Tried the wash and fold service - neatly folded, clean and finished quickly- would come every week if I lived near by

Terrible. Dirty. Broken machines. No staff. Only this lovely post by the owner. Terrible. read more

Henry's Laundromat - So many machines out of order. Terrible. - Laundromat Near Me - Ashland, Oregon

Clean, accepts cash, I do wish there weren't so many "out of order " smaller washing machines and dryers- hopefully it's just temporary and an off one the last time I went there. read more

I have not been to a laundry mat in 20 years, but I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Very kind and family-owned. FYI, they do not accept Cash App cards. Only bank cards...The gal fixed my dilemma, and I have a bunch of clean clothes. I just moved, and the new place doesn't have a washer and dryer yet. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had to! read more

I was at the Ashland Springs Hotel and used Henry's pickup and delivery service - it was a snap. Our clothes arrived clean, dry, and folded - no hassle at all. read more

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well-lit, wide range of machines, very easy to operate.

Laundry service instructions not followed, that or employee doesn't have a clue how to do this job. Or machines don't rinse well and lousy detergents are used in too high concentration. Asked for 'Free and Clear' or unscented detergent for two of the items but that's not what was used. One item asked to use non-chlorine bleach to get out mildew smell. Received all items back smelling of strong scented detergent. Headache from scent just hanging them out in sun hoping it will wear off -- GROSS, not readily usable as I needed! If you want it done right do it yourself or find a better service! The management didn't apologize just a poor excuse, "whoopsie"....."bring it back next Tues. to relaunder" NO! never again! read more

I've been coming to Henry's for three years. Lisandra is always great! The place is always clean.. ‍only complaint Is she doesn't always bring her doggy with her. read more

I thought the pricing for the different sizes of machines was reasonable, it was very clean, and the woman working there was incredibly friendly. read more

Cleanest laundromat I have ever visited. Modern machines, clear instructions. Couldn't believe how spotless this place was.

Clean washers and facilities. Very nice helpful attendant was there during my last visit. All the machines were working. Nice customers as well! read more

I do my laundry here and I am very happy with the service and machines. Place is clean and prices are fair. The Employee is helpful and nice. It does put a $10 hold on your card for each wash and another $10 for the drying. Would be nice if they did it where they gave you a card and you can purchase credits on the card and use it in their store as needed. This would avaoid the $20 hold for like 4 days, for me. But other than that its amazing read more

Two years ago the dryers were 25 cents to get the drawer going... TODAY, you need $2.75 just to get the dryer going lol absolute trash.

Always clean and well taken care of. The owner is very friendly and takes pride in her business. So thankful to have a good laundromat to use. I appreciate this so much! read more

Love this place. It's clean, staffed, orderly. Has a variety of different washers for various loads, starting at $3. They also offer a wash and fluff service. Great folks, places to read or laptop, and next to one of the very best used and new bookstores in Ashland!! read more

Unfortunately the dryer at home didn't work properly so I had to find a laundromat in town. Ended up at Henry's Laundromat that seems to be a clean place with plenty of working machines and dryers. Mind you; coming from LA it's not hard to find anything that is a big step up. Washers and dryers in different sizes. My laundry is drying as I'm writing. Obviously one can purchase detergent and change money. A drop off service is available at reasonable prices. They'll charge $2 for eco friendly soap which is the first time I've seen this, so thumbs up for Henry's. For local pick up and drop off they charge $5 on top of the price of your laundry. Good to know! A rush service will cost $2.25. If you're like me and don't like to iron or are in a rush: the average hand iron price is $3 per piece. The place opens at 7 and the last load can go in at 9:15pm which means they close at 10pm. It has an open feeling, seems clean and I will drop off more here when I'm in need of laundry services. And while you're waiting you can always grab a coffee from Dutch Brothers or browse for cheap stuff at the Dollar Store. read more

It's always clean. And has a great staff. It makes going to do laundry a lot less of a drag to do.

