I was attending a bachelorette party this past weekend and figured it would be a great time to get a massage a few days before. I ended up getting a mix of the lymphatic drainage and full body massage and felt lighter IMMEDIATELY. Jose was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely communicative, which I really appreciated. He let me know that it could take up to two days to see results, but some people see them sooner. I saw a difference immediately after the massage, and agree that results were at their best after two days. My stomach has never been flatter. I also felt extremely light and my bloating has gone down significantly. It has now been a week since the massage and I am still feeling the results. I came in wanting help with my brain fog issues due to adrenal fatigue and candida in my gut oh so fun I know lol! Both Julie and Christine suggested I start with Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy and a foot detox! I was a bit nervous about the Hyperbaric chamber but Christine was with me the whole time and walked me through every step and 40 minutes later I felt AMAZING! I am definitely going to do more sessions! I was a little tired and sluggish when I came in, but after this 1 session, I felt soooooo good! My brain fog was better, I felt happy and had energy! Next was the red light therapy which I had done before for period cramps etc so I knew what to expect with this and it really helps my lower back with stiffness etc...I did that for about 20 min and felt great! He goes above and beyond and uses long soothing strokes mixed with hitting acupressure points. When he hits a pain point, he'll work at it to release the knot but then finish with a grounding and therapeutic touch to balance any discomfort that came up working out the knot. I am blown away by his expertise of the body mixed with his incredible strength and balanced with his tenderness and care. My favorite part is after he works the upper body, he puts a grounding, natural fiber heat pack on the shoulders and upper back, and then continues to massage the legs and feet!
