Had the pleasure of getting my hair colored by an amazing hair color specialist Linson. I'm specially picky about who dies my hair due to having thick Latino hair. I did a little research and came across his Instagram and was very familiar with his technique to get that lived-in hair color look. I showed him a picture of what my hair was before and wanted to get it back to that color. He delivered and made this mom feel cute again. Thank you! read more

Clare is the Freddy Mercury of colorists. She's creative, she's inventive, she doesn't give a fuck if anyone else knows what direction she's going because she's got the genius color mind that knows the master plan. I very stupidly cheated on her once when my cousin's wife offered to do my hair for $40 and I paid dearly for it, with my hair getting bleached to smithereens. Never again. I learned my lesson. My hair belongs to Clare and no one else! The pictures I attached are some of the magical things she's done to my hair in the last two years. Bonus: she's hilarious, she's an absolute doll to spend 3 hours with, and she's got plenty of Game Of Thrones conspiracy theories to help pass the time. So why TF are you still reading this and not booking your next color with her? Are you dumb? Are you dumb enough to let someone else burn your hair off for $40? Stop that shit. You're better than that. Go see Clare. She's expensive but your hair is worth it. #TreatYoSelf read more

Jake is incredible! I love that he worked with me to create a style that not only looks amazing but fits my personality. I always leave looking great and feeling confident! read more

Tiana was amazing. I came in after another salon unintentionally cut my hair, worried and concerned about what my hair would look like afterwards. She was so nice and approachable from the start, told me what products to use on my hair, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. My hair looks and feels amazing & I will definitely be booking again! read more

Henry's is a beautiful salon, everyone is very nice and the owner is great. I have known my stylist Ben for years and he does an amazing job with my hair. read more

Stephen is an artist. He's also friendly and professional. It was a great experience.

Sloan is amazing. She truly understands hair. She actually makes my fine, rather thin hair, look full and thicker. I get tons of compliments. She also cuts my husband's hair and has given him a more youthful look. What more could he want. read more

My favorite Denver salon. It feels like home ~ Start with a glass of wine at the front desk. Check out the website ~ they include pictures of all the stylists so you can look at the person styling you ahead of time. It's a great opportunity to see if that person's style jives with yours. I love Carlton for hair ~ he gives a cut that grows out well ~ so the cut lasts longer. I see Gail for my nails. Gail is so personable and speedy. On my second visit, she had polish suggestions based on my skin color and previous preference. Her manicures are $25 a pop and last 12 days!! I love seeing Gail ~ always greets me with a hug and it feels like old friends catching up on boyfriends, trips and work. Count on dance music, neighborhood gossip, and quality. read more

Mia is an incredible stylist! I have a very short pixie cut that I loooove thanks to Mia. What she does with the color and precision of my hair is incredible. It's difficult to find a stylist who can cut short hair on a woman--trust me, I've been lots of places--but Mia at Henry's is the BEST. Truly. The salon itself is beautiful and inviting and having free parking in the lot next door is a definite plus for the neighborhood. read more

The best place in town, Andre rocks and knows his hair and styles a perfect cut every time

Michaela is the BEST! I've been going to her for almost four years now and she has always been wonderful. From my very first appointment she has remembered my likes and dislikes and never ceases to make my hair beautiful and exactly what I want. She is kind, professional and amazing at what she does! I highly recommend her. read more

Melissa does amazing work with lashes, derma plane, waxing and overall skin care. I feel younger every time I see her. Mick Lewis is a genius when it comes to hair. Love the coloring he does and he even taught me how to curl my own hair to make it look great even when I do it myself. I get more compliments now in my mid 40'd than I did in my 20's. Love them both! read more

Fabulous salon, chic decor, trendy stylists and a well organized retail area. My mom has been seeing Jake for several years now, who is a hair god, so I decided to try out his assistant. Best haircut I've gotten in a long time! So professional and attentive, I was in and out quickly, however, it felt like I was there for hours: such a pampering experience. I am so happy I found the salon I will be coming back to again and again! read more

