I called last minute to see if they had availability for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure, and gelX. They got us right in. The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ben did my gelX set and I could not be happier! He listened to what I wanted and helped me decide which shape to go with. My daughter participated in their raffle and won a Labubu! Let's talk about an extra surprise. The salon is clean and inviting. We will be back!

Not only did they literally replicate the designs we showed them, but the customer service is probably the best we've had at a nail salon. But with a big presentation coming up in Vegas, I needed to look polished and presentable (let's be real, people do look at your nails and toes!). What stood out to me is how this salon really plays to each technician's strengths. At one point, I had three different people working on me, each one bringing their own specialty to the table. They rotate based on skill, and I really appreciated how they communicated each step along the way. It felt organized, intentional, and professional. The space itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming. While I'm not someone who does this regularly, I'll definitely come back here when I do. This place is now my go-to spot!

The owner is always kind and clearly cares about her clients, she's an absolute angel. Ben has done my nails several times now, and his work is superior. He's meticulous, pays attention to detail, and always gives me a flawless set. I also really appreciate his patience--especially when I'm trying to match my nail inspo just right.

Ben even used a nail dust collector while filing my nails--a small detail that shows how much he cares about cleanliness and comfort. I got Gel-X with 3D blueberries and they came out so cute! I've already gotten tons of compliments, and I can tell the work is going to last. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, creativity, and great service.

i don't usually get gel extensions because i cannot type LOL but these held up so well for my Japan trip! i forgot who was helping me but i was able to walk in with no appt last minute and show her a reference photo. They looked so so good and i could not stop staring at my hands for two weeks. *Note that i requested my right thumb and index finger to be shorter than the rest so that i could take my contacts out

100/10 Service! Quality of work shows pride and care for customers. FIRSt ever Nail Care where the workers don't talk in between themselves in Vietnamese and you KNOW that they're talking about you. Such a great environment to relax. Mindy did a great job along with Adam on me and my daughter. We had such a healthy conversation and great time getting our nails done. Ben is amazing! Immensely talented, professional, and has great attention to detail. Through him caring for and maintaining my nails, my nails have grown to the longest that they have ever been. The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed with water and guided to the comfiest massage chairs -- such a thoughtful touch that instantly set the tone for relaxation. We both booked the deluxe pedicure package, and let me tell you... it was luxury from start to finish. Ben and Bon took such incredible care of us. They were kind, patient, and so professional throughout the entire appointment. The deluxe pedicure included a full motley of services: a refreshing peel, careful trim, exfoliating scrub, soothing hot stones, and the most relaxing calf massage. Every step felt intentional and indulgent. What really stood out was how attentive they were. They laughed along with us when we got a little ticklish (because honestly, how can you not? ), took our recommendations seriously, and were so mindful of our toe and foot sensitivities. I came in for what was supposed to be a few simple designnbon gel x nails. I was attended to by Crystal and throughout my visit, she kept on pulling my hands towards her in a rough manner and overall being aggressive with her service. She nicked me a couple times with the drill and I had to ask her to stop the last time because she cut me pretty hard. Her response to anything I asked of her to follow similar to my inspo picture was curt, stating it was not going to be like the picture. The glue ended up flooding onto my skin and making my nails bumpy. I was very disappointed seeing the end result and to top it off, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she said she was tired and I should understand, I should have said when I didn't like something. 3 hours sitting down for a set of nails that I consistently communicated about with her and being told I did the opposite is unacceptable. She charged me $85 after insulting me, insinuating I wanted a free set all along. I have had all positive experiences at this location but after this encounter, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I have personally never found a nail salon that I was loyal to before, because while salons vary they all typically ended in the same result. However, the best thing about Daisy Nails is my gel manicure truly last for WEEKS. I hardly ever experience the chipping or peeling that usually comes with gel manicures. I also appreciate how they are very detailed with pedicures and are very thorough all around. Cindy is MAGICAL! And as an added bonus, they play good shows and movies on the tv so I'm not just staring at the wall. And they even provide snacks and a drink which is a nice touch. They even have a stamp card so you can earn discounts after 10 visits. Highly recommend this little gem of a nail salon!
