During our remodel we used this laundry mat for a little over 2 months. It is staffed and kept very clean. There are 3 different sized washers ($4, $6.50, $8) and at least 2 different sized dryers. There are tables with chairs and additional seating while you wait, no issues with cell coverage (Verizon). Saturday mornings are busy but we never had to wait for machines or baskets. read more

Absolutely. Terrible. When we got there, most of the machines were already occupied, but the washers had trash from previous loads in there as well as rude attendants who disappear and hide for most their shift. Dirty, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED, and some of the machines take extra money out of your card sometimes if your not careful. not worth going here read more

I love this place except for one thing! Customers smoke right outside the door and it smells up the place horribly. I came on Sun 2-1-25, and it was very busy with someone outside smoking most of the time and doors opening and closing. It smelled bad the whole 1:20 min I was there. I almost had to leave.. Oh, and I wish they had the option to use credit cards or debit cards on the machines. Coins are a pain. Otherwise this place is the cleanest and friendliest laundromat in town. read more

I just learned about this place after searching reviews for cleanest laundromats in southern Oregon. I like that it is attended, there are ample machines (all front loading) there is a restroom for patrons, a stainless steel deep sink, a step stool for those of us small in stature, a soap center vending machine, a change machine, complimentary Wi fi, plenty of seating and tables to sit at if you bring a lunch. The owner/manager (Shad) is very personable and has a staff providing laundry service. Reasonable rates. The facility has been here for 25 years and has been maintained. It is the cleanest facility I have seen in both Josephine and Jackson counties Oregon! read more

This used to be a great location but it has changed hands. Bathroom is gross. The guy that runs it now is abusive to the staff and not real tolerant with small children. Kinda gave me an ick vibe. I'm old enough to trust that little voice and the gut feeling. Also, I'm still waiting for them to "find" a quilt I took in last September. Bottom line, if it is possible for you to go elsewhere, I'd do that. read more

I Seen a man come in with mop heads and a bunch of Yellow dirty cleaning rags and If not cleaned correctly someone could get a serious infection or worse and I had washer 31 and when I went to put in my detergent I pulled out what seemed a block of different detergents And the washer smelled like cigarettes and had Left over trash It was horrible read more

This isn't a 5 star hotel laundromat, but after traveling I know what to look for in a good place to do laundry. I had no problem parking near the door, the door was open so no struggle with full arms, the place smelt neutral (not like mold or wet soggy clothes), there are a lot of washers and dryers, there is a lot of seating and nice a/c that was at a comfortable temp. to wait for clothes, the vending machines worked and had products you'd find at a gas station. Everything seemed clean, no lint, dryer sheets, cob webs, soap spills, or random stuff all over the place. They even had some plants in there. read more

This is the best laundry place in the Medford area in my opinion. They machines are rareLu down, and they have someone on staff at all times if you have any issues. They keep this place nice and clean. It is well lit and feels very safe. The parking lot is almost full every time I come in, however there are always machines available. read more

Came here to wash about 5 heavy king sized blankets. Though I thought I might use the drop off service, the person at the counter told me the cost could be 16-20 each verses about 8 to wash myself. I used the self service large washers. It was pretty fast & all the blankets came out great. There's enough nearby so you can grab coffee & a donut or groceries. Also! The bill changers give dollar coins like the Sacagawea gold tone coin which is great for tooth fairy / under the kids pillows. read more

My husband is doing our laundry at the laundry center on Sunday July 5 11:30 am. He called me and he was Angry that only 10% of the customers are wearing masks. We are mandated to wear masks in all public places. So why are 90% of the customers not wearing masks. This is scary times. The laundry center is usually packed on sundays no available washers or dryers. Very busy where is the attendant? Not wearing a mask? This isn't fair we've been mandated to wear masks I wear one my husband wears one! Not going back they suck read more

Clean, well lit (we were there at night) facility. Washers easy enough to use. Only issue was with the dryers - even bumping up the drying temperature to a level higher than I normally would, clothes seemed to take forever to dry. Ended up taking them back to hotel to finish air drying. Granted, I don't spend a lot of time in laundromats but was in one earlier this week and dryer dried same size load in less than 20 minutes. read more

Facility was clean, and the staff was helpful. Machines looked newer and all in good working condition. They are able to take credit/debit if you need quarters (for a 50 cent fee). Had television, kids areas, tables for folding, laundry carts, and kiosk for soap etc. The washer took 27 min for my small load, and the dryer took 20. I forgot detergent, so I had to buy a sinle serve for $1.25. It was $3.25 for the wash, and $2 for the dryer, for my small load of quick dry summer clothes. Seemed just a tad high for cost, but probably worth the cleanly facility. read more