Niki Germaine was amazing as always. She has been my stylist for over 6 years and I feel lucky to have found her after countless attempts with other stylists when I first moved to Denver. I would like the notification of my next appointment to arrive at least 3 days in advance, the day before isn't enough notice if you need to reschedule read more

Clare is the best! She is color queen! I highly recommend if you're looking for a stylist for not only some amazing color but also a good time ... she's the sweetest! 10/10 see Clare. read more

I had such an amazing experience! Finding parking is hard enough downtown and Henry's has a parking lot. From the moment you walk in the environment is very inviting. You are offered water or a glass of wine while you wait for your appointment. Melissa is very professional. She knows what she is doing in all things aesthetics. I had a facial today and I can't rave enough about how great my skin feels. I'm very picky about who I let touch my skin and I fully trust Melissa. She is very skilled and gentle with her hands. I am going recommend Henry's to all of my friends. Thank you for the wonderful experience. read more

Ok, so this is a story of the GOOD HAIRCUT THAT SAVED THE WORLD. Seriously, I'm waxing hyperbolic here, but hang with me: I got a bad cut -- I mean, it happens, right? But this was the bad haircut after the bad week and the bad break-up. But I'm a big girl, I figure it will grow. So, I go home. Wash it. Two days later, the color is starting to green up, the shape is wrong no matter how I style it, and I'm getting more upset. I decide to ignore the color (figure that it will fade) and call Henry's about the cut (FYI: I got the poor cut at Henry's too, but I really don't want to focus on that. The stylist was very nice, and I think this was just a mistake. Anyways, this is a happy story!) and Amy Knoblauch answers the phone. She's so nice, so understanding, that I just tear up on the phone, apologizing for being so emotional and trying to sound *not like a crazy woman. Anyways, she just tells me to come straight in, even though it's 4:15 on a Saturday and they're closing in an hour. Just to reiterate: Amy is awesome and friendly and competent. I get the salon and I'm handed over to *DJ Taylor*. I'm sorry it took until this point in my piece to actually mention him, because the whole point of this post is to say DJ IS AMAZING. He spends 3 solid minutes just piecing apart my hair and examining it: the structure, the color, the remains of the cut underneath the cut I'd just gotten (srsly), and asking me to tell him what I'd been originally looking for. Then he pulls up a chair and sits down, turning me toward him. And then he lays out his thoughts, his plan of action, and what he thinks I need. He is brutal -- and this I love. I mean, I want my stylist to listen to my vision and also to my life situation (I've got no more than 20 min to do my hair and get out the door -- curlers cannot be part of the daily grind) but I've come to the salon because these people are the experts. Anyways, he says, "You've got a round cut grafted over a square one. I can make improvements....also, you need a different all over color because these highlights are wrong for you, and make your hair look dry and flat at the roots." (I paraphrase.) Now, remember, I only came in because of the cut, but he recognized the issue was bigger than that, and even though it was the end of his day, and even though the rest of the salon was closing, DJ started to work on my head. We ended up being the last two people in the salon, and I know he was probably very tired, but he was friendly, brusque, professional and caring as he spent a full hour fixing my head. And when he was done, I looked like a different person. A warm chocolate brown with subtle and fading highlights in a blunt ended bob with a sloping bang and gradated layers, turned me into a modern take on an Italian screen siren. Totally swish-tastic, and I haven't had a bad hair day since. To conclude: I don't even live in Denver, but I'm going to plan travel to see DJ every few months. The man's a genius. read more

