I had came to this Cha Redefine due to winning their giveaway online! For this location though, I would recommend to go to another location just due to a struggle with parking. They do have a parking lot; however, the time I had went was full. I had received 3 drinks from their peach and mangosteen series! Service was great and everyone was super nice! Based on drinking their drinks, they were super fruity and I did taste more of the peach flavor than the mangosteen! Yet, they were still very tasty and binge worthy to drink!!! With the weather getting hotter and hotter, I was looking for a refreshing drink to help cool down. This place is quite small inside. It feels more like a grab and go place rather than a sit down and talk/study since there's not much room. While the drink definitely helped cool down, it definitely was not a very impressive drink. I got the mango mango and there definitely was ~mango~. There were many chunks that were too big to go up the bit straw, which made it so there was just a lot of giant mango chunks at the bottom. There wasn't really any service since you order yourself on the kiosk and I don't even think they called my number when my drink was ready so it was sitting there for quite a while as I wondered what was taking so long. The inside was clean with plenty of seating and just overall nice vibes to grab drinks and catch up with friends or chat. The drink was a bit on the pricier side for $7 with no toppings being just milk and tea, but it did taste refreshing and nicely earthy. They have a large selection of drinks available from their milk teas, to non caffeinated, to fruity teas, and their specials like rice lychee drinks. This place rocks!!! Located in the same plaza as several KBBQ places, this new boba shop is poppin. I love how vast the menu is, and that they also carry a wide variety of non milk tea options. I tried the Cha Cha Peachy and the Coco Popcorn Latte--and on top of that, I got super lucky and won an $80 gift card from their bingo-style ball dispenser game! Cha Cha Peachy - 9/10 I ordered it half-sweet, which was perfect. I'm a big fan of frosty fruit teas with foam, and this one hit the spot. The real peach pieces at the bottom were a nice touch, and the size was comparable to other popular boba shops like Sunright. The only drawback is the price--$8.50 is a bit steep. Coco Popcorn Latte - 7/10 Flavor-wise, it was tasty and unique, but the size was noticeably smaller--about a third less than the Cha Cha Peachy. At $7.50, it felt pricey for what you get, though it was definitely worth trying with the BOGO promo. Parking If you order through their app and let the parking lot attendants know, parking is free. Huge bonus if you're planning a visit! Service The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. This is my first time at a Cha Redefine and I was so disappointed in my experience. What initially caught our eye were the promotions around the store about the new black sesame drinks. We really wanted to try that but apparently they stopped making them. Why leave the advertisements up then? What really made my experience disappointing though was the extremely long wait. This place is EXTREMELY understaffed. There were only two workers and at least 15 people inside and outside of the small store waiting for their drinks. We waited probably like 25 minutes for our drinks... Granted, the staff were very nice but they seemed to be working their asses off. I don't think they stopped making drinks. Lucky for them, there was a kiosk where you placed your orders. There is no human interaction other than when they call out your number to pick up your drinks. We ordered four drinks ranging from a matcha latte to the popular mango drinks; all of them were so mid, very mediocre. I would not recommend trying this place out. Hello, I stumbled upon this hot new boba bar last weekend during it's grand opening and it was nice! The staff were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in and were eager to assist. I ordered the Cha Cha Peachy with mochi and it was sooo delicious! Mochi topping is quite rare and I was so excited to see they had it on their menu :) They gave us 50% off each drink and let us spin a wheel for a chance to win prizes!
