I tried the Irish potato cold brew along with a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel,everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. There is plenty of chairs and seats and it's very chill for a lot WFH environment. This is a cute neighborhood cafe! It has a walk up counter to order for eat in or take out. If you order to eat in, one of the staff bring it to your table. Two rooms on either side have lots of seating plus picnic table outside. One room has a plant wall very instagrammable! Breakfast Sammie's, bagels, lunch Sammie's, coffee drinks, and teas are all available. The bagels are good. Egg sandwiches are also delicious. The Italian BLT is very good. Portions are large! LOVE IT HERE!! I know why I waited so long to stop in. It's street parking and I have parking anxiety. So the first time I came here to meet a friend for coffee was early on a Saturday morning. I drove around the block on once before finding a spot so it wasn't bad at all!! Then once their cold brew hit my lips, that was IT! I knew I'd be back and I have been, a few times! Never have has issues with parking (it was all in my head!) and then cold brew gives me life! They make it exactly how I order it and it's so darn good!! I've also tried a breakfast sandwich, a spinach and feta croissant and the butter cake. It's all wonderful!! You walk up and order then they call your name when your order is ready. There are two rooms to sit and enjoy your goodies. The bigger room has an awesome black and white checkered floor with a wall of shelves that holds tons of plants that cascade down. The service always attentive and welcoming. This place delivers sensible and delicious goodies and breakfast and lunch items such as bagels, bagel breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. My absolute go to is the Italian BLT. It's outstanding!!!! Fresh veggies including an unbelievable stewed tomato and great bread and seasoned mayo. The combo is legend! I get it for breakfast as well as lunch. The have some really yummy lemonades to pick from made fresh. Irish Potato Latte, and Coffee. Everything was prepared with quality ingredients. Everything was tasty. The coffee and latte awesome ! Even the toast is not ordinary more artisan style . Make your order at the counter, wait for your drinks. Seat yourself. Your meal will be brought to you at your table. There are two rooms to choose from. It was our first time here and my friend, who is vegan, ordered the only vegan option available. The staff confirmed it by saying 'oh, the vegan bacon, egg, and cheese,' so naturally she assumed the entire sandwich was vegan since it was labeled that way. Unfortunately, when her order came, it contained real egg and cheese. She took a small bite before realizing, which could have been much worse. If the item isn't fully vegan, it shouldn't be labeled or presented as such--it's misleading. She isn't ordering vegan food for fun, it's part of her lifestyle, and it was disappointing that there wasn't even an apology for the mistake. read more

Okay I'ma tell it to you guys straight. I don't have ANY pictures from my visit to Her Daughters Cafe because my phone was dead, I was having a crap day at work and I just wanted a sandwich worth a dime... AND YOU KNOW WHAT. Greatness presents itself when you are least expecting it. Let me start at the beginning; I'm a Northeast Philly girl who would dump a dude if he called pork roll "Taylor Ham" (I literally shuddered down to my soul just typing those disgusting words out). So that being said, my dedication to the essence of Philadelphia that is the porkroll egg and cheese breakfast sandy in unparalleled. WHEN I TELL YOU THAT HER DAUGHTERS CAFE HAS ONE OF, IF NOT THE BEST PORKROLL SANDIE I'VE EVER HAD, I MEAN IT. The dang thing was so thick I could only eat half, even though I wanted nothing more than to polish that bad boy off in one sitting. The everything bagel was the right amount of salty to counteract the greasiness of the pork roll, in all the right ways. Pictures? Well I don't got any my friends, so you'll just have to take my word for it. I wouldn't normally write a flaming review like this one without photos of the good stuff, but tbh, I don't have any, and I don't need any to do the dang sandwich justice. Go get one and yous can see for yourself. As an added bonus the shop is cute as heck, with a lot of greenery, trendy tin paneled ceiling, and cute mismatched vintage furniture. My favorite breakfast sandwich! They have great bagels and the eggs are so fluffy. A Bagel sandwich and coffee don't break the bank. I have yet to get a pastry here, but that's only because the sandwiches suck me In every time. It also a great place to sit and put a few hours of work in. read more

So, I love that they have vegan options & the food is solid. But when you walk in - there's tons of signage but except for the main thing "we don't have table service". Ok cool. The atmosphere is nice, artwork, HD (Her Daughters) swag and plants - I would say, have less swag merch (you can buy Her Daughter tees, tote bags etc) and hire a waitress or at the very least put signage soon as you walk in. Bonus points for putting the signage next to the aggressive amount of merch. Also, very hipstery... lots of combat boots in 90 degree weather, black nail polish & kinda smug cashier (can't call her a hostess bc they don't do that apparently). I love this place and have been a regular here for years. The service, food and atmosphere is usually perfect and that makes this one of my favorite local gems. There is one woman who works the counter that is so unnecessarily rude however. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. If you avoid her and ignore her attitude, this is a great establishment. Love this neighborhood cafe! Their pastry selection is top notch, and you can preview them on their offerings on social media, which is my favorite thing to do! My daughter and I come here once a week for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and of course, a chocolate croissant (a fan favorite for the toddler.) The cafe is very bright, clean and filled with plants. Comfortable seating, a highchair and a booster seat for the littles, ramp access to get inside, and outdoor seating, to name a few amenities! I always come with my boss to this cafe to work. The first time I brought my daughter with me and had to change her the lady at the counter told me to change her in the bathroom floor. I came back after for work purposes with my outdoor coffee of course because I am not a fan of the coffee from here. 10-15 minutes into being there setting up for work and employee approached me and my boss to give her the food and told me you can't sit in here without ordering. This lady did not even know if I was going to order after setting my work station up. Normally at businesses if one person your with orders it's normally not an issue so I didn't understand this. read more
