Henry responded to my message on Yelp very promptly & was very accommodating with scheduling. He agreed to meet me at my residence at 6PM, on a Friday no less, & was very punctual, polite & professional! After replacing my mailbox lock, he was kind enough to look at the lock to my front door, which has been very difficult to get the key in to, at no charge & he gave me a tip on how to resolve the issue. I asked him if he was available to come out the next day to re-key 2 locks & he said that wouldn't be an issue. Fantastic service! Henry customized which lock I needed very effectively and was very quick getting the particular kind I chose after an initial consultation visit. He was patient and friendly, funny, obviously loves what he does and is very good at it. Henry took time to explain the mechanism and care, and I felt extremely comfortable because of his advice, attention to detail, and appreciated his efficiency. He even made sure my deadbolt was drilled to the stud for complete lock security and would have fixed it had it not already been. Henry is very fast at responding to emergencies. One morning, I accidentally left my keys in the trunk of the car. When I called up Henry's Lock and Key about the emergency, Henry said that he can drop by very quickly along the way, even though he was on his way to an appointment. He came and resolved the problem, but I'm not sure how I feel about being charged $60 for a simple job. I'm glad that he was able to solve my problem in an emergency situation, but it did leave a little bit of a bad taste. read more

From the looks of it Henry doesn't need another five star review, but I'm going to give him one anyway. Henry replaced my deadbolt with the key pad, replaced my door handle and tightened up and replace some screws that fixed an issue I had been having with my door for over five years. Came immediately over on a Sunday when I asked for new house locks. He tried to just rekey to save me money, but the locks were old and rusty and wouldn't take it. Picked up as soon as I called, came over within a couple of hours and helped us lock the back door by shortening some of our old mops and putting them in the door frame because our builders built very faulty locks for our big doors. Because the problem wasn't completely fixed (not his fault, we need to buy a whole new lock system) he charged us really reasonably but still made sure our house was safe.
