We love the drinks here! It's made to order and i love how it's consistent. I usually get the jasmine milk teas. You can order ahead on the mobile app and you can collect points to get discounts.

I was craving a Matcha drink while shopping and found this spot inside the Glendale Galleria. You can place your order on the pad, with a cashier, or by using the QR code. I ordered the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte. This place was popular and it was a bit of a wait for my drink. I enjoyed my drink, but was thrown off by the jelly pieces when I took a sip. Still good but odd. This tea spot focuses on using real milk, real tea, and real sugar. They do have non dairy options available as well.

My boyfriend and I came here and I got the coconut mango boom! It's very refreshing and you could never go wrong with it! Service was good, they're nice and work pretty quickly. The inside is fairly small but it's just a waiting area for your drinks. I would recommend waiting outside especially since it gets crowded sometimes!

This one is another fave - So good!

HEYTEA has become a great addition to the Glendale Galleria, especially for anyone who enjoys tea-forward drinks made with fresh ingredients. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed teas. :) The shop itself is minimalist, although seating is limited since it's located inside the mall. It's conveniently situated near Target, making it an easy stop while shopping. Glendale Galleria also offers plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and efficient, and our drinks came out surprisingly fast. If you're looking to switch things up from your usual boba spot, HEYTEA is definitely worth checking out. I'll be back to explore more of the menu.

My daughters co-workers recommended Heytea and since we were in the Glendale Galleria, we had to try it out. Quite busy, but they seemed organized. So many interesting teas to try!! Cost is a little pricey. Not much ambiance, but the place seemed clean. You can earn a reward, but you have to get the app. I'm so sick of putting so many apps on my phone!! How about just a phone number to look up your account?!?! The coconut mango boom slushie with less sugar was very yummy. I like it when you can control how much sugar you want in your drink. I finished it off so quickly. Felt full afterwards. Plenty of free parking at the mall.

Small little spot located on the first floor near Target with no indoor seating, making it more of a grab-and-go place. I ordered the Coconut Mango Boom and really enjoyed it. The flavors were refreshing and balanced well together, and I especially liked the added sago texture. The drink was delicious and definitely something I'd order again!

This is one of my favorite brand from China for good milk tea or fruit tea. I was really excited to finally trying it out now that they opened at Glendale Galleria. I ordered king jasmine Guava and a brown sugar milk tea on my phone. When I went to the shop to pick up my order it was quite crowded inside. The moment I stepped inside the store there is a strong odor.... It feels like the ventilation was pretty bad .. it's pretty warm inside . The staff were clearly bothered by something. Not a single smile around. This is a bit sad to see the shape of the store. Now, my tea is $7.99, tastes really great! I highly recommend it. It's fresh. And pretty unique. I wish the situation in the shop will get better. We will be back for more tea!

This review is for the King Jasmine Guava ($7.99) only!! I don't like slushies or chunky drinks so I've had sips of their coconut mango and grape slushie before and didn't enjoy it... but that would be unfair since I don't like those types of drinks in general. So anyways Heytea was completely off my radar because I figured I wasn't their target audience (which is fair) HOWEVERRR this new guava drink has me in a chokehold!! It's not thick and chunky like their other stuff. And it's actually good?? I hate that it's good because I went from a Heytea hater to a Heytea frequenter. It's floral, fragrant and it's a perfect mix of guava and milk/cream. Never would I have thought to pair guava and dairy together BUT IT WORKS SOMEHOW. Think strawberries and cream... but guava. The jasmine tea isn't prominent but it's there as a base layer and definitely smells soooo good. The guava taste is strong and I don't know what magic they put in there but it's not artificial and gross. The cream on top is nice too! I tend to drink from the lid the first and just enjoy the cream and then afterwards I'll mix it in with the drink. It's $8 which is pricey.... But I hate that I like it. I've gotten it like 5 times this month alone. They ran out of stickers but the drink is still just as good!

Nothing could have prepared me for how much I would really love this spot. This was the last stop on my mini matcha tour in the LA area and after drinking 2 other lattes, I was worried it would end up being a little too much. Boy, was I glad to be wrong. The drink was perfect! I thought it was going to be a lot heavier because it was a matcha with matcha foam, matcha jelly and boba, but somehow it was gone in mere minutes... And I'm usually a slow sipper so that's definitely saying something. The boba texture was perfect too, so that was an added bonus. Overall, not too sweet though somehow, earthy and balanced. The matcha jelly was a fantastic surprise and might have been my favorite part of the drink-- it added an amazing texture! This location is inside a mall, so parking was kind of rough, and it did take a little bit for my drink to be done. There is no where to sit really, besides the food court but it was insanely packed (it was a Saturday). So that's something to note for sure. I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure!

