Think I'd have to go back to really know how I feel about this place. The service was good, which usually means more than the food. They're still new and learning, so some parts were a little awkward but points for trying and everyone was super nice. We ordered the cheese stuffed mushrooms, wings and a pizza. The stuffed mushrooms were very good. They're stuffed with cream cheese and veggies-ish. Not spicy so kids can eat them. We ordered naked wings with sauce on the side. The wings were really good actually. The pizza we ordered was ok. It was greasy. I had to dab it off with a napkin. And yes it was a small (personal) but felt like there wasn't any bread. I felt like I didn't eat most of each piece because it was crust. Also, it kind of just felt messy. Trying to get a piece off the platter the entire topping would slide off before getting it to my plate. Not sure. Need to try another one. Our server accidentally gave us breaded mushrooms. Don't recommend. The breading has no flavor. I'd try it one more time just to be sure. read more

A new go-to spot! The curbside delivery wasn't the speediest, but efficient all the same and worth the wait for solid quality. We ordered two medium pizzas: Margherita and Da Bomb. Both were excellent, but the most interesting observation was how uniform the pizzas were. The pie lip in the crust looks like they bake in a pan shape mold that keeps the circles consistent and keeps the crust crisp- it's a wonder they don't do this everywhere. The uniformity applies as well to the most evenly distributed toppings I have ever seen- every slice had an almost equal ratio of ingredients. (like Costco) Conclusion: great pizza, great staff, atrocious logo read more

Been here a few times now. The hand tossed pizza was hands down amazing. We got the Pollinator and swapped the peppers for Jalapeños. My other favorite thing we tried were the garlic knots. These are not your average knots. The marina is something I don't typically enjoy at any Italian place. This dipping sauce just hits different and even if you don't like marinara, at the very least give it a try! Today was my third visit and because the sauce for the knots is always so good, I thought the lasagna had to be phenomenal. That thought was short lived and not accurate. Yes, the sauce was the same, it had some larger chucks of tomatoes and a good amount of cheese. However, the layers of pasta had nothing between them. Just pasta stacked on top of each other with the sauce thrown on top. While this would be less time consuming for back of the house to prepare, it leaves you less than satisfied. The flavors profiles are there, but where is the ricotta filling and the Bachamel as described on the menu. Dang, I really had higher hopes for the lasagna. read more

Hideaway Pizza - Not really a layered lasagna. Flavors are there but poorly executed. - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

We have eaten at several different Hideaways and this one is wonderful. The service was awesome. The building is the nicest Hideaway I have been to. We graduated from OSU so we are used to the Original Hideaway and we really loved this one. The patio upstairs was so cool. It was covered and the sides were open. It was really windy and the waiter noticed we were being wind blown and cold so he lowered the windows for us. Such great thing. They also have misting machines in case it's hot and we think they have heaters also but we weren't sure. The pizzas were great. They were piping hot and delicious. Can't beat Hideaway Pizza. read more

Everything. The girl that was doing take out orders called me to make sure my order was right because it seemed odd. She was right I must of clicked something by mistake. I was so grateful that she called me. I have never eaten here and the pizza was perfect and so good. I will definitely be back. The girl that works takeout is very kind and was a big help. read more

Pizza ok. Got take out after waiting in busy parking lot. Not worth the wait. Other family restaurants with similar fair.

This is a lovely gem here in the area! It recently opened up and it's apparently always busy so keep that in mind when you do come in. We came in yesterday (on a Tuesday) around 6pm and it took around 35-40 min wait time to be seated. Our server, Dylan was awesome. He was only in town to help out at this location as he works in Oklahoma actually but he was great! He always checked in on us and was very knowledgeable and attentive. We tried two appetizers, bbq wings and mozzarella sticks. Both were really really tasty. My husband said it was one of his favorite wings he's had at a restaurant! They were nice and crispy and not overly fried and the flavor was great. Mozzarella sticks are always a hit can't complain there and both portions were BIG so the price point is very reasonable. For our pizza choice we tried the paradise pie but X mushrooms. It was good, but I think I should have tried a regular sauce pizza because the ones that were coming out near us looked even better than our pizza! Cocktails we tried a blueberry lemon drop and oooooweee that was amazing and i'm definitely going to buy it again when we return. The skinny margarita was ok a little too sour for my liking. Overall great food great vibes inside and very very busy. We will definitely be back! read more

