I'm lucky to have Charla and Jessica taking care of my hair--my lifelong, deep red hair that I proudly say comes from my great-great-grandmother. It's that strong Indian red MC1R gene trait, and I don't take it lightly! I had hand and arm surgery in January 2026, and the girls even took care of my hair before my surgery. At that time, we were working through simple wash routines together because I couldn't wash my hair myself. They were so patient and helpful through all of it. By the time I needed my next move-up, I was ready to wash my own hair again, and they celebrated that progress with me. I truly love these ladies like I've known them for years. Everyone in the salon is so kind, fun, and genuinely caring--not just with me, but with every person who walks in. Going to my appointment at Hello Hair is something I always look forward to. I've been seeing Hallie for a while, and throughout my visits it has always been clear that gray coverage was important to me. At my most recent appointment, I specifically asked to focus on covering my grays, and she confirmed that we would make sure they were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the service did not fully resolve that concern. (And I paid over $300+) It was difficult to see in the salon lighting, but once I got home a few days later, I noticed quite a few grays still very visible. I reached out to let her know. Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive. I truly wish her the best and hope she uses this as a learning experience. (And others find this useful if you're looking for gray coverage as part of your service) And btw(after reading the owners response): this was NOT a gray blending service, it was always very clear that I wanted my grays fully covered each time I came in. read more

Horrible, disappointing, and totally unacceptable. Hi Charla, here are the photos you asked for. I had paragraphs to write, but I know that means nothing in the long run. I asked for a service, didn't receive it, and then asked for a refund, and didn't receive it. I even looked up the terms and conditions, and these people can't even follow what rules they set out for themselves. I was told they do not offer refunds :-) Photos after my service (not lifted, ends black, completely uneven, a stylist who said they were "not sure about reds" afterwards, and $250 down the drain) vs dying my own hair better than these "professionals" ...who said this color wasn't achievable / too bright. I lifted my whole head in one day evenly, and spent $30 on pulp riot permanent dye, olaplex I already had, and 20% developer. PSA: don't waste your money here. Did I mention this was suppose to be for my birthday? I just wanted to feel pretty, taken care of, and I ended up pissed af and quite the opposite after all of this Let me know if you're looking for a stylist apparently I'm more qualified read more

I absolutely love getting my hair done at heyHello! I've been getting my very thick and curly long hair colored and cut here for over 8 years now by Robin and her team. The atmosphere is very clean and professional but also homey and relaxed. They always offer me a beverage and snack, which I love. First time at this salon. I came here because I was referred to stylist Sophia White. The salon is super clean and light and bright and peaceful. The stylists that I saw were young and trendy (which I look for - I want cutting edge services not granny services) and very respectful and cordial. Will not twcomend this place to anyone!!! Maybe they r good on mexican hair and asian peoples hair. But i had Gisele who was very nice and was hopefull when i went in. I showed her pictures and asked her if she could color ...ash brown. Then highlights. She said yes. I told her be careful w which ash brown to use cuz i pull red tones . First of all the color was not ashy and her highlights ...omg she put splotches all over my hair. Not thin little highlights like picture. I was in tears ..she tried to fix 3 xs. And finally i just said to put brown all over. Which had orange highlights all through it . She tried to fix it 3 . All it did is make my head hurt ans have over processed hair. Sooo disapointed. Normally I bring in a basic idea or color and Robin comes up with amazing looks. From short to long I've always had a wonderful style thanks to these wonderful ladies. Their salon is so cute and bright with natural light so you know what your hair is going to look like before you even leave the shop. I have a friend that I recommended to Belle Salon that moved to Texas and she makes sure to schedule an appointment when she's in town. They are very good about trying hard to work with your schedule even if you don't know what it looks like very far in advance (like mine.)