Stumbling into Heytea at the galleria Super cute little tea shop! I got the pistachio cloud king jasmine The staff was quick and friendly My drink was so beautiful the top was like a salted pistachio cream with bits of pistachios The bottom was a really well balanced jasmine milk tea! The two combined was like I found purpose through pistachio! Never would've thought this combo would work! I was so sad after I was done! So glad I got this drink

Decided to try this spot out before we left the mall this afternoon. The line was out the door so it had to be good, right? This spot just opened near the Target side of the mall. Seemed overhyped honestly. The drinks are pricey, drinks came out quick but the menu doesn't tell you anything. They have drink names and photos, no description of what's in it. I guess you can ask but the photo also didn't look anything like how my drink turned out. I went for the coconut mango boom, the place gets crowded inside so it's better to wait outside and just watch for your number to pop up on the screen which is honestly convenient and maybe that was the purpose. I thought I was just getting a coconut mango smoothie and I added boba. Also? They call it "bobo" here so when I ordered "bobo" in my drink, the worker looked at me and asked a few times what I wanted lol and then asked if I wanted "boba". Made me feel like I didn't know what I wanted lmao. Anyway, the drink was what I described except it had a lot of other stuff in it such as mini tapioca pearls, pudding of some sort, AND chunks of mango. It felt like a dessert you'd eat with a spoon more than a drink. The coconut mango flavor was good and tasted like the sticky rice dessert but the toppings were just too much. I couldn't even get half way without being sick and tired of it, felt like a waste. Definitely not my kind of boba/tea spot. IG: @ammysalamii

A very solid spot, and I'm glad they opened this Glendale location. I got the Coconut Mango Blue with no sweetener, and it was already the perfect level of sweetness for me. I'd recommend ordering it this way if you don't like drinks that are too sweet or if you're trying to cut down on sugar. If you're looking for fruit teas, this probably isn't the place. Their drinks are thicker but still smooth, with a really nice balance of textures and flavors that makes each sip interesting and satisfying. Because of that, I always end up finishing the entire cup easily. It's perfect if you want something smoothie-like but not overly thick. Some of their other top flavors are also very reliable, like the Mango Grapefruit Boom. One drink I personally wouldn't recommend is the Tiramisu Rich Chocolate--it felt like a glorified hot chocolate in cold form, basically like a rich chocolate milk you could buy for cheaper at the market. Stick with their top flavors and you won't go wrong!

LOVE HEYTEA! The way this place lives rent free in my head. I love the variety of drink options they have on the menu, and that they have my favorite drink ever: mango coconut sago. Their fruit drinks are always so refreshing, and the boba is so satisfyingly chewy. The perfect end to a meal always. This location is in the Monterey Park plaza, which means plenty of parking in the free garage underground. My friend ordered the pistachio jasmine latte, and it came with a "flavor enhancing straw" which was basically three tiny straws stuck together. Apparently it brings out more flavor drinking out of a smaller opening than a larger one, because it emulates "sipping". There's always a line but the wait is never too long. There is a kiosk where you can order from, but it's faster if you download the app.

Compared to the other smoothie and juice shops nearby, Juice Crafters does have the best selection for the price. I especially like their non-dairy milk and date-based smoothies--lots of creaminess and natural sweetness. There are two standard sizes 16 oz and 24 oz. I usually order the Silver Cup, which is a blend of dates, walnuts, kale, and almond milk. I have to get my daily intake of veggies somehow, right? I consider it pretty filling, but I wish there was more consistency with the consistency. If there are too many walnuts, it does tend to get a little chalky. Obvi, it doesn't bother me too much, because I order it nearly everyday. There isn't cafe seating, but I usually drink the smoothie when I'm on the go anyway. They share the same parking lot with Gelson's Market, so I've never had trouble finding a spot. The spaces right out front are 15 min max, so there is usually at least one spot open. Service is typical. Staff do an excellent job keeping it clean. There are never 3 customers at a time, even on the weekends, which has been nice.