I LOVE THIS SALON. But you should know, I'm not a hair person, or even a very fashionable person. After hauling @$$ down 36 (within speed limits) amidst an hour or more of rush hour traffic to make my end of the day appointment, I was so glad to step into the friendly atmosphere of Henry's. I had called from Broomfield because I was worried I'd be late -- Adam the front desk guy checked with Carrie, who was fine staying if I was held up in traffic. Luckily, as soon as we hung up, it lightened up and I got there just about in time. Conveniently, they have a private lot on Pennsylvania, immediately next to their building. Beats trying to park on 17th! They tout their warm wall colors, interior lighting, and design on their website - and I thought that was kind of odd... I mean, I am going there for a hair cut, after all. Who cares what the inside really looks like? Oh boy do I get it now! Shutting out the cold and wind and walking into this entirely different environment was such a welcome change! No sooner had a checked in than Adam, the really friendly guy at the desk, offered me red, white, or beer. Gratefully, I accepted a glass of red and sat down to wait for my appointment. It's not urban concrete and florescent lighting, it's all cozy and comfortable and a lot of people there were smiling. None of the "I'm at a salon and I am so much better than you" BS that I've seen at some other places. Carrie, who I've actually followed around Denver a bit because she understands my thin and straight hair and doesn't cut it out of my comfort zone (cute/pretty v trendy/cutting edge), just landed a spot here so she got to work assessing my way overdue split end situation. A nice scalp massage with oils (white ginger??), a yummy smelling shampoo and we were on our way. She took (with my full permission) 2" off the ends and oh goodness, did it need it! No more weird fraying bits, no funky frizzy things waving at people from my ponytail ... now it's sleek and swished actually looks like I go into civilization once in awhile! I'm so glad she moved here and I can't wait to have an excuse to go back. I hear they do skin treatments, waxing, and nail stuff too, so... see you soon, Henry's! read more

Owner NOT polite, extremely unprofessional and not sympathetic when I was deleted from there system after confirmation sent and confirmed. I took off work to go to the salon. Owner just pointed fingers, blame and hung up on me. I will NEVER GO BACK/, refer or use this Salon! DO NOT USE THE WAXING SERVICE either - just the same lack of professionalism. Very dissatisfied to say the least. read more

Carlos is so talented. He always has a great suggestion and a terrific disposition! The buzz of Henry's is fun.

Katie is Awesome!!! There seems to be lots of different personalities of stylists here which I really dig. Everyone's different so one's sure to work for you. But if you're looking for someone who can really think outside the box and make you smile it's her. read more

Since my other stylist moved to Boulder, I had been searching for a place to find a good men's haircut as well as a beard trim with little success in Uptown. I finally found it here at Henry's. Nikki is one of the best stylists I have ever seen. She is very friendly and very professional. The shampoo, head massage and hot towels on the face were great! You can also drink a beer if you so desire as they provide it (it was 9am when I went so I didn't). The salon is very upscale, clean and well taken care of. The normal rate is $35 but she gave me a good deal and I tipped her well but it's well worth the $35 though. If you're a guy and looking for a great place to get a chop or style, I would definitely recommend going and seeing Nikki. I will definitely be going back there regularly to see her! A+++ read more

David H. is great. He provides an excellent service for men that is unmatched. He is thoughtful, attentive and takes his time. I never feel rushed and I always feel listened to. Reasonably priced too! read more

DJ IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. The salon is so well-maintained and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I absolutely love Michaela and we're so glad we found her for our hair stylist. She always does a good job. When I've gone to other barbers or stylists for a cut I'm always left with a bunch of cut hair on my neck, I feel itchy, and I half to take a shower a shower to feel normal again. I've never had that problem with her and she's never messed up my hairstyle. She did my wife's wedding hair and was incredibly thoughtful to practice on a hair dummy to get the hairstyle just right for our special day. She goes the extra mile, is super personable, and getting our hair cut is an enjoyable experience. Book an appt with her today! read more

Jake is amazing with hair!! I don't live in Denver anymore, but try to come back just to see him!!

Got excellent color and extensions done by Adrienne ! She's fantastic ! You can see her work on her Instagram page @adrianneofhenryssalon

I was recently in a wedding and Jorge was one of the stylists for the event. I was concerned that my hair would not be long enough to pin in an up-do. Jorge did a great job ensuring my hair was up and would stay in place during an outdoor ceremony. My hair looked incredible and stayed in place the whole day and night. I would definitely recommend Jorge and if I ever move to Denver, I'm looking him up. read more
