Our AC had stopped working because the condensate drain line was clogged,…read moreand Jay had come out and quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the blockage, and got everything working again VERY quickly. He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Highly recommend, and a big shoutout to Jay!

I definitely recommend giving them a shot for any of your HVAC needs!

I can't speak to the value monetarily, but I can speak to the fact that they were on time, super polite, hard working, and my cats right now are belly up on the floor purring that it's no longer 91F inside my place. Asking me to take down this bad review. First he asked me politely then he starts threatening me and my wife by explaining what do we do for living and he will start calling my friends, family and workplace where we work. So I decided to file restraining order with Los Angeles County Court to protect my family against his violent nature and behavior, per our lawyers advise.

He also installed a brand-new water heater, a Flow Tech anti-scale system, and a thermal expansion tank.
