I gave my rotors to an employee and he told me they would be ready in an hour and a half. I came back and instead of the guy putting my rotors on the machine to be cut, he went to lunch instead. I had to wait for him to get back and then wait all over again. 3 hours wasted. By the time I got them back, it was the hottest day on record at 106 degrees and that's what they left me at out in the driveway. They honestly don't care here. Take your rotors to another location and not on the weekend. Kyle location told me to bring them in early at 9 am, and no one was available.

The alternators they sell don't have required hardware. Liar! He didn't even care to look and walked off.
