*100% Watermelon Juice

First time trying juice crafters today and it definitely won't be my last I ordered me a watermelon juice today through Uber Eats & it did not disappoint. I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and haven't been able to enjoy much food or drinks (including water) but I said I'd give a fruit drink a try and it is the first thing that has tasted great to me in a while. So easy to hold down and doesn't taste extremely sweet, great portion as well they weren't stingy at all. It was filled to the top. I most definitely will be coming back for more

Found then by accident and I'm glad I did!!! The Acai Bowls are to die for and are they "BIG" they plenty to choose from for those looking for a healthier approach to eating and a warming staff to get you squared away with your order... I have been to 2 locations and they are not missing a beat with the way they treat you and make your orders. Definitely one of my Go to Places for Acai Bowls.

#3 - Mother Earth
Zakia W.

I was in the area and found this place. I always see it on Doordash and now I have the chance to try. Walked in and the staff was very helpful. I wanted to try a "green" juice so the staff recommended Mother Earth. It was great. This is located where the Gelsons grocery store is. There is parking as well since it's in a shopping center.

This is right up my alley! I had just exited Griffith Park and decided to grab a smoothie, but then saw this place which advertised an acai bowl with cacao. See photo attached. It was my favorite part of what I bought and not something you can get at any smoothie shop or health store (it's good quality ingredients). Their smoothie was also pretty good, but I highly recommend their acai bowl. Yes, it's as pricy as the neighborhood and grocery store it's adjacent too. Although, parking was pretty easy early Saturday morning.

Clean little juice shop. Always been helped with truthful recommendations by the staff. Crunchy Monkey is my go-to. They have a wide variety of juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls. Parking lot is huge, easy to find parking.

The juice is here outstanding! They have a huge variety on their menu, my favorite are their green juices. They can be customized to your liking and are always fresh and delicious. You can taste the quality of their ingredients, making it a worthy splurge or healthy meal replacement. Service here is friendly and fast, easy parking up front. Highly recommended!

Açaí Kale Bowl. Greenest plus 3.5 on right (too much lemon). The divine start smoothie on the left.

Parking is easy, it's in a large grocery complex. We ordered: Juice - greenest plus #3.5 - kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, pineapple, lemon, turmeric, and ginger. It was not balanced, there was way too much lemon in it and that overpowered everything. Smoothie - divine start - kale, spinach, celery, coconut H2O, coconut meat, chia seeds, apple, flax seeds, dates, agave, and spirulina. This was pretty balanced and tasted good. Açaí kale bowl - Amazonian açaí, banana, kale, and spinach. Toppings - banana, pineapple, coconut flakes and walnut. Really tasty but this bowl would have been amazing if it had more of the walnut pieces. No seating indoors. You can try and grab a seat outside the Starbucks area. Decent place to stop by for some healthy options.

Thought I'd do something different for breakfast and try this place. I ordered the açaí protein bowl at first then decided to get the dragonfruit bowl instead. Here's what a $12.30 dragonfruit bowl is about - I can't believe I spent that much. The dragonfruit is the base but it was actually a very sorbet or smoothie, no real fruit. There's no mention of this in their menu. This was a huge disappointment. I ordered it for the dragonfruit. There was, however, plenty of granola, good fruit, and flax. It's best to share this (or any) bowl. It's not only a large portion, it's full of sugar. I realized how full of sugar it was when my heart started racing. So much for my first experience. I'll probably give it another shot and get the açaí protein bowl instead.

Smoothies are just okay. Lack flavor and just tastes like some ice slush. I got the "U like Um" which was almond milk, strawberries, dates, & vanilla. It was $6.99 for 16oz. Smoothies range from $7-10 which is a little steep for what it actually is. They are also not blended really well. I got huge chunks in mine. Not a big fan! There are a lot of options-- most of which include banana which I personally am not a fan of so my options were limited. But they have a lot of cool ingredients like golden berries, dragon fruit, maca powder, amazonian acai, etc. THey also have acai bowls, health shots, hemp seed oil beverages, and juice cleanses. Parking is super convenient but the store is pretty small. No seating area except for the one in front of starbucks.

Fresh pressed beet juice and ginger. Yum

Fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls. What else can you ask for. Parking in the back which is nice, because it's hard to find parking in LA. Definitely will be back for more

Each time I've come the waitstaff has been super friendly, and the food amazing. So, when planning a little birthday lunch for my mom's 81st birthday, this was one of the first places I thought of. My mom lives in south LA and we live in the valley, so after picking her up, we wouldn't have to travel far to eat. Although we planned to arrive to the restaurant at 2, traffic was horrible and we arrived at 230pm. After looking for parking, I dropped the fam off at 2:40 so they could sit and look at the menu while I found parking. I get a text from my husband saying they closed at 3 so hurry. This was news to me, as I thought they closed at 5. I found parking and rushed in at 2:48, to see my family outside the restaurant. Perplexed, I went in to ask if we could still eat, as it wasn't yet 3pm. No wait staff came to the front to greet me, so I walked in a bit and asked the waiter if it was okay to eat. The waiter said we close in ten. I said I thought the website said you closed at 5. I must have read it wrong. I understand, but it's not 3 and we came a bit of a distance and it's my mom's 81st birthday. The waiter, whose name is Jack, offered to ask the kitchen if they would still make food. I said yes please would you ask? While Jack was asking, another waiter asked me if I had been helped. I told him yes, that Jack was asking the kitchen if we could still have lunch. This waiter says, we're closing in 10. I'd like to have lunch too. And walks away. Yes, with shade. Jack returns and says it's fine as long as we can order within a few minutes of getting the menu. I say great and we all come in. The 2nd waiter takes our order with the least amount of personality he possibly can, and the whole lunch is slightly awkward and we're not able to truly enjoy ourselves with the feeling of "we better hurry up and eat" lingering. By the time we ordered and received our food (which was delicious as usual) , there were still 4 other groups of customers there, and we actually left the restaurant within a minute or two after the last customers before us. Also, no one came around to ask how our food was and if we needed anything. I'm giving 3 stars because this experience didn't quite sit right with me. Yes, it was near closing, but your doors weren't closed and there was no sign saying last call/order at 2:45 or anything like that. I feel like once the kitchen approved making our lunch, customer service should have been at its peak for paying customers, who gave no attitude and tried to be as polite with the ask as possible. It was not. I still tipped 25%, because Jack (waiter 1) was polite and my 81 old mama who I was celebrating raised me that way, but I'm not sure I'll patronize them again.

The chicken stays crispy for a long time and reheats nicely as leftovers. Everything we've ordered is really good and crave-worthy. We got the lucky catsu, curry catsu, crispy shrimp, spam masubi, catsu masubi, orange chicken, crispy chicken. Top two favorites are lucky and curry catsu. Small things I'd personally wish to change is that the onion is too strong in the macaroni salad. Wish it wasn't in there period. And the rice is a little on the dryer side and it sticks to the container- so when you scrape up the last bits of rice, you could be eating the paper from the container. I like that they use compostable containers though!! But yeah the rice is on the harder side especially as leftovers. But whatever, their main items are bomb and makes me not care about anything else. Service is quick! Note: it is not a sit down restaurant. You order (ahead) and park on the street and call them to let them know you're outside. They'll bring the food out. Reception isn't great outside fyi.
