Fantastic service! Henry customized which lock I needed very effectively and was very quick getting the particular kind I chose after an initial consultation visit. He was patient and friendly, funny, obviously loves what he does and is very good at it. Henry took time to explain the mechanism and care, and I felt extremely comfortable because of his advice, attention to detail, and appreciated his efficiency. He even made sure my deadbolt was drilled to the stud for complete lock security and would have fixed it had it not already been. I was completely confident sending him to a relative who is now a happy customer, too. We'll both recommend his service to anyone needing it. Yay for a well educated and experienced, happy professional. Couldn't ask for better and hadn't realized what people should expect of a locksmith. Now if he only knew of a good mechanic... :-) read more

Henry, was super responsive, and great to work with. I needed some doors rekeyed in my house and a new handle installed on a door. I didn't need a car unlocked but he gave me a jump! Nice guy. If I needed him to unlock my doors he would be the first to call!

Henry responded to my message on Yelp very promptly & was very accommodating with scheduling. He agreed to meet me at my residence at 6PM, on a Friday no less, & was very punctual, polite & professional! After replacing my mailbox lock, he was kind enough to look at the lock to my front door, which has been very difficult to get the key in to, at no charge & he gave me a tip on how to resolve the issue. I asked him if he was available to come out the next day to re-key 2 locks & he said that wouldn't be an issue. I will definitely be contacting Henry for all my future locksmith needs & you should too! read more

Henry is very fast at responding to emergencies. One morning, I accidentally left my keys in the trunk of the car. When I called up Henry's Lock and Key about the emergency, Henry said that he can drop by very quickly along the way, even though he was on his way to an appointment. He came and resolved the problem, but I'm not sure how I feel about being charged $60 for a simple job. I'm glad that he was able to solve my problem in an emergency situation, but it did leave a little bit of a bad taste. read more

Henry was speedy, helpful and a good communicator as he helped us out of a jam before our guests arrived. He was incredibly responsive, arriving at our place less than two hours after we first reached out even though he was still finishing up another job when we talked on the phone. He filled me in on the cost before he started work too, which I greatly appreciated. We know who we're going back to next time we need a locksmith. read more

Haim was amazing. I wrote him through Yelp on a Sunday. He responded immediately, we emailed a few times, and he showed up 30 minutes later. He fixed our front door lock and was on his way in roughly 20 minutes. Wow! Oh, and did I mention that he stopped on his way and moved a tree that had blown down during Hurricane Harvey and was blocking a street in our neighborhood. By himself. Because he "likes to do stuff like that." What a guy! read more

From the looks of it Henry doesn't need another five star review, but I'm going to give him one anyway. Henry replaced my deadbolt with the key pad, replaced my door handle and tightened up and replace some screws that fixed an issue I had been having with my door for over five years. I was basically at the point where I was going to have to purchase a new door. It did cost me an arm and a leg, but it was money well spent read more

Came immediately over on a Sunday when I asked for new house locks. He tried to just rekey to save me money, but the locks were old and rusty and wouldn't take it. He did a great job! Picked up as soon as I called, came over within a couple of hours and helped us lock the back door by shortening some of our old mops and putting them in the door frame because our builders built very faulty locks for our big doors. Because the problem wasn't completely fixed (not his fault, we need to buy a whole new lock system) he charged us really reasonably but still made sure our house was safe. Highly recommend! read more

the deadbolt on my residential door had slipped just enough to keep me locked out, and even though it was ridiculously early on a Saturday morning, Haim from Henry's responded quickly to the quote request i had posted on Yelp!, showed up promptly & got me into my house lickety-split in virtually no time at all. god willing, this never happens again, but i would definitely use these folks again if need be. p.s. he threw in a free refrigerator magnet for my troubles, so there's that. read more
