After a brief assessment, I figured that my roofing was damaged, and I knew it was beyond my ability to repair. I called around and used Yelp for quotes and timelines from multiple businesses. Some businesses wouldn't even send anyone to assess the damage due to the current covid crisis, and they did their assessment via photographs and measurements that I did myself. CJ Roofing was the only company who could help me out immediately. Everyone else was a few days to over a week before they could start repairs. With rain arriving every few days, every day I couldn't get my roof repaired was potentially more damage to the interior of my home. Their staff was professional and courteous. The quote was very reasonable, and they started work the following morning, as soon as the rain had stopped. I was sent photos of the damage and the roofing repairs as they were happening. They cleaned up all the debris and had everything finished before noon. So far, no new leaks spotted. Highly recommended.

Since my mom is an elder, I wanted to make sure I used a company that my mom and I trusted to get the work done properly. I contacted Eureka Restoration and another company that the HOA uses quite a bit. Daniel (Eureka) was very prompt in his response and gave a thorough review and evaluation of the issues at hand and how they would remediate it. Meanwhile, the other (unnamed) company took a glance and left without showing any concern for our situation. Needless to say, we went with Eureka Restoration. We are very happy with their open communication throughout the process and fair pricing/estimate. The crew was friendly and kept my moms condo clean. My mom is satisfied with the work and we can rest knowing the mold has been taken care of. Thank you Daniel and your crew for your excellent service!

They repaired this but then decided not to tell my HOA about a small crack at the top of the retaining wall and instead painted the whole top of the retaining wall with a latex material. The retaining wall is stucco and should have been first brought to the attention of the HOA since it was outside of the SOW and then it should have been repaired with a stucco patch not this non stucco laytex material. The company first denied even painting the retaining wall with anything Then after my managment company called them to Inquire about it, the owner came and said they did it and that they won't be coming back at all to remove and fix with the proper material. We then had to have Protech ( our maint company) come and do the repairs. This is so unprofessional of California Construction Concepts to handle this matter in such a way. It cost more to have Protech come and fix what California Construction Concepts did. WOULD BEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Very happy with the quality of work performed by Champion Restoration. Paola is the real deal,…read moreand what you see is what you get with no hard sales pitches or fanciful promises. She's very meticulous, organized & conscientious about providing high quality work. An upstairs bathroom flood required us to go through the insurance water damage restoration process for a flooded bathroom and kitchen. We met Paola during the flood mitigation process, and right from the start, I was impressed by her professionalism & experience. On the first day we met, she assessed the scope of work required in both the bathroom & kitchen, and also noted some damage in the hallway that I didn't see. She did a very thorough accounting, and then returned the following morning to meet with the insurance adjuster to answer the adjuster's questions. Not only did I think her pricing was fair, but my insurance company considered her scope of work to be an excellent value. Paola manages teams of skilled labor, including tile flooring, drywall experts, painters, cabinet builders & general contractors. She also stayed in regular communication with me, dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's throughout the entire process. I was also pretty happy that she stayed on top of her timeline estimate, and the entire project started April 26 and completed June 12. There were zero surprises, and I'm thrilled with the high quality of work both upstairs & downstairs. The bathroom never looked better, and the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. My new kitchen cabinet construction is actually better than original, with solid wood shelving to replace the sagging contractors grade shelves original to the house. The painter also used premium quality urethane alkyd paint for a durable & smooth finish. 100% transparency - I'm not a professional reviewer & didn't receive any money, discounts or benefits for posting this review. I'm just a satisfied customer who had an unfortunate bathroom flood that turned into a beautiful new bathroom & gorgeous kitchen. Very satisfied with the service & workmanship and highly recommend Paola and her team at Champion Restoration.

Trash and materials was left on our front yard over Thanksgiving weekend even though he said it would be cleaned up prior. It caught fire on Thanksgiving day and needed the Fire Dept to put out. We told him about it when it happened but when his guys finally came to clean it up a few days later they were confused and upset about having to clean it up. Materials fell off the roof and left a deep scratch in my in-laws car. He said he would cover it but stopped replying to our messages instead. We asked him to remove our old gutters and he readily agreed but must have forgot to tell his guys. When we reminded him about it his guys came back upset and ripped them out leaving gouges in our fascia. He even came out and brought samples of the colors we were stuck between. We had a few questions before deciding and he was always quick to respond. We were scheduled within a few weeks but the crew was delayed on another project because of the weather. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. There were some delays along the way so it took a bit longer than expected. I took off a star for a couple reasons. 1. They didn't put plastic down while working in our sunroom so there was a lot of black grit all over the room. It was a real pain to clean up but nothing got ruined so not such a big deal. 2. The workers left trash in our yard. Not just roof stuff but bottled drinks and food wrappers. 3. There was a pipe that was installed crooked that we wanted to have fixed. We had let Alan know within a couple days of them finishing and he said he would come back in a couple weeks. 2 months went by without us hearing anything so I reached out again. He said he could have someone out the next morning but they didn't show. The did come the following day and it was fixed easily. 4. We had requested a copy of something showing we had paid for our supplies in case we needed it if the supplier tried to put a lien on the house. We have asked 3 times now and still haven't received anything. It makes me a little nervous but I do have an invoice showing a zero balance so I hope that will suffice. 5. When Alan first came out he said we would be able to pay by card through the Quickbooks invoice he sent. We did that for the initial deposit but he asked for the remaining payments to be by check because of a fee on the card. Not a big deal but I was planning on putting it in my credit card for points. We explained this to him and we worked out an agreement. So all in all it was an ok experience. Alan's estimate was about $1600 less than another company we called out and I think it was worth it. Just stay on top of things yourself and don't rely on someone else.
