Hidden Cuisine - Delicious French toast. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Moab, Utah

Tasty food and good service. One of the best meals we had in our Moab trip. My favorite is their Hidden Grilled Cheese Steak - it was just perfect to my taste buds! We tried the different flavors of their smoothies with each visit and all of them were excellent - I liked the most is the Milky way smoothie. Definitely a must-try when you are in Moab. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. On Sunday 6/24 we were rudely turned away because we were a party of 7. We were told there was only one chef & it would take hours to even get to us. Very disappointed. Other people were seated & it was not full. Party of 5 was enjoying their meal outside, so I'm not sure why it was made to be such a hassle to accommodate us. We weren't really given an option, & the guy we spoke to had no urge to even try to help us at all. read more

Stopped for breakfast on our way to hiking, as we were staying close by in Spanish Valley. Sign is hard to see from the road, so look for the vertical flags advertising breakfast, lunch and coffee. Service was very good. Coffee was decent, but the white mocha my older son ordered was outstanding. Three of us got the breakfast stuffed crepes - basically a breakfast burrito, but with two crepes instead of a tortilla and a light coating of house made hollandaise sauce. Crepes were very light and the dish was delicious. Older son (growing teenager) ordered the country fried steak with a biscuit and gravy. The steak was really good, but the biscuit was truly phenomenal - freshly made, rich without being leaden. As someone who currently lives in the South, I didn't expect to find a world-class biscuit in Moab. Get off the beaten path downtown and come eat here!!! read more

Delicious breakfast and great customer service. They also have gluten free toast for those with an intolerance or allergy.

I was a little skeptical when I drove up, but this place is really a hidden gem. The service was great and food was excellent. After spending the morning at the arches, we were hungry and their food hit the spot. We started off with their juices, both were refreshing. Then we shared an avocado toast and then my daughter had the French toast while I had the omelette. Definitely will be back next time we are around here. read more

We had a great breakfast. Sat outside for the breeze. Had chefs crepes and fried steak. Really good food, and we're picky. Will be back if we're ever this way again. read more

In spite of many restaurants in Moab, our culinary experiences there left much to be desired. The Hidden Cuisine just south of town saved us for two breakfasts in a row. Fresh, tasty food at reasonable prices. read more

Great little breakfast spot open on Thanksgiving morning. Avacado toast was perfect!

Fabulous service, delicious food at a nice price point. Avocado toast, biscuits and gravy and cappuccino are all delicious and made from scratch. A bit off the beaten path in a very nice way. read more

My cousins, who live in Moab, raved about this hidden gem of a restaurant...and they weren't just akidding! The food is great!!! I fell in love with everything there. Within a 3 day visit to Moab, we made a point of going there every day. Couple times for breakfast and once for lunch. The food was THAT good!!! Great service. A little bit out of town (south on main highway), but the trip is well worth it. And the owner and waitress were so very, very nice of people. read more

Hidden Gem right outside Moab. Had breakfast aftee hiking the Corona Arch. The food is fresh and good portions. Service is friendly and efficient. Indoor and outdoor seating a way from the crowds. Views of east rim and LaSal Mountain. Coffee is excellent. Will definitely come back. read more

On top of all the good reviews already posted about the food and service and coffee, I should add that there is plenty of parking and plenty of tables so there was no wait. Small menu but they've covered all the bases so you should leave happy ... we did! read more

great place with a spectacular chef, she really knows what she's doing! Our whole group had excellent meals.

Staying outside of town & tried this place yesterday for brunch. The open faced salmon bagel was wonderful! The atmosphere is very nice, quiet even when busy! Today we had the veggie Benedict which was good but needed a bit more hollandaise sauce. Service was very good both days & the staff is very friendly! read more

Amazing food with very very nice and efficient staff: the place was clean and very cute. Decent price for the amount of food and the quality of it. LOVE IT read more

Such a great place. Great service, great food. Cool atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner are equally delicious!

My husband and I tried Hidden Cuisine for dinner this evening. We're glad to see a few more food options in Moab. We tried the Empanadas for an appetizer, certainly with different fillings than if you were at a Mexican restaurant, but good none the less - I preferred the coconut sauce. For dinner my husband had the Chicken Roti and I had the Bobotie. We both enjoyed our meals, both had flavors of curry and other spices - not too much, but just enough to be full of flavor. My meal included a three bean salad, that was slightly sweet with flavorful spices. The fruit chutney was also very flavorful and I enjoyed trying it with everything. We're definitely coming back the next time we're in Moab! read more

Local shop with great coffee and great food! It is worth the extra 5 min drive from central Moab! Do it!

Good vegetarian choices. I recommend avocado toast. Fresh and delicious. The vegetarian benedict is also great choice. This is a good option on the south side of town. read more

Had the perfect breakfast here after a one night stay in Moab (road trip!) ... my friend and I each had smoothies and shared the avocado toast (ADD SMOKED SALMON!!!) everything was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. VERY understated from outside. However extremely nice on insider. Scramble crepes and coffee were great. However, service was way below average. Slow. Forgetful. Unfortunate. Could be a great place. read more

We saw the Yelp review and decided to try it. We had two different salads and they were so tasty. It was a very healthy tasting salad. Was a wonderful treat after hiking in dead horse. The staff was quick and attentive too. read more

Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was was excellent. A must do if you are in Moab needing breakfast or lunch.

Nice place away from the crowds of downtown Moab with patio seating. Good menu; food is very fresh and service is friendly.

Edge of town, but GREAT food atmosphere and service. Full coffee bar. Unique as well as classic breakfast options, big portions and reasonably priced. read more

Doesn't look like much on the outside but the inside is so cute. Menu items are great!

Great food. I got the salmon bagel and it was delicious, lots of salmon and very tasty for a good price. Great atmosphere as well.

This was a great (hidden!) breakfast spot in Moab, very worth the short mile drive through the main part of town. My friend and I split veggie Benedict and the lox bagel, both of which were excellent. The Benny was not drowning in hollandaise, and the bagel had a generous serving of salmon. I also loved the generous serving of spinach on both. My only critique was the clashing music between the restaurant and back kitchen. Otherwise, we will return! read more

This place is still VERY new. The food was good, and the service was great. I tried the Veggie Benedict, and it was better than expected. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and all the veggies were fresh. That being said, it would've been absolutely perfect with about twice as much hollandaise sauce. I will definitely visit again! read more