Oklahomans and Texans alike!! You have to try Hideaway! I walked in and was kindly greeted by the staff members. I didn't have to wait, but I have heard waits can be lengthy on college football game days. I had only ever been to the Stillwater version of Hideaway before trying the Plano location. The Plano location far exceeds my other experience. The Hideaway in Plano features fun kites on the ceiling and more TVs than you could wish for. They also have a great rooftop bar area I plan to visit when the weather is nicer. The food was delicious. I LOVED the garlic knots and fried mushrooms. I have had both the Pollinator and Paradise Pie and you really can't go wrong with either. If you do not like sweet, I would avoid the pollinator as it has hot honey on it. I personally enjoy the sweet/salty combo. Also - if you're wavering on whether to order a fountain drink, you do get a souvenier cup :) Overall, I had a great experience at Hideaway and will return soon! read more

The pizza and their Curbside was fantastic! " Their Curbside Sign simply said "we will be right Out and that's what they did! No phone call to tell them what spot that you're in...No Color of your Vehicle or type. First time visiting Hideaway Pizza and the Pizza was damn go, too! read more

OMG! THE BEST pizza I've tasted in a long time. Such a great vibe, attentive service, pizzas are divine delicious! We ordered the Xtreme and Da Bomb. Can't go wrong with either one. I've never had pizza with balsamic drizzle, it blended perfectly with the pineapple and spices. Xtreme hits the spot if you want a hearty comfort food type of pizza. We also ordered the 50/50- great mix of cheese sticks and fried mushrooms, and the baked cheesy shrooms hit the spot! 10/10 all around! Thank you!! read more

Hideaway Pizza is a gem! The food is delicious, the prices are easy on the wallet, and the service is friendly and efficient. They have a ton of Other selections besides pizza! This is a Perfect spot for a great meal without spending too much, plus the rooftop patio is a great spot. Def will be back! read more

Look, the service was good, environment was good, it's a family oriented restaurant. There are a few pages of things on the menu that are not pizza. Seems like a lot for a "pizza" restaurant. It was not bad, but the pizza was not my jam, I'm very fussy with my pizza and this was not it. It was a too greasy and not a lot of flavor. Some may like the place and I think it does well, but wasn't my thing. read more

This is a great find for me. Not far from my work and reasonably priced menu options and a 50% Off all Alcoholic Drinks during Happy Hour. I've had the Meatball Sub and the Lasagna both were excellent and the service was always on point. read more

Hideaway Pizza never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and piled with plenty of toppings. The crust has the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and their specialty pizzas are amazing. On top of the great food, the ambience is just as good fun, welcoming, and comfortable whether you're with family or friends. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and service is quick even when it's busy. Easily one of my favorite places to grab pizza! read more

If you're looking for great food and Texas charm, this is your spot. From the moment you walk in staff is very kind and friendly. You can really get a feel for that Texas pride with games on the TV and everyone cheering on TX. Aside from the environment, the food is freaking delicious! Was a huge fan of the pollinator pizza. Pepperonis were nice and crunchy. The hot honey was a perfect touch. We weren't going to order anything but pizza but their menu advertises that their wings would beat anyones so we had to try them. They were some damn good wings!!! Huge fan! AND you can take home the plastic cup that they serve your drink in. Cutest souvenir! read more

This was my first Hideaway Pizza experience in Texas. I'm an Okie and I've had Hideaway forever up there! I was so excited to see them here! Our server was Miracle and she was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive! We slept an order of fried mushrooms...it's a must when you have Hideaway! We each ordered individual pizzas...all different...all excellent! We each had to get a to go box...so much food! In looking around the restaurant, I brought back so many memories of pizzas past! The music was eclectic and not loud! We were able to have conversation without yelling to each other! Go! You'll be glad you did! read more

The food is very good. The happy hour is fantastic. But the air temperature is so cold. If you sit at the bar downstairs bring a winter jacket. Even the bar upstairs is so cold when you are away from the garage door. We have mentioned it several times to the manager but they don't seem to care. read more

Good pizza and great people. Takeout is easy drive up and great helpful staff. .................................

