We were sat rather quickly for a Saturday night. They have a fun and b msporty atmosphere good for all ages. Yazzy was our server and she was fabulous always attentive and quick service. Okay, this is a tough review to write. As others have stated, the service sucks. However, the food was very delicious. Service was not up to par. I can't help thinking because we were a colored family, maybe that was why. I saw other families (white) who had prompt service. I saw a table with a little kid who got pizza dough to play with! Wow I thought, that's cool. How come my kids weren't offered the same thing. Please do better. I will be back because my family loved the pizza. I did not like the feeling of being overlooked. Having to get up 3-4 times to speak to a manager is not cool. I get it, you've only been open for a month, but there were a ton of workers, so you can't tell me you lack staff. I had to ask for a free dessert because of our wait. I was shocked that not more was done in terms of our check, but I get it, bills and staff need to be paid. I felt bad for the bartender because she was doing double duty, making drinks and serving customers. They need to put more staff in that area if they are going to seat people there. read more

We are big Stillwater Oklahoma Hideaway fans so it's awesome to have one so close. There is a good size bar, great atmosphere and even rooftop. Staff is polite and good but almost all lack any knowledge or fondness for the original location or OSU. Guess it's to be expected with a franchise but disappointing. The food is just as good and it's our now number 1 spot for pizza. The one bid miss is limited sports on the TVs. Management is missing out by not paying for the extra sports packages. We watched several people leave on a Sunday because they could watch their team. read more

Met a friend here for lunch during a weekday and since I got there a bit early I had a chance to pour over the menu. It's a big one that offers plenty of non pizza options if you are looking to add an appetizer or just in the mood for something else. I decided to stick with the namesake and take advantage of the $3 off a small pizza lunch promotion and ordered the Hurricane with BBQ sauce (~$14 with promo pricing -- Chedder, Pineapple, Canadian bacon, bacon, jalapeños). Overall the pizza was pretty good and I think there is more on their speciality menu I'd like to try but the service was a bit hit and miss. When it came time for the check we asked to split it so It was slightly confusing when our server came back again to ask which card was which. After confirming which one was mine they ran them as separate checks vs split and but mixed up our orders, leaving me with a bill about twice as much as I was expecting. It wasn't a big deal so I didn't bother correcting it, but our server seemed a little inexperienced and stressed, often coming back to confirm things we had ordered versus writing them down. I think Hideaway should likely invest a bit a bit more into training their staff to smooth out an otherwise great experience. I think this place may have just been having an off day so I'm open to coming back to give it another shot as they serve up a pretty good pizza. Overall I think the small pizza lunch deal is a pretty good one and the best time to try this place out. read more

I never heard of this pizza place before, so when 2 colleagues asked me to meet them here for dinner, I was a little hesitant. WOW, so happy to say this was FABULOUS PIZZA!!! I am a super critic of pizza, so to say this means a lot. We ordered 3 small pizzas and shared. All were delicious. You won't go wrong with any of their pizzas. My family decided to give this place a try on a Friday night since we almost always have pizza on Friday nights. The place was packed. We waited about 25 minutes, but it was well worth it. We got a table next to a window. The server was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was backed up, and it took a little while to get our pizza. In the meantime, we had a couple of beers and a salad, as well as some garlic knots. It was all amazing. When the pizza came, it was yummy, too. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Because, they took a while to serve the food, they compted the garlic knots and gave us not one but two desserts. (The desserts were a mistake because the server asked us which one we wanted, and the manager did the same.) All in all I highly recommend this place. Just be prepared to wait a little during their busies times. It is very popular. I love the kite motifs throughout the restaurant. read more

We decided to try Hideaway Pizza today after passing by several times. The pizza and appetizers are really good. Service was on point. This menu has a lot to choose from. We had the fried pickles and an appetizer and they were the great. The restaurant is decorated well and very spread out with lots of tables. If you are going for dinner make sure you join the waitlist on line. We went around 430 and were able to get right in but by 6pm there were a lot of people waiting to get in to eat. read more

Waited 10minutes to be served but Tony, the manager was so apologetic. It was fine because things happen. You've got to try their wings. Not too much breading and there is plenty of meat in each wing. The wings are cooked to perfection! We also ordered a large thin crust pizza and added our own toppings. The pizza was just the right thin crust. The dough makes the pizza! All the ingredients were very fresh. This is our new pizza and wings place! Pixie at the bar is the best! If she can't make you laugh, then nobody cans. Large selection of beers and drinks, prices are reasonable, food is great, service is fast. I've ordered from this place so many times I've lost count and this last time I ordered the pizza was actually the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my life that I threw it away. I later called and the gentleman who I believe was the manager not sure said he would send me gift cards and he never did. Wow, what a nice find! I have had the pleasure of finding good food wherever I go in the Plano, Frisco, McKinney areas. I've definitely had good BBQ, good Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Tex Mex, Indian, and some good old burgers. But I hadn't found a good pizza spot yet, so enter Hideaway into the fray. I was not prepared for dinner one night so I decided on pizza. I did a split Cimarron/Paradise with some garlic knots. Yum! Kids approved it too. It was also affordable and everybody was really friendly. That's one thing I'm not used to coming from CA, and people actually take pride in their jobs. I went on a Friday night and it was packed! But everybody seemed to be in great spirits and it provided a fun ambiance with the Olympics going on. I came back on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and ordered their Pasta Paradise and a 50/50 starter since they are known for their fried mushrooms, and I love mozzarella sticks! Again, not disappointed, the food was gone within 30min by the fam. All in all, it's a good spot with good prices and service. I'll gladly keep coming back! read more

It's opening day for the first Hideaway Pizza in Texas. It's 32 miles and 1 hour away from my house. I arrived at 11:30am and was seated immediately. This is one of the largest restaurants they build. The service was great all of the wait staff had trainers working with them and everything seemed to be running very smoothly for an opening day. I was not in any hurry and my waitress let me order my appetizer and finish eating it and then order my pizza. I started with six Buffalo Hot Wings they were crispy, sauced just right and were tasty. For lunch I had The Boz Pizza with mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar and cooked extra crispy. It came out just as I ordered it and was great The experience was just as it always is at Hideaway, Great! As side notes I love their crust it's airy like old school pan pizza and they have the best cheese and red pepper shakers of any pizza parlor I've been to. read more

This was our first time at Hideaway Pizza and we were not disappointed! Three of us sat at the bar so we could watch football. We ordered the greek salad and a large thin crust pollinator pizza. The greek salad was fresh and delicious and the pizza was outstanding! We didn't think about doing a half and half on the pizza but it would have been great to try two of their pizzas. Also, some of our friends showed up and also sat at the bar and ordered the fried mushrooms and cheese sticks. They said they are a must the next time we go. Having been to the original hideaway throughout college in Stillwater OK, I had high hopes for this location and it exceeded ALL of them.
