Every time I go, there's a line, even during the week. I think the management would do well to hire a few more employees rather than just have one or sometimes two at the register when there's 15 people in line. Other than that, the store is clean well it seems to have a good supply of items. I usually find what I need and don't have to shop elsewhere. Even though I only gave them four stars, I do continue to shop here and if you live in Kyle, it's probably the best auto parts store in town.

I told him, how about you look up the alternator and let me see if any of the hardware I brought is a match. That way I could nail down which metric size I needed. He said no. The alternators they sell don't have required hardware. Liar! He didn't even care to look and walked off. O Reilly same question, he pulled one out of the box and I was out of there in 5 minutes with what I need. Highly recommend O Reilly store instead.

I shopped…read morearound for a few days to get quotes (from $990- $1440) on the clutch that went bad on my Toyota. Every shop told me it was a 7 hour job. I took the most affordable quote from Kyle Automotive Service Center. I was pleased when the shop called 4 hours later to tell me it was fixed. I picked up my Toyota and was surprised to find out it was cheaper than he originally quoted me because he got the job done sooner than expected. I was also excited to find out that the shop replaced the clutch, timing belt, and oil all under the original $990 quote. It was on a Sunday Dec 21, they took my truck and I waited for 40 minutes they come back and said all balanced out, lie#2. Left and still had vibration. My wheels are black and were very dust. I looked at wheels and so signs of finger prints that wheels were taken off, they didn't do anything just lied to my face. Called to confront and they still lied and said they took one off and it balance so all are good. These guys must think we're idiots. They had drinks water and coffee and some snacks. Restrooms were very clean and lobby area was comfortable and spacious to sit and wait on chairs or sofa .
