I just popped in here at 8pm on a Monday. Gonna be my new go-to spot. Great little massage and they used hot stones. Super cute inside and the staff was very helpful. You enter through the pretty gate on Wilkins normally, but since it was night time someone came out to greet me and took me up the back staircase. read more

Tinkle Thai Spa - Price list - Massage Therapy Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Ok so none of these places are glamorous for the most part. If they are, they usually are just a swipe here and there delicately and "ok, hope you enjoyed it..." Well these broads don't do that. They tear your muscles apart even though they are like 24 lbs in weight. I like deep tissue extreme, asked for it... got it. My partner wasn't happy with his lady but I think that's because she was old and he wasn't attracted to her. I dunno. Yet another hidden gem and right above a yummy Persian restaurant read more

Best massage near Westwood. $60 thai combo sounds little pricy but totally worth it. Clean place, friendly staff and professional masseuse. Ask for Bell, she's amazing. read more

This is hands down one of the best massages I've gotten. John is absolutely wonderful and really professional in his work and in listening to what you need. It is rare to find massage therapists that are as committed and dedicated as him -I wish I lived in LA to come more often! The staff is phenomenal in communicating and really accommodating with the schedule, so I couldn't recommend this place more. read more

Jessie is lovely! She have me an excellent 90 minute massage and she is so friendly and calming. I feel like a new human after my massage (first time getting Thai massage and hot stone and wow!!) and I will be coming back whenever I am in LA. The prices are really affordable here is be sure to tip well. read more

Cringey spa - beware they send texts at random inappropriate hours in the evening asking if you want to come by for an appt. I've had to ask them several times to remove my number and stop sending me texts. The massage room is inside some kind of jiu jitsu gym. As a female that has been totally fine with massages from male masseuses in the past, this was the most uncomfortable experience. read more

I try so many thai massage places almost every week keep changing to new place and still couldn't find my favorite until I decided to try this place. It was a last minute appointment. I was so lucky. Pearl is the best. I had her for 90 mnts. Really fix most of my tensions and was so relaxing. Definitely recommend it and I will be come back for sure. read more

Excellent two hour massage very accommodating for last minute appointment super professional

Belle was my masseuse and we just talked the entire time. It was like we were old friends just catching up. I was having a stressful week so I looked up a Thai massage place nearby. Belle told me that they just opened about a month ago and moved from a different place. So they have been opened for two months now. She said she loves the energy and people of the neighborhood and I agree! Belle loves traveling and has been to almost every state, so you should definitely talk about traveling with her because she's an expert! English is her second language but her English is really great, so don't worry about the language barrier at all! My body and muscles are usually tense and tight because I work out most days of the week and probably due to dress as well. However, Belle was able to get my knots out and made me feel so much better and taken care of. We also had so many laughs! It was a really memorable experience and I will definitely come back. I'm actually going back later this afternoon! Tips and directions It's a bit hard to find. Initially, when I was driving towards it, I was looking around while inside my car to see where it is so I can find a proper parking spot. I saw the big orange Thai massage sign on the second floor so I parked near it. There's also signs on the grass on the side of the building. You have to take the stairs to the left when you walk into the entrance. You should see a restaurant in front. If you're like me, you may go inside the gates and turn around in a circle looking confused and lost, then walk back out and check your Maps again to see where the massage place is. And then you walk back in and you turn your head to the left and you see the stairs! Then you walk all the way at the end. It sounds like a lot of walking but it's not, I promise! Highly recommend this massage place!!! Perfect for full time stressed out UCLA students! Also, Belle and I were talking about the possibility of them offering a student discount and she said she will think about it! They also have couples massages if you wanna go with your boo or best friend! You will have an amazing experience, I promise! Before the massage, I felt like a legit potato. After that massage, you will definitely feel like a new butterfly emerging from its cocoon. I hope you have an amazing 10/5 stars experience as I did! :) read more

Easy to book an appt. Staff is very friendly and the best in the Westside. Facility is very clean.

My experience was based upon professionalism. I know, a lot of people do only care about service, but I know about the massage techniques at itself. With service, it was a overall good experience. Very friendly. It just that they don't take credit cards, so I had to go to take my $60 as cash by the chase next door. But he trusted me, and even waited 10 minutes for me. Really friendly guy. Even a little difficult to understand. The massage on itself was viewed from a professional site as average, but still better skilled than the most. It is a massage that you already know, but if you only need that, than they're really the best and most skilled in it. Thank you so much. read more

I got my first ever massage in my adult life at Tinkle Thai...and it was a really great experience! I plan on visiting again. The price is great and the staff were super nice. The location is a bit hard to find like some of the other reviews said, but once you enter the the gate, turn left to go upstairs and it's all the way down. There's some pictures on their Yelp page if you don't know what building it is. read more

It helped relieve my back pain, I'd recommend 30 min combination massage. Overall a good experience

Fantastic place. Great massage. I highly recommend. I've been several times, different massage styles, and I give them top marks!

