I had been coming here for over a year. I thought it was clean, nice and usually got a good…read moremassage. Then one day I went and the massage wasn't great because the woman was simply not trying. When I paid I also gave a $10.00 tip for the masseuse. A few weeks later I called to make an appointment and got no answer., Called again and got no answer. Nest day I called and again, I got no answer. I called from my wife's phone to book us appointments and they answered but when I gave them my name and phone number they said I wasn't welcome back because last time I was in, MY TIP WAS TOO SMALL!!! WTH!! I got banned because I only tipped 10.00 for a mediocre massage. ARE THEY KIDDING ME!! Tipping is optional and it is an EARNED bonus that the server or mechanic or ANYONE doing a job earns by doing not only a good job, but in some cases goes "over and above" the call of duty to do a GREAT JOB!! I am not required to tip someone, although I am a good tipper, I will never ever allow a business to tell me that I HAVE to tip, OR that my tip isn't enough! Granted I usually get the women masseuses but from all the women I've tried, most have been great. They also have several rooms so you can get massaged with your friends or have a private room for yourself. The massage style is more accupressure than anything else but if you get the 1.5 hours, you get a mini deep tissue massage, cupping and a bit of hot stone at the end. This one is my fave because they work out your knots and then go even deeper with the cupping afterwards. The order is: foot massage, body massage (acupressure), oil massage on back, cupping, hot stone massage. Cupping isnt for everyone but I like a little bit of pain with my massages. Of course, they can use a lighter touch if you need. The rates are also very fair. I know that you can get an hour foot massage in the San Gabriel Valley for $15 but whenever I've gone, I end up feeling really bad for the people that work there. It's seriously a massage sweat shop and I think about how they probably came over from China and now need to work off the money they owe to the people that brought them over...isnt that called an indentured servant? Well, so I keep coming back to this place. I usually buy a 10-pack of 1-hour massages for $250 or a 10 pack of 1.5 hour massages for $450 (their normal rate is $30 for an hour or $50 for 1.5). It's a pretty good deal for what you are getting. Just a heads up: they dont speak english perfectly but it's conversational enough that they can take appointments and understand how you want your massage. Also in the 4 years that I've been going there, there have been about 3 masseuses that I've LOVED but now they are all gone so I've had to try different people and they've been pretty good but darn, I wish they would hold onto their "star" masseuses.

Making an appointment was very easy as I called the facility to tell them what I wanted & about my groupon, told them the date & time I was looking at, then received confirmation that my appointment was set up! We arrived promptly and were asked to wait a few minutes for them to finish with the clients before us. While waiting, we were shown the different scrubs and asked to choose 1; I decided on rejuvenate. Once ready, they asked us to undress, put on the robes & shower shoes, then head over to their "scrub room." It was located next to the facility's laundry station. The actual room itself is a shower room, but felt nothing different like a shower at the gym. That sort of icky musty feeling. My friend & I sat side by side while each lady scrubbed us down from neck down to our feet (they don't go into any private areas) After rinsing off the scrub, we were brought to our massage room for the quickest 10 minutes. Apparently the 60 minutes INCLUDED the time it would take us to rinse, change, what have you.. that we were not aware of! Sigh, maybe it was a good thing as my friend was very sensitive to any pressure her lady applied to her neck & back. Mine was decent, but like I said 10 minutes isn't enough to even relax. The ladies tending to us were awesome, they chatted with us throughout our time and we had a good couple laughs all 4 of us.
