My new post-workout smoothie!…read more I've been visiting Juice Crafters almost every day for the past two weeks. It's the perfect cooldown in hot weather or after a workout. Compared to the other smoothie and juice shops nearby, Juice Crafters does have the best selection for the price. I especially like their non-dairy milk and date-based smoothies--lots of creaminess and natural sweetness. There are two standard sizes 16 oz and 24 oz. I usually order the Silver Cup, which is a blend of dates, walnuts, kale, and almond milk. I have to get my daily intake of veggies somehow, right? I consider it pretty filling, but I wish there was more consistency with the consistency. If there are too many walnuts, it does tend to get a little chalky. Obvi, it doesn't bother me too much, because I order it nearly everyday. There isn't cafe seating, but I usually drink the smoothie when I'm on the go anyway. They share the same parking lot with Gelson's Market, so I've never had trouble finding a spot. The spaces right out front are 15 min max, so there is usually at least one spot open. Service is typical. Staff do an excellent job keeping it clean. There are never 3 customers at a time, even on the weekends, which has been nice.

I was traveling by Metro and needed to pick up 8 shots of WG juice and had a two hour commute back on a very hot, sunny California day. I explained to Jason my two hour commute and asked Jason if could please pack the eight shots in ice. I waited outside, completely not expecting Jason brought the juices out to me, not only packed in ice but taped and secured in my Tupperware. I was truly in awe, Jason took the time to explain to me he knew what it is like to have to take the bus and wanted to secure it for me for my commute. To have an employee to empathize with a customer, and takes steps above and beyond to provide assistance, is truly astonishing. I cannot thank Jason enough and I would also thank Blanca for tirelessly and patiently juicing 8 shots! My hats off to Estaphania manager for having such an excellent and outstanding crew! One of the cashier guys (one who was fired for this) who works here has to feel better than you, like it's a popularity contest and it's a grocery store. He calls you loco and then hides in the back so you don't get his name on his nametag. And he has brown and grey in his hair like how old are you??? I don't think it's a race thing (although I have had to complain to corporate about the C#+#k on their dumpsters in the front parkinglot. I think it's a spoiled, entitlement thing. I stopped in on one of the hottest days of the summer and discovered this hidden gem on Sunset Blvd in artsy creative sunny Silver Lake, Los Angeles. I had heard of Naturewell and their locations (also in DTLA, on the go in their truck van for catering/events and in Altadena, formerly), but this was my first full experience trying a good variety including some of their awesome all natural snacks. I wasn't feeling up to a bowl (definitely next time), but a Berrylicious smoothie and some truly awesome Gopal's Savory Pumpkin Seed Sprouties were the perfect mix. I went with the 20oz large size for my bev as it was a really hot day and only $1 more. My too cool for school Bar-rista even offered me a nice ice cold water while I waited as we bonded over that L.A. heat and humidity. They had some pickup orders and inquiring individuals passing by on the street and a few boxes to increase their shelf inventory. There's cute cozy chairs and tables out front, not to mention some space to enjoy their plants inside and that amazing AC. Eco friendly w/ easy cup carries for multiple drinks. They accept most forms of payment, including digital pay (Apple, Samsung, etc) and offer military discounts for those have served and/or are currently serving. My order was placed around 4:30 or 5 PM. This morning, when I went to take my first juice I looked at the expiration which was 9/22. This was the case for three of the five bottles I purchased. I have no idea how long these bottles have been sitting in the refrigerator or when the juice was actually pressed. This is incredibly disappointing and there's no way that I'm going to drink this. I called the store two times this morning and no one answered. I left a voice message and have yet to hear back - 20 minutes later. It's worth it to note that I am in LA from out of town for work. I have no time to go to their location and have a conversation with the manager or take the time to go and return the juices and get fresh. I guess they can be busy, but this is incredibly disappointing, and equally bad is that I just wasted money and can't do the juice cleanse.

These juices are made freshly onsite and they have a wide variety of choices ranging from greens to carrot/coconut. I ordered the #13 both times: strawberry, apple, and coconut! So refreshing on a hot afternoon. The shop also serves up acai bowls, smoothies, and 'milk' based drinks. I tried my friends green milk and it was both unique and tasty. Great alternative to a milkshake. Next time I want to try the charcoal lemonade. I hear it's a great detox!

I wanted something fresh and fruity, so she suggested adding strawberries, and it was the perfect choice! I love that they offer unlimited toppings definitely a steal! My daughter ended up getting a bowl, which was perfectly presented my total came out to $21 before tip. Parking wasn't too difficult either since they have a parking lot, which was a huge plus.
