The massage here is great! They're not too intense or painful the way Thai massage can be. Afterwards my back pain disappears and I feel relaxed. The place is clean and neat. Music is peaceful. I would give them 5 stars if they weren't so disorganized. I made an appointment the night before for a massage, but when I got the next day no one had any idea who I was or that I'd had an appointment. I made another appointment for a different day, showed up on time, only to find the spa locked with no one around or answering the phone. It can be disappointing especially when you're in pain and looking forward to a massage.

It does the job, but it's a decidedly average massage, and fairly pricey when you compare to other similar places.

The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and the staff was wonderful. Helen did my scrub and did an excellent job (on the harsher side, which I loved). The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. I immediately recommended this place to my group chat and will definitely be back. The only thing missing is food options -- hope they add some in the future.

This is great if you want it quiet. Not a place you come with a bunch of friends that want to socialize. $3 validated parking for the Central Plaza parking garage right across from it. Came when they had 50% off admission which was $25 but seemed overpriced if you are a guy. Pros: -Unlimited Reishi mushroom tea. They also have water and coffee everywhere. -Large sized towel, robe, slippers in the locker. -3 jacuzzis (Himalayan salt, alkaline, citrus) , wet sauna (love that it's like a fog/mist and not shower sprayers!), dry sauna, and 3 specialized rooms (Infrared, salt, and mud room w small heated balls which was my favorite). All was great, but wish there was a cold pool in the women's area too. Cons/Room for improvement: -Though they now have a clothed, co-ed section, it is underwhelming. -The jacuzzi was warm, not hot. -There was a waterfall pool but was very shallow and also just warm. -Cold Plunge is a 5 ft. deep pool that had a rickety ladder to get in/out of. It would've been nice if it had a seat. -The wet and dry saunas were off and took a while to turn on, but never got hot. My guy friend gave feedback on the men's locker room: -no restroom inside -no sinks inside - no sit down showers which the women's side has If I were a guy, I wouldn't come just for the spa as it just feels like a side amenity. And definitely expensive even at $25.

The spa is also well appointed with plenty of towels, secure lockers in the locker room, and a lounge with various flavored waters, teas, and comfy lounge chairs. The one issue here is parking -- there are only 4 spots in front which are taken quickly and are hard to get in and out of. I ubered so I wouldn't have to deal with that. If you're looking for a spa with excellent treatments and the chance to feel fully pampered, I definitely recommend checking out Larchmont Sanctuary Spa!

However, an employee named Minwoo stepped in to help, and he really stood out. He seemed like a manager, not necessarily by title, but because he was noticeably more professional and kind than the other front desk staff. He carefully went over each of my reserved services and explained how to prepare and where to go in a very clear and easy-to-understand way. It made the whole experience much smoother, especially for a first-time visit. After using the sauna, I spent time in the co-ed jimjilbang area, which had a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. I also received a skincare treatment and an acupressure service, and both were very satisfying. Later, I had a meal at the restaurant with friends, and we went up to the rooftop to get some fresh air. The patio area was nicely set up, and the cool breeze made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything is kept really clean, and the space feels well taken care of, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to relax. The vibe is lowkey and peaceful, not pretentious at all. Also, don't skip the food. Eating Korean comfort food in a robe after sweating it out just hits different. I researched several spas, reached out to a couple, but Jana with Lotus Home was by far the most communicative. She responded to my emails with questions quickly. she took care of all the planning since decor is not my strong suit, and I didn't want my wife to have to think about anything. Jana put together a schedule where everyone got their treatments at the same times, so they were able to also relax and enjoy the facility together. When the car dropped my wife and her friends back off at my house, you could see how relaxed all of them were, just in their faces and bodies. I've heard from them all that the service and experience was next level and they will all go back when they want some pampering. Most importantly, the wife LOVED it, the service and attention was top notch. The treatments were calming, the food was plentiful, and the beverages were perfect. The Decorations were above and beyond and her friends have told her we need a floating fruit try for our hot tub at home now. I would 110% recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a private and relaxing event for a spouse or yourself. the cost is more than reasonable for what you're getting. I made some last minute add-ons to the initial order and Lotus home was incredibly accomodating. Jana and her team work tirelessly to ensure a most zen and pampering experience. Couples massage: Jen and Jade were beyond professional and relatable. They first sat us down and asked if we'd had massages before, if there were any spots they should avoid or focus on. We had an actual conversation prior to the treatment and their delivery was spot on. I so appreciate how Jen and Jade allowed us to enjoy our massage in silence. And every so often, when I had a comment, they chimed in and laughed with my honey and I! Then back to silent enjoyment. Through the entire massage, I felt they were very present, engaging, professional, and kind. Couples facial: Amanda and Tamara were so knowledgeable and skilled in their craft! Every question that my sweetheart and I had regarding skincare, Amanda and Tamara answered. Personally, it can be a jarring experience for me, having someone work so closely to my face. But Tamara's energy was inviting and safe and she was so gentle! After the facial, Amanda and Tamara checked in with how my sweetheart and I were feeling and gave us privacy to slowly get ready for our next experience. Pool/Hot tub: Is there truly a better way to end the day than to soak in a hot tub with palm trees and cabanas? I think not. Part of the deal was a beverage tray and floating food tray. First, Jana knew that my sweetheart and I don't drink alcohol, so Jana prepared non-alcoholic champagne! This was a special treat for us, as normally, we simply deny the alcohol and swallow the cost (that's already included in the deal). It was incredibly thoughtful of Jana to have something else prepared for us to enjoy. Along with the non-alcoholic champagne, she prepared clarifying mint tea, coffee, and sparkling mineral water. So refreshing as we floated in bliss. Then came the food tray. Oh. My. Droooooool. Tiramisu birthday cake, the biggest raspberry macaron, a quarter pineapple artfully displayed in the shell, crisp green grapes, literally the best turkey/bacon sandwich, and a delectable grilled chicken salad. Y'all, literally every single bite was top-tier. To top off the surprise, turns out Jana is the masterchef behind this amazing spread! Everything she does is done with intention and the client's experience in mind. I was simultaneously blown away and deep in serenity. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Some outlets didn't work, which made it hard to charge my phone, and it's on the smaller side--so if it gets busy, there's not a ton of room to fully stretch out or rest. It feels more intimate than spacious. They do have massage chairs (cash), and the crowd there was surprisingly nice and respectful, which honestly makes a difference in a shared space like this. The biggest downside for me was the food--it felt pretty overpriced for what it was. Also, I wish the cold pool setup was more accessible.