This is a neat laundry mat. Clean, well maintained (I only saw 1 dryer down), and nice to be in. The machines are kept nice. The washers are all front loaders...and they're quick... I had high hopes for the dryers, but was a tad disappointed... It took about 8 quarters to dry the loads. And in the end my towels were a wee bit wet. All in all, I'll use them again because the cleanliness and the working order of the machines is important to me. The also do dry cleaning and full service wash and fold for you. read more

I have been to the Laundry Center a few times now. While the place itself is pretty clean and well kept, this review has to do with the staff. A few days ago, I went in to wash some comforters and overheard a very loud conversation between the gal behind the counter and another patron. Basically, the tone and content of the conversation was very derogatory to Mexicans, immigrants and undocumented immigrants. First of all, I was there to wash my blankets, not hear the staff's racist and/or political opinions. Second of all, the few times I was there before, the staff that was working WAS Hispanic! And many of the patrons were also minorities. So I was kind of blown away that the woman behind the counter was saying such unkind things about people that could be her fellow co-workers or patrons of the establishment. Needless to say, I took my stuff back out of the washers before I paid and left promptly and I won't be back. He ido a esta lavandería varias veces. Aunque la lavandería está limpia y bien mantenida, esta crítica se trata de los empleados. Hace unos días fui a lavar unas cobijas y escuché una conversación muy ruidosa entre una empleada y un cliente. Básicamente, el tono de la conversación era muy despectivo hacia los mejicanos, inmigrantes y personas indocumentadas. En primer lugar, yo estaba allí para lavar mis cobijas, no para escuchar a las opiniones racistas y políticas de los empleados. En segundo lugar, cada vez que voy a esta lavandería, he notado que los empleados son hispanos. Y muchos de los clientes son minorías. Me sorprendí que la mujer detrás del mostrador estaba diciendo cosas tan crueles sobre personas que pudieran ser sus compañeros de trabajo y clientes del negocio. No hace falta decir que saque mis cosas de las lavadoras antes de pagar, me fui en seguida, y no pienso regresar. Update 3/14/17: I just wanted to say that the owner took the time to contact me regarding my review and apologized for the behavior of his employee and said he would look into the incident. I appreciate the integrity of the owner in addressing this matter. I have changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars. As I mentioned in my original review, the laundry center is clean and well kept and I have had no complaints about the actual facilities or any of my interactions with the other staff besides the gal I mentioned above. read more

Nice big clean place in a nice quiet area with with stores around. My big issue, though, was that it seemed the washers were not spinning the clothes enough so they were way too wet when the wash ended. And that meant I had soggy clothes even after spending a couple bucks on the dryers. Yes, it sure is a pricey place, too. Sadly, I won't be back because I ended up taking my wet clothes back home to hang all over the place -- something I like to avoid. read more

As far as laundromats in the greater medford area go, this is definitely my favorite and I will be going to this place each time I need to do my laundry. The wOman that is the attendant was very nice to me and a friend one night and saw that we were having transpo issues and we didnt get there till about 5 minutes before the last load was supposed to go into the washer, the woman attendant stayed late and let up finish all of our laundry before we left. Super clean, maybe unsavory people outside, just make sure you lock your vehicle when you cant be watching it. read more

This place is great if you like you're close to never get dry. The warm cycle on a washing machine brought my clothes out cold. I put 6 and 7 Quarters in to dry but ended up with damp clothes still. This place is a rip off. read more

This is a nice, affordable laundromat off West Main in Medford. Customer service is always great and the place is super clean. To wash a load runs $2.50 to $6 depending on size and temp. I wish I could give them 5 stars but they have these huge plastic plants up on shelves that are seriously covered in 2 inches of dust - gross. Otherwise a great place to do laundry! read more

This place is very clean. Minus the bathrooms. I think they should maybe be checked on a little more. I like that there is an attendant on shift. This place says it has WiFi but it doesn't work! This Laundry center is very clean. There is a attendant on duty and she was very helpful and nice. I felt safe and comfortable in the surroundings. they have Televisions and vending machines, for soap, drinks and snacks. This is close to a Albertsons and restaurants. Your outing could be basically one stop. I highly recommend this Laundry center. read more