I was running a little behind on my laundry and a very nice lady named Clarissa, stayed open just long enough for me to finish up! I've been coming here for 2 years to do my laundry and I couldn't ask for a more practical, clean and welcoming environment to do my laundry! read more

October 2021 update: still fabulous service! They've taken all the stress out of weekly laundry. Highly recommend! March 2020: Just moving to the area and don't have our washer/dryer hooked up yet, so we did wash 'n fold at Henry's. Service was great and clothes feel and smell great! Highly recommend! read more

Henry's is the best from Ashland to Phoenix! ...and Suds yer Duds is the worst. Seriously no comparison. I live in Talent and drive to Henry's, it is that much better. read more

I was visiting Ashland and staying in an Airbnb that didn't have a washer and dryer. I found Henry's Laundromat when I was looking for a wash and fold service. The woman who did my laundry (I wish I could remember her name just now) was so responsive and was able to get my clothes back to be the same day. I was so grateful. read more

This place is amazing. That might sound like a weird thing to say about a laundromat. But the service is incredible - they'll pick up your laundry at home, wash it, fold it, and return it the same day. I haven't seen that kind of laundry service outside of my time living in Korea. Such a great option for busy people! Other reasons to love this place: The machines are clean and efficient and the place has a safe, not sketchy feel. That impression was validated by the amazing feat of having left my purse here on a rushed Friday night, having it turned in by a fellow customer, being generously tracked down by the owner, and then returned to me 3 days later, WITH the not-insignificant cash still in it! Support this business if you can, it's definitely a good one. read more

We have only been in Ashland for 4 months and this is the only place we come to because we really like the atmosphere, cleanliness and the people at the counter are always very helpful read more

This is my second attempt to leave a review but the owner has bad reviews removed. The washer didn't spin out my clothes and the owner swore at me and blamed me for using too much soap. Then the dryers were not working and she yelled at me again. I left after washing 4 loads ($6 a load) and putting quarters in the dryer for over an hour with the dryer not even heating up The place is dirty; the washers snell like weed, and the owner was unhelpful. She swore at me and did not try to remedy the problem; even after the worker told me the dryers weren't working properly since no one emptied the lint. The owner removes bad reviews from Facebook as well read more

I put my clothes in the dryer, 3 quarters later, still no heat so I used a different dryer to dry, I asked old Lisandra for a refund and she laughed at me and started mocking me saying it was working, a lie of course. I'm a senior citizen and very weak so I guess she figured I'd be a push over for here bullying. read more

I was unsure which washing and dryer machine to use when I first came to Henry's with several loads of different items to wash. The staff member who helped me was amazing!! She patiently walked me thru all the steps and explained which machines were best for my loads. I so much appreciate the great customer service Henry's provides. I will definitely be using Henry's Laundromat in the future! Lloyd C. read more

I am a senior who doesn't drive and as a renter in a 14 unit complex that has 1 washer & dryer, I'm happy to report that Henry's wash & fold service (with pick and delivery option) is a gamechanger for me. I was never able to get ahead of the laundry that was piling up but now I no longer stress about that chore. Lisandra is prompt, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Yes, it's a bit of a premium for this service but I recommend Henry's (especially Seniors) to take advantage of it and relax on wash day! read more

Clean and in walking distance of a few cool restaurants and shops. Service is pleasant and the gal working was super helpful in answering questions and even let us use their tennis balls to fluff our comforter. A few out of order machines but if it's not a busy day there are plenty of others working just fine. A lot of folding stations and baskets available as well. read more

Henry's Laundromat - Laundromat - Laundromat Near Me - Ashland, Oregon

Using the service for a family member. Very responsive great quick service no issues at att

I believe some of my laundry was stolen. I left the laundromat briefly right after I put the clothes in the washers, so someone would have had to open the washers mid-wash to take things out. I went back to Henry's Laundromat when I realized certain clothing items did not make it home with me. It is possible I left some out on the counter when I left. They do have a lost and found. I returned and asked to look at lost and found, but the woman behind the counter would not allow me to look. She told me to describe the items and when I did she abruptly said they weren't there. She didn't even go back and look. As the days go by, I realize more and more items are missing. I really wish she had let me look at lost and found. Stolen or in lost and found, I will not be returning. read more

I have never used a wash n fold service before so when I called Lisandra she picked up right away. I work long hours and Thanksgiving is two days away and I have guests coming so laundry was the last thing on my mind. Until I realized I needed it done right away before guests come. I was able to put it outside my home first thing in the morning before I went to work and it was delivered by the time I got home. Perfect! I am so grateful for how easy this all was! And the laundry was so nice! Clean and folded perfectly. What a great service! Thank you! Rhea F. read more

I was staying in Ashland over the winter in a very remote, wooded location without a car, and of course the washer broke down halfway through my stay. Henry's Laundromat pickup service was an absolute godsend! They'd come and pick it up from my porch in the morning, and return it in the afternoon, beautifully clean and fresh, and folded perfectly. What a wonderful service! read more
