Santa Monica, but what amazing service and care of older clients and the patients. Darwan is exceptional, recommended by my friend Ari and Joesheph. I recommend them from one visit. Wonderful experience last month. Truly exceptional. Book ahead, she is a goodess. She is the only reason to come here. Truly amazing at her knowledge and art of massage. read more

The price is great, the experience is great, the parking is great. Everything felt very clean, & the Thai/Swedish combo massage was very relaxing. I received a couples massage w my partner, and we were able to receive our massages in the same room. We also stopped by the Carvel below to get some ice cream and have a full "Treat Yourself" day! read more

Very misleading. On yelp, they post a different price and when I called to make reservation, they give you a different price. Buyer beware.

The place looked pretty nice and clean. The ladies at the front were agreeable and everything went great up until the point of my combination (thai + swedish) massage. The beginning of the massage apparently involves the masseuse stepping on your back. Let's just say that this lady was WAY too heavy to be stepping on anything other than a treadmill. After having my back destroyed for a few minutes, the masseuse the proceeded to what seemed to be her first massage. There was no direction, she applied pressure in random areas, and completely ignored knots on my back, etc... I would have genuinely looked past the belly fat and heavy breathing down my neck if there was any semblance of a good massage. Terrible experience, if not traumatic. read more

Beena is great, walked on my back and all that crazy stuff. 10/10 recommend Great experience, great people. I will be back soon Very fun and relaxing time! read more

This place is probably my favorite massage place. I've tried a bunch of massage places around here, and this place really hit all the spots. This is a late review from when I went weeks ago. I called very last minute at the end of the day & luckily they had an appointment ready in the next 30-45 minutes. The ladies at the desk and the masseuse were really nice! The massage was awesome. I like my massages firm. I got the combo massage & I felt like I didn't even need the deep tissue bc the masseuse was already really firm with the pressure. The Thai portion got me in a pretzel but it felt so good and she even cracked my back. The price isn't too bad either! Parking might be tough in the day time as the lot is valet and there's only street parking, but after a certain time the lot is open to everyone. I will definitely be coming back. read more

The masseuse at Heavana Spa are very professional, and the rooms are nice and clean! My husband and I found them while on the search for a place that offered prenatal massage(very hard to find surprisingly) and have been coming since my son was 5 months in the belly and he's now 16 months out of the belly. Lol I love this place, and highly recommend it! They're also very kind and will not make you feel uncomfortable at all. read more

Definitely one of the best massages I have ever had. And I recently returned from a trip to Thailand where I had multiple massages, so that is saying a lot. I chose the 60-minute Thai massage with hard pressure. Maylin (sp?) uses the most pressure of any masseuse I have experienced. She found my knots and focused on them. The massage tables include the face cradle. The rooms are private and quiet. The spa is clean. The staff is friendly. I enjoyed the soft guitar music. read more
