I refuse to message him because it's too late now. Please read my review posted below!! It's been awhile since this company has worked on my home for mold. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The crew including Nathan himself were extremely disrespectful, tried to up charge me because I'm a woman, treated me like I was dumb and didn't know anything about the situation even when I do. I brought up my concerns regarding the mold and Nathan continued to dismiss me and say "you don't know what you're talking about. We're the professionals, I'd take our advice and listen." Unfortunately, even after the work Nathan and his crew did, there was still existing mold. So my husband and I decided to go with another company and now we're mold free!! This company said that the previous company I was with didn't do a good job and said they were glad we called because if we would've waited any longer, we would've had to move! We're so glad we went with our gut instinct! The reason I'm writing this review is because one of my old neighbors had the same experience as me recently regarding mold as well and they were treated the same as me. We didn't get a call back to begin the restoration for a month, then they showed up and we were supposed to already have our paint color, our carpeting, etc. picked out. We were told there a certain place to get our carpeting, unfortunately, we had not been given that name. We could have been picking all those things out, during that months time. Unfortunately, the original paint was a blue-gray color and the new color was a total gray color. Every mistake they made they blamed on my husband's paint job (gray on the white ceiling, runs in the paint, gray handprints on the white ceiling, handprints on the new gray paint, gray paint on our crown molding-- that had been put in after the original paint job--gray on the white door frames and on and on. They relayed our carpeting to see if it could be cleaned before it was replaced, and it wasn't even stuck down in some places (which actually was a good thing, because we were able to see that they only replaced part of the padding and our original 1/2" 8# with 3/8" cheap stuff. They had to come back multiple times to paint places and things they missed like door frames and places on walls, and floorboards that hadn't had nails puttied and painted (3 walls in one room!) My husband had to go back over many places where the paint hadn't covered. Originally, we had wood baseboards, and we just realized, because there were large chips in a couple of places, that they had been replaced with pressboard! After 5 months we were finally able to get our carpeting in, but the painting is not yet done, but you can rest assured that Nuvo won't be doing any more work in our house!

They were able to provide a free estimate. They were offered to come within an hour or 2 from the call (which means, if they can come soon, they will not let you wait for a long time for for nothing) I did not need further services in my place, and he was honest about it (he could have tried to push services, because the water machine identified humidity). He provided us with his professional opinion and backed up his advice with solid and easy to understand arguments. I had further questions about technical aspects of mold/water damage and he patiently answered them with same eloquence as paragraph above. I found his visit very objective, not waisting our time. He was also polite and considerate at all times (important right now due to coronavirus circumstances). Their service was so satisfying that I felt that I own them a review.
