Worn out and filthy dining areas.
    Kevin P.

This place has really gone downhill. The booths with red "pleather" (plastic leather) are all worn out, taped over, scratched, and filthy. The carpets are caked with food and stains, the bathrooms are disgusting. As you enter you are greeted with a grunt at most from a person dressed in jeans and a t shirt wearing flip flops or crocs, who apparently hates his job. He shuffles his feet to a nearby booth and just points and leaves. The food is ok, and there is a ton of it but nothing tastes especially seasoned. The prices have risen dramatically in the last year and the service is minimal at best. We really used to enjoy coming here, but after the last visit we will not be back.

Food is really poor. Not enough turnover. Dirty tongs for sushi. Greasy fried food and skimpy fillings. Try another place. Skip this.

What you expect from a typical buffet. Nothing special. Try Sakuna down the road, it's much better.

Place was dirty, and the food was bad. I was actually waiting for a roach to crawl out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Who would have thought?! Baby steps! Interesting comments on this business. Living in the city and having tried all sorts of ethnic foods when I was eating. Now relegated to living in WeBe. There is nothing different at Mineiros as compared to those Brazilian steak houses in the city. Great food selection. I thought the offerings were better than some in the city! The vegetables and salads are top shelf, and they have a very large selection of meats. Meats! Oh my, they all smelled so very good! They also offer some traditional dishes. Like pasta Italian, etc. there is plenty of parking, a very clean facility, and a wonderful staff. Prices are very reasonable. Fantastic place...too bad I became a vegetarian!

We went there to order food at night, the place was only open for about another hour and a half,…read morethe bartender told us that we couldn't eat Buffet if we sat at the bar, ok, so we ordered a few drinks and asked for a menu, I ordered a Bud, she brought me a Bud light, I just drank it instead of complaining, then next time I asked for a regular Bud and she brought me another Bud light, I mentioned I wanted a Bud and she said that's all we have and walked away, maybe she should have offered me other choices, although the bar was empty the bartender's service was horrible, took forever to get her attention, she stood at the other end of the bar talking to friends. My lady and I both ordered Steak, I ordered Steak tips with rice, it took a while for my ladies steak to be cooked, when our food finally came there is no doubt that they took my Steak tips and Rice from the left over Buffet, you could tell they had been sitting a while, both the Steak tips and rice were cold, the Bartender never came over and asked how is everything, I know it was close to closing time and they probably had most of the kitchen things put away, cleaning up the Buffet table and trying not to waste food but it was Horrible, felt like I was served left overs, except left overs are usually reheated, This place will not be in Business long, the food and the service are HORRIBLE.

Deep red walls, wide-plank floors, framed portraits of people long gone, a fireplace; this place has the kind of character you simply can't manufacture. Add a live jazz duo playing piano and upright bass in the corner and the atmosphere is close to perfect. We settled in at the bar, which has a decent whiskey selection, and started with cocktails. We also shared the kale and butternut squash salad; we asked them to add a goat cheese medallion from their spinach salad, and honestly it was the right call. That bright, creamy note was exactly what the salad needed...or maybe what I needed. I do love fried goat cheese on a salad. Either way, it was perfect. Then came the cranberry rolls, which were the quiet star of the afternoon; crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. Don't skip these. For mains, I had the breakfast skillet, which is essentially everything but the kitchen sink loaded into a cast iron pan. Heavily loaded with meat (Arby's would be jealous), homefried potatoes with satisfying crusty bits, a couple over medium eggs, and served sizzling hot. The cheese sauce draped over the top was lighter than you'd expect, landing somewhere between a béarnaise and a classic cheese sauce; it kept the whole thing from getting too heavy. It took a while to work through, and that's not a complaint. My partner had the butternut squash and brown butter sage ravioli. It was well-cooked, flavorful, not too rich, though a little more sage would have put it over the top. The bartender had a good sense of humor and clearly knew his way around the bar. The problem was that he was doing too much; he appeared to be his own bar back, serving the six people at the bar, waiting on the tables within the lounge area, and it appeared he was covering other tables outside of the lounge area as well. He was often away, and with salad plates, appetizer plates, and menus sitting in front of us long after they were needed, the clutter added up. Pre-bussing costs nothing and makes a real difference. Tighten up the staffing model and this place is a very easy five. If you're in the area, you should stop in and check it out for yourself. I'm not sure if the jazz duo on Sunday brunch is a regular occurrence, but if it is, you should definitely make a point of it. They were wrapping up around 2:30-3:00 and it made the whole afternoon feel like something a little more special than just brunch.

It has such a cozy, quaint inn vibe that makes it feel a little special without being over the top. The food was great, honestly, the home fries were my favorite. It's a bit fancier than I expected, but in a good way. They also had live music, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely love to come back when it's warmer and sit outside since it looks like they have some really nice outdoor seating.