Wow what an experience. Brought me back to Thailand! Panasan straightened my back out in the best way, thank you thank you thank you

Small. Quaint. QUIET! If you are new to the self pampering world, this might be the place for you. They're right on Westwood and Wilkins , on the upper level so can be overlooked at first glance when you see the restaurants on the lower level. If you're with the program, they will text you with availability of your preferred masseuses - HUGE PLUS because then you know what you're getting. It was a tough week for me but when I called last minute to see if they had availability for walks ins, they said yes! I was there 10 minutes later getting one of the best massages of my life. I've never fallen asleep while getting a massage before , but here I was waking up to the masseuse letting me know it was time to flip over! My hour flew by today! The first time I went I was getting my combination massage and kept adding on 30 minutes whenever I realized my time was almost up. SO AFFORDABLE! Screw the IG clout - if you're into your body, they are on top of the areas that need the most TLC. They ask you too! "What areas do you want me to focus on?" "Let me know if it's too hard or too soft" Don't be shy, tell them! They will adjust with no qualms or hard feelings! 10/10 would recommend read more

Really excellent massage, super clean place, and sweet staff. I will be back, thank you so much!

I highly recommend Tinkle Thai Spa. Authentic Thai massage by trained people from Thailand

Very authentic Thai massage! The place is super clean and very professional. There's only street parking but it's not hard to find in this area. Sara was SO good! I felt super relaxed. Will definitely come back! $60 for an hour combo massage. read more

Had a wonderful massage here as I thought I would try a new spot! Belle was my therapist and she was so kind and attentive you could tell she really cared. I got the Thai Swedish combo and it was great- really good amount of stretching, but also had hot stones as part of the Swedish portion. Loved it! read more

I had the best Thai/combo massage ever! I've had Thai massages before and after this one, I feel like I was cheated from the other locations in San Francisco. This by far is authentic and I have already booked another appointment. I was stretched in ways I didn't know by body could do, but I 100% needed. If you need a good stretch with a nice relaxing oil massage, try the combo. read more

It was amazing. I am so relaxed. They are experts. You need to try this place out. Very good massage! Good service, friendly staff, and the lady significantly improved my mood and complexion!

Found this place in my neighborhood and decided to give it a try. I get thai deep tissue massages frequently and looking for a new "go to" place. I was excited for my first try but when I got there, the woman who was at the counter was coughing. As we live in a covid world, I am not a freak about it but If someone is not feeling well or coughing excessively for whatever reason, they should probably not be engaging with the public. I get into the room and get undressed for the massage. The woman outside continues to cough. The therapist enters my room and not more than 2 minutes later, she starts coughing. Granted she was wearing a mask, I ask if she's not feeling well or sick and she something along the lines of "not anymore".... I still believe that if you are excessively coughing and/or coughing after being sick or the have the remnants of being sick, don't engage w/ the public until you are 100% better and NOT coughing. I decide to leave and express and my issue w/ the therapist who seemingly understood my perspective. The woman at the front desk (owner?) however seemed to care less. In the world we now live and this being an environment where an illness due to close proximity and human touch can be transmitted, awareness has to be a paramount. read more

I had an excellent massage from Nicha. She focused on the areas I requested and checked in with me about the pressure / intensity. The place was clean and comfortable. I found it to be a good value for the price ($60 for 60 minute Swedish massage). Thank you! read more

Love this place. The staff are friendly and professional, and my massage therapist was very good. I can't wait to be back.

This massage was soooo good. I've done my fair share of massages, but Belle was so attentive to my needs and I walked out of there feeling amazing. She has such strong hands and tackles every part of your body, but also makes sure to really focus on your tough spots. $60 is such a good deal for what you're getting. The space itself is very clean and quiet - and the private room was very relaxing with music. read more

I was told the female therapists were fully booked since I called last minute. Not a problem as I've had skilled male therapists previously. What surprised me was that my therapist turned out to be the front desk receptionist. I'm assuming he was taught a few things in case he needed to fill in when the other licensed therapists were booked up. I had a truly odd experience where he basically just rubbed oil all over my body. I felt extremely uncomfortable and was overly exposed at certain points of the appointment. I asked if I could shorten my appointment to 30 minutes because I felt too awkward to ask to leave, but after about 20 minutes I couldn't take it any longer and said I was fine and wanted to end the appointment. I still paid full price and left a tip, but was a bit upset after this ordeal. I do feel bad writing this review as he seemed nice when he was at the front desk and I recall my first experience with the female therapist being pretty good, but having paid to have a man rub oil on me was not what I signed up for. If they were fully booked they should not have squeezed me in under the pretense that there would be an equally skilled therapist present for my appointment. They could have been honest and told me to reschedule, but instead I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and upset. I suggest making sure you're booking an appointment with a LICENSED therapist so you do not go through what I did. EDIT: To response below - please do not be mistaken. I do not mind oil or lotion. My point is that the man who was in the room with me just applied oil and rubbed my body in a very uncomfortable manner. There was no massage even though I requested more pressure. The man's name is Amir, not John. As mentioned in my review, I've had a massage here before with a female therapist and was satisfied. This is not my first time having a message at your establishment and I've tried many massages before (with skilled male therapists at other spas as well) so I know what I had that day is not standard practice. An appropriate response should have been an apology for putting me in that situation and making me feel almost violated. I did not want to go into detail, but there was one point where Amir exposed a part of my private area so I had to ask to move away from there and that was what ultimately made me leave early. Best of luck. read more