I just got takeout so I can't rate the service but the pizza was very good! Great variety of sizes and toppings

Great atmosphere and a large bar. Pizza and all the appetizers are phenomenal. Definitely try this place.

Love the original Hideaway in Oklahoma, so very excited to see it here. Sometime a chain is not the same, but that is no the case with this location. Food is fresh, fried mushrooms and ranch are everything, and the service is great! There is a wait most nights, but it's worth it! read more

We had such a good experience. Anthony, our server, was incredible and he helped make our first visit incredible. The customization of the menu is so nice if you can't decide between two items, you can split two specialty pizzas half and half! We got the 50/50 mozz sticks & fried mushrooms to start, then did a half Yardbird and half Xtreme Supreme pizza. Anthony actually recommended some adjustments based on topping preferences we shared with him, which was super cool of him. Our apps and pizza were outstanding--seriously delicious. The restaurant has a very intentional, almost classic 90's feel to it, like that favorite pizza spot you loved as a kid, but grown up. A lot of stuff is made in house, too, like the ranch and marinara (Anthony filled us in on that great tidbit). We were both full but went back for one more slice just because it was good. Will be back for sure! read more

This was our 1st ! Have to say don't do what we did thinking the front doors was closer to the service road .. (wrong) opposite side bigger parking lot makes sense but as you see the other buildings it's reverse we walked in to say that Jonathan was very welcoming. Gave us a menu it being our first time have many suggestions of what he recommended. So we had a minute to sit until it was our time to be called The waiter we had was very helpful as well very positive just a good vibe. We did the wings barbecue and Parmesan chicken. We also tried three different types of small pizzas so that we could all try a different variety to say. We are highly impressed. I recommended thin crust my husband on the recommends pan either way we had a great experience and the food was delicious read more

Tough night at the Hideaway Pizza. We like to sit at the bar and watch the college football games. After hearing the bartender tell another couple they'd be better served to go sit at a table and then we encountered him. we took the advise also. Well SERVICE at the table was at least with a smile but still a little slow for the early hour. As always though hard to be to beat the quality and taste of a hideaway pizza. read more

Service was excellent. The environment on the upstairs dining area was very nice and comfortable. Pizza was ok but understand I am more of a NY style or even Chicago style pizza fan. This pizza was more of what you get in Texas. But I will definitely return as we very much enjoyed our night read more

We attempted to make reservations as there were multiple people (around 10-12 people )in our group but we were told via phone that we could not make reservations. Upon arrival we were told that the wait would be about 30 minutes. At the 35-40 minute mark, we were still waiting. The location was crowded but some people were being seated here and there. We checked the status of a table around this time and were told it would be another few minutes. We waited over an hour to be seated. Once seated the waiter apologized about the wait and quickly placed our drink orders. We already knew what we wanted to order due to the long wait so we placed our orders a few minutes after our orders were delivered. It took about 20 minutes or so for the food to arrive. We enjoyed the appetizers of garlic knots, fried pickles , and garlic bread. The pizza was hot and fresh and the wings were good too. The only food that was just ok was the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The grilled chicken was dry and multiple chews had to be done to swallow the sandwich bites down. I would visit again, but when it's not as busy for the pizza. read more

Our 1st time here. When here for lunch. Right off the bat, the host came back from cleaning tables. He said, "Who's next" while we were standing in front of him. I wasn't sure if I needed to move out of the way to let someone else go first. We got seated within 5 minutes. The bartender took our order. Got the fried pickles, wings, and a pizza. We got our wings and pickles 1st. There's not much room on the table at this point. The waiter shows up with the pizza and looks at us and says there is not much room on the table. He then asked if we would like a pizza stand to set the pizza on. Told him that would be a great idea. . The bartender did a good job. Lady walked by. I think she was one of the managers and asked if we were doing good and if we needed anything. Told her a few to go boxes, and we struck up a small conversation. That small conversation ended up turning our experience into a very good one. . Good 1st time here. read more

