I have been procrastinating getting a manicure, even though the gel polish was grown halfway down my nail bed already lol. This establishment is in the same plaza as where I had to pick up my prescription glasses and sunglasses, that yeah, I was also putting off lol. So I sort of got lucky today when I wasted my time driving to a training that was rescheduled and I was not informed. And I decided to run with it. I walk in and was greeted immediately by an employee at the desk right by the door. I requested a gel manicure because the regular stuff does not stay on my nails longer than 1 day. She provided me the plastic nail color sample. To be honest, there was not much variety. I wanted a dark red sparkle color for Christmas and did not see anything like that. I was led to the chair I would be sitting in and I asked the technician doing my nails if there were more possible options. He provided me another set and I chose from there. The most important aspects of nail salons for me are if their tools are sterile and they actually paint my nails properly. I scanned the place while my technician was hard at work. The establishment is very clean and well kept, along with their tools. My technician's name by the way is Whiskey. Yes, like the drink lol! He was very thorough and did an excellent job. My gel manicure was $27 which is not horrible. No glass of wine like the last place I went lol. I am definitely visiting here again and requesting Whiskey. The picture is just for reference. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and when linda became the new owner everything when down hill. I get acrylics all the time and I always have Ken/kenny and him and Kim are amazing but Linda hired more people and they are very rude and clueless and I asked a young boy (high school?) to file down my acrylics and he didn't know how to and he was being taught how to do acrylic fils and I was basically the tester and it took him over an hour plus he cut my skin numerous times not only that I had a dr.appt at 2:45 I came in at 1:30 and i didn't leave until 3:15 because he messed up several times. I contemplated writing this but here I am. I had the worst pedicure here that I have had in a long time! To be fair, I've had two here, the first one was ok. I got the upgraded one but I'm never satisfied no matter where I get those because I always feel like the regular one would have been fine, but anyway... 2nd pedicure I got here was absolutely horrible. My daughter and I walked in to have a mani-pedi together, Bonding time and also preparing for her prom. Thank G-d my daughter got the guy who spent a lot of time with her, massage and the whole thing. I was envious. I also brought my own polish. There was no massage here! The nail poliah was bubbling on my nails. I asked the lasy who worked on me and she said that it's the brand of poliah because it's made in China. The polish was so bad on my toes and my fingers that I asked if she can redo it. She said that it's $10 for redo. I was wiling to do it because it is embarrassing. I can even do a better job than herjob! In the end she did not do it. I still gave her a freaking tip! I am gave more to the guy that worked on my daughter's. the male nail tech did a horrible job, he didn't clean or cut my cuticles properly, which I don't understand because I know I have cuticles that need to be cut and cleaned up. He rushed the whole process and was rushing me to take my nails out from under the uv light before the time was up. I have never been so pissed and dissatisfied about a mani pedi in my life! They are quick and clean well. Mani is 12 (regular), +5 for french. Mani Pedi combo is 30. I love the way they do my pedi. They are moving to a bigger location, but it is in the same shopping plaza just a few doors down. Tips are only done in cash. They do accept most credit cards. read more

The best hidden gem in Cooper City. I get eyelashes, nails, and pedicure done here. All polish is gel and dries quickly. They use power sanders on the feet, it's a real treat. Terrible nail salon because the quality of the nail polish is not good. Nails chip off right away and therefore I do not recommend this nail salon by any means. Also service is bad if you tell them your nail polish chipped off, usually nail salons will redo your nails free of charge if they chip off right away within 24 hours. read more

Horrible. No pampering in getting your nails done here! It is like a factory and you are just a cheap cut of meat sitting there. The woman was RUDE and ROUGH (grabbed my hand, hurt when filing). I have NEVER not tipped a person providing a service in my ENTIRE life and today was the first. She was speaking about me, inher language, and was not even discrete. Such a disappointment. Every single time I pick my shellac colour they come back with the wrong colour! Their colour chart is WRONG!!! They barely speak English so when I try to explain that it's wrong and that they do have the colour I want they just have to find it under a different number and name they proceed to tell me it's because the colour is old? Like that's any better. That makes no sense. I've had nail polish since I was 12 it doesn't change. So they make me pick a different colour instead of looking for the right colour I want which I know they have because I've gotten it there before. Never going again!
