Excellent hibachi!! Great service, very clean. Had steak & chicken with fried rice. Been twice, definitely coming back!!

Crispy dumplings not greasy at all!

We got the chicken and steak combo to share and the steak was so tender and juicy, im glad it was cooked correctly and not dry like most other hibachi places. We also got a side of noodles (they are garlic noodles!) so very addicting, just keep that in mind if you love garlic. The veggies were seasoned well and not soggy or salty. They also have crispy dumplings the owner was so kind to give us for the wait since the blacktop had to rewarm. Overall our experience was terrific and we already made plans that ill be back on monday after work lol. Pro: Clean Delicious Friendly service Plenty of parking

Garlic Edemame, ginger sauce & gyoza, and a plate of hibachi chicken/vegetables with stir fried noodles!

Can't get enough of this flavorful food. The edemame savors garlic & butter!! Fresh veggies noodles & hibachi style proteins to make everyone happy. I personally love the fried rice and egg rolls. Can't say enough good things! Tonight the Hibachi soup southed my soul

Great first visit here (ordered take-out) online. Super tasty! Steak was cooked perfectly.

    Main shrimp hibachi platter

Way too overpriced. Portions are not worth the cost of the food. The service was good no fault of the cashier/server. I got extra shrimp which they said couldn't add to the main order and I would have to order it as a side. I did that and it costed 8 dollars. For 4 pieces of shrimp 8 dollars is crazy especially when I just wanted it on my main plate. 8 dollars is almost half the cost of the shrimp hibachi platter and on that platter I got 8 shrimps, fried rice and vegetables. Why is 4 shrimps costing half of the main plate which has a whole lot more.

    Shrimp and Steak Combo

This was so good. The whole family loved it. We did the upgrade to fried rice and they give you a great amount (probably more than you'd get at a sit down hibachi place). I was so excited to get the Yum Yum Sauce in our takeout, it's the best. We will definitely be back!

Came here for lunch and Hibachi V Express did not disappoint! I got the chicken and steak combo hibachi plate with fried rice. Chicken was tasty, so was the steak and it was cooked to the right temperature. All the veg was cooked and seasoned well and the fried rice was great! They served it with a side of their yum yum sauce and it definitely was yum yum! I will be back for sure! Friendly service and great conversation :)

Best hibachi in all of Denver in my honest opinion. I drive 30 minutes here at least once a week, it's that good. Friendly staff as well

Sooo yummy and so affordable!!! Just over $20 for a steak plate is insane. The employees have been so friendly the two times I've visited.

It had really great service! Except the zebra was unexpected at the coffee pot. It ejaculated everywhere. Ambiance is lovely nonetheless.

If you want literal classic hibachi restaurant food but eat at home. This is the spot. Actually it's better.

Our friend got the bison dish and she said it was delicious but a lot of food. All the dishes were healthy portions. We all ended up taking our leftovers home. The atmosphere is on the elevated side for your typical brunch spot. Food is good, however the menu is a bit limited. We always start with the 6 pieces bacon flight. I's a delicious and fun way to start a meal because you get to try many different flavors and sauces like applewood, candied or hot honey! Their breakfast burrito is one of the best in Denver! The bacon tater tots are very tasty and very crunchy and are more like hush puppies. Unfortunately, the classic Benedict I tried this time was boring: adding some greens like spinach or some garnish would have made a big difference! Value for money at this place is a weak point. Our meal for 2 came at over 80 dollars for 2 for 2 mains, 1 appetizer and black coffees. Regardless, it's my husband's favorite breakfast spot so we will keep coming back!

It's always a treat - it reminds me of Broussard's, the little Cajun/Creole joint in Loveland that closed down many years ago and was my introduction to the more home-y style of this cuisine. My most recent visit was this past weekend, a Saturday night dinner with judges and club members for the event I was participating in. We sat on the patio, which made for catching some nice evening breezes after being out in the unseasonal, record-breaking heat for the day. Service was a little spotty - friendly, but orders a bit mixed up and plates brought out 2 at a time with significant gaps in-between (which meant it took a while for our party of 7, and I happened to be the last person served). I will say this is unusual, so I'm not sure if it was a new server or if was particularly busy in the kitchen. It may be that since it is not the norm it was all the more noticeable? In any case, I always enjoy the food. This weekend I had the Crawfish Monica served over rice. I'd say that the Monica sauce is more creamy than spicy, which suits me just fine since my spice tolerance has waned as I've gotten older. It came with a house salad on the side - perfect for some relief from the rich, creamy sauce. I will say that the dinner portion is enough for 2 or 3 meals - sadly I forgot my leftovers in the hotel fridge (an all too common occurence).
