My husband and I like coming here about once every 2 months. We get wings and share a pizza 1/2 what I like and 1/2 big country for him w/o pepperonis. Food is always fresh and hot. Always great service and polite staff. We like to play the chive trivia there on our phones it is on the tv over the bar. We play against each other of course he wins most of the time. We like doing this to just relax and enjoy the evening.

Recent visit receipt. Time was 20 minutes.

This is the worst Hideaway experience I've had. Ordered from the hospital and family went to pick it up. 2 managers and the register girl ignored my sister for 10-15 minutes while our order sat completed. Then, I guess I was spoiled by the original and two other great locations, because this locations food does NOT live up to the legacy that is Hideaway. Do not recommend.

Pepperonipalooza large

On a Saturday night we ordered a large Pepperonipalooza, 12 pieces Buffalo style wings, and small salad with a side of ranch. The order took approximately 20 minutes, Noah who took the order was friendly and helpful. Picking up the pizza was easy and expeditious. The pizza was full of pepperoni, flavorful, and the hand tossed crust was delicious! Buffalo wings had a great flavor (surprisingly the wings weren't 'crispy' per se but really tasty) and the salad perfect size. We really enjoyed the food!! Definitely recommend checking this local, family owned spot since 1957. Thank you!

Pieces of pork that are mostly barely cooked fat and appear to resemble ham. Not bacon.

This was the worst pickup order my husband ever brought home! 1. A dozen baked mushrooms should be 12, not 10. It gets worse from here. 2. Barely cooked pieces of pork that are mostly fat and appear to be ham, not bacon. 3. Chicken that is turned. 4. Barely any pasta. The whole thing looks like they just threw the garbage in and baked it. Worst Hideaway I've ever experienced!

FOOD : I loved that you could customize your pizza in so many ways. They made it really easy to order exactly what you want the way you want it, which is always nice! I also liked how they offer a variety for different preferences or allergens, they had gluten free crusts and cauliflower crusts which was great! I personally got a small gluten free build your own pizza with a bunch of veggies and chicken on top and the garlic and olive oil "sauce." The pizza was to be expected, honestly. It wasn't a "luxury" pizza with super fresh ingredients, just kind of more on the average side. The cheese was probably the part that threw me the most.. it was pretty nast. tasted like gum.. bleh. The chicken was also kinda rubbery, which is a quick turnoff for me. Everyone else seemed to really like their pizzas but were also in the same mindset - that they didn't have high expectations so they weren't either let down or thoroughly impressed. I will say the crust was pretty good! SERVICE / ATMOSPHERE : Our waitress was awesome! She was super sweet, helpful, and kind. I loved how prompt she was and always ready to wait on the table. The atmosphere was good, great for family and kids and big groups. Overall I wasn't super impressed and wouldn't go back, but if you're just looking for something quick or for a big group this works.

Pretty good, friendly staff, a little slow with my takeout but I'd eat here again. I'd say 3 1/2 stars.

The food, service, and ambiance are all without fault. The menu is varied, plus they offer many spectacular nightly specials. The broiled halibut, in particular, is spectacular. I highly Villa Ravenna as a place to spend any special occasion. Definitely 5 stars !!!

Manager said they included their top sellers for ease and to better serve their customers (mind you with a much higher price point than we were prepared for & we're repeat customers). We understood the reason for it.. just would've been nice to know in advance, as we had our hearts set on other dishes. Unfortunately we experienced terrible service. We ordered a bottle of wine and our 2 entrees: Seafood carbonara & the halibut which was a bit dry and mashed potatoes were cold. As soon as we ordered we never saw her again, except to hunt her down for our check. She never came to ask how our meal was after it was delivered, nor did she come by to fill our wine (like has always happened in the past). Never came to even ask if we wanted dessert. Just AWFUL service!! She even brought us the wrong check. Thank goodness we caught it, as it was double the price of ours. We felt like we were taken advantage of... forced to pay a much steeper price for a very limited menu and then not getting the fine dining service we've experienced in past visits. Restaurant was playing Aerosmith loud & did not go with the restaurants ambience at all. I will add that we came for Valentines Day last year & there was not a limited menu then, so just would've been nice to know of this change so we could have reviewed the menu. Their regular menu has a ton of entree options. This limited menu had like 6-8 & all very high priced. Unfortunately they got one over on us, but fortunately it won't be happening again, as we'll never return.

My husband ordered a limon dish. The food was wonderful. All the orders come with a choice of super salad. We both chose Caesar salad which was plentiful and almost filling by itself. You also get fresh made bread hot out the oven. The food is cooked to order. The shrimp and the scallops on my dish were buttery. My husband took one bite sat back and said I'm so happy to be here LOL. We decided to splurge for a dessert and we got the tiramisu and I will never regret it. It was so light and flavorful. I'm a coffee drinker. My husband isn't but we both almost fought over the last piece. It was so good that we returned a few days later with a friend for lunch and the food was just as good. It was a Friday night, so we were patient and gave them extra grace for being busy. After waiting well past the quoted time, we continued to sit and wait with no update. At 48 minutes after placing the order, I finally called again. We were put on hold for several minutes, then told they'd bring it right out. When the food finally came, the explanation was vague, something about the takeout staff shifting to another task, which only made me wonder how long the food had actually been sitting there. The takeaway here: if your pickup time has passed, don't assume they're still working on it, call and check. Being overly patient may just mean you end up bringing home cold food. Disappointing experience, especially given the price and the simple expectation of timely pickup service.

I was expecting the casualness of the place. Even so, I thought it was a relaxing place to dine. We ordered a small goat cheese pizza and a loaded-meat one. I loved the arugula on the goat cheese pizza. My bite of the Meat Lovers was above average. We also got two small garden salads. They had a lot of arugula in them as well. Be aware that the balsamic dressing is super thick. Totally emulsified. If you're wanting a vinegar and oil dressing, this is not it. That being said, I did love it. We saw lots of the focaccia coming out as apps and I would totally order that on our next visit. I definitely want to try their pasta too.