10/10! Great customer service. This was our first time at Hideaway Pizza and we were greeted upon entrance with smiles and recommendations! We tried a variety of things on the menu! We tried the Stacked Ham and Swiss Sandwich, Fried Ravioli, the Chicken Florentine Pizza & the Pepperonipalooza Pizza. The Stacked Ham and Swiss Sandwich and the Fried Ravioli were our favorite dishes! We were not a fan of the Chicken Florentine Pizza but Jordan, the Manager, was very understanding & provided us with great customer service and the opportunity to exchange our pizza for one that we did like! Will definitely be back for the sandwich, atmosphere & warm welcomes! read more

I'm doing a five star cause honestly, everything was pretty great. Couple of good friends went to OSU (Go Pokes!) and one year when a bunch of us went to Stillwater to see the Texas/OSU game, we ate at the original. Well, on the way back from degenerate gambling one evening, we all stopped in here to eat. It was a weekend, and it was really busy, but they had an open table. We ordered the fried (world famous) mushrooms, the fried ravioli and The Boz pizza. This location doesn't sell the pizza where every slice is a different type. Even with the crowd, food came out pretty quick. The fried mushrooms aren't outta a bag frozen type. They really are homemade and they were the best mushrooms I've had in a restaurant in years. Really good, some of the best. The fried ravioli was the same. Crispy, seasoned good and the marinara sauce wasn't an after thought, it was some good stuff. The Boz pizza is one of the meatier options. Pepperoni, bacon, and sausage, with red bell pepper, and jalapenos. The pizza we got was loaded, and it was really good. We all had a couple pieces and it was plenty. They had the beer I usually drink, and it was surprisingly priced below what I see at most places. Another big plus. Anyway, everything was great on this visit. I look forward to coming back even though it's a drive for me. Probably make this place a stop for every visit up north to throw money away in Oklahoma. If you're not a big pizza person (weirdo) the menu has a big selection of salads, sandwiches and pastas that should take care of you. read more

Place was nostalgic as the original location is from Stillwater, OK. Go Pokes! Once inside, you'll definitely get that college vibe. No complaints about the service as they were very attentive. No visit is complete without their famous fried mushrooms. We also had the fried wings and pizza. Overall, I would say food was good but not great. Although, I would be willing to give this lace another try. read more

I like their pizza, but get sick every time I eat there. As a past resident of Tulsa, where it all began I believe; I ate at one of the locations in Tulsa twice this summer and got sick both times I ate there. I'm pretty sure I don't want to get ill from the same restaurant again. The service and ambience have always been stellar, but I'm not so sure about the food. read more

My girl and I went there for a Friday night treat. Tip.... go to their site and check in before you leave since it gets busy fast. Our waitress Leah was awesome!!! She took great care of us. This is exactly what I was looking for for my family. A restaurant that was lively! It was a Saturday and extremely packed! Even though there was 14 of us, we did not wait long which was awesome! Our server Samantha G was amazing! She was attentive, helpful, patience, sweet and funny! The food was delicious! Ordered the medium pizza with pepperoni and mushroom, it was so cheesy and flavorful! We had appetizers meatballs, cheese sticks and wings amazzzing! The rest of my party had the pastas different kinds and they were not disappointed. We were impressed! We will definitely be back!! read more

We went to Hideaway Pizza for the first time. My daughter ordered the Italian on white with homemade chips from the sandwiches portion of the menu. She rated it a 4 out of 5 stars. She's super petite but she eats like a linebacker though. She ordered sweet tea because she wanted a collector's cup to take home. The entire Starters portion of the menu is all food items that are fried or breaded or both. Most sounded pretty good taste bud wise but for me personally not so great health wise. After checking out the Build Your Own Pizza section I was happy to see cauliflower and also gluten free options. But I wasn't happy for long. The cauliflower crust has a $3 up charge. So my 10" cheese pizza instantly would be $13.00 before one single topping would be added. So Greek salad for me. Yay. My salad had exactly 3 Kalamata olives. I'm an olives person so that was disappointing. Double yay for the Frozen Lemonade Pie, it's delicious. Next time I'll just order pizza like the name of the place says and just pay the up charge for my crust. read more
