I wanted to leave…read moreas soon as i got there but i was limited on time and really needed clean laundry. 90% of the machines don't work, the floor is grimy littered carpet, the countertops have not been wiped down in who knows how long and i just peeked in the bathroom but it was disgusting. There were holes in the wall and the housing around some of the washers, exposing electrical wiring. no matter who needs to use this laundromat, they deserve a place that provides a experience that is not demoralizing and unhealthy. i've been in dive bars more hospitable than Suds your Duds.

I had no choice but gamble with the more expensive washers..(only 4 of them worked) then the dryers....well again had to gamble..I used 3 and only 2 actually dried my things...I wasn't surprised!! The floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in months. Trash was over filled The "bathroom" had a thin SHEET to pull across instead of a DOOR!!! AND...the machine to convert bills to quarters is of course out of order!!!!! Oh and the phone number on google doesn't work..no surprise since they probably get nothing but complaints! Hopefully my 30$ in quarters will help the owners some way or another..

There are 3 different sized washers ($4, $6.50, $8) and at least 2 different sized dryers. There are tables with chairs and additional seating while you wait, no issues with cell coverage (Verizon). Saturday mornings are busy but we never had to wait for machines or baskets.

This place was open right at 7am (thankfully)! They had the huge commercial washers and dryers, which saves me sooo much time with all of the loading and unloading (who sorts by color anyway right? ) They have a change machine inside that accepts $1, $5, $10, $20 bills and spits out quarters for you to use. (This is a quarters only facility for the machines). Wash was $5 for each commercial wash (they all had 3 different washing times though, not sure if that was intentional or not) Dryer cost me a total of $2 for 3 dryers each at 30 minutes. They had plenty of folding tables inside on the North and West side of the building. There is also a little (yes, maybe 8 chairs tops) seating/waiting area. BUT! There's a taqueria next door! So, you know, tacos while your laundry is ready!

She also offered me credit at her laundromat. While I've yet to use my credit I did go to Sunshine today on my own dime because I had a ton of laundry to do after my son's winter camp out, including a queen sized bedspread. I used one of the great big $6.00 machines and did a huge volume of colored stuff, and put all my whites into one of the $4.50 machines. The pluses are that their machines are fast, about 25 minutes per load. When I went in the place looked the same as before: It's immaculately clean, everything works, and there is plenty of space for people to work. There's no waiting for machines, even on a Sunday. I was glad because I was in a hurry, and I'm glad that I went back. Like I said, I HATE giving bad reviews... hate it, hate it, hate it. I'm glad to report I had a good experience there today.

I went back to sunshine laundromat and found that same unemployable reject working in the dry cleaning end. He is still an utter arse. I am a very nice person and NEVER mistreat anyone. After asking the dude that looks like he got kicked off a Grateful Dead tourbus for being too fucked up, a simple question, he again treated me as if I interrupted his dark web perv show. I had my sister go in the following day. Same BS, same asshole. Apparently they hate money. And no one ever attempted to refund the money the machines took from me. It really is heartbreaking to witness a great business crash and burn, but that is exactly what has happened. Sayonara dicks.
