I took a suit to be dry cleaned and a couple dress shirts to be laundered and I'm greatly disappointed. After getting the items back I find that the suit has a wrinkled sleeve from apparent neglectful hanging and storage. In addition, both shirts were also poorly hung - causing wrinkling and some creasing of the fronts. One, a brand new shirt, had a badly folded collar that resulted in a serious crease in the middle. I cannot recommend their services and will find a better dry cleaning/shirt laundering service for the future. Also, since I haven't time to get them to maybe fix their mistakes (the drive is the 45 minutes each way) before I leave for a trip, it's possible I'll be doing a little ironing as well. read more

Do not use this dry cleaner if you want your products actually cleaned! I took my wedding dress there the next day after returning from my wedding, they had it for over three weeks, wasn't ready when I went two days after the promised date, and still was dirty when I picked it up a few dates later. The owner/dry cleaner was very rude to me and just kept saying how dirty my dress was (the bottom of my dress was dirty, but what white dress doesn't get dirty rubbing on the ground all day/night!) Additionally, there was no communication that the dress would not be ready or that they were having problems getting it clean. Overall very rude and horrible customer service. The only good thing I have to say is that he did give me a refund when I asked, although he was still very rude. Will not recommend to anyone! read more

My ties look worse now. I'm appalled at what has happened to my ties. I had them dropped off to be cleaned and pressed and they came back with creases down the middle. Completely un-wearable. How does a dry cleaning company let apparel be picked up in such a state? They look worse than when I had them brought in. read more

I have only used this place once and will not go back. When I dropped my shirts off, the woman who greeted me was entirely lacking any friendly customer service skills. In the 3 minutes I spent there, I had decided I would likely not be going back. I picked up my 12 shirts and she charged me $92. I had one coat and a blazer, but the rest were all my partner's collared button down shirts. I have never spent this outrageous of an amount of money on dry cleaning in my life. It cost me less to have 2 dresses altered in the SF Bay Area. For $92 I could have purchased 12 new shirts. The one blazer I dropped off came back with a black/brown smudge on the shoulder that was not there when I dropped it off. read more

Absolutely NOT happy!! Took a Pendleton blanket in to get cleaned. Grumpy, brash people at the counter. Said it would take two weeks. I received no call that it was done. When I went to check, grumpy pants growled "it's been here for a month!" No it hadn't, but thanks for sealing the deal that I will not be back. Get home and check our blanket, IT IS STILL DIRTY!! I am really impressed that they clean all the choir robes for my charge free-of-charge. I don't have a lot of dry cleaning needs, but when I do, here is where I go. They are courteous, good at what they do and can give me same day service when I need it. read more

I've gone to One Hour Martinizing twice. The first time was for shirts that needed to be pressed for an event--and we were from out of town, at that time. We didn't give them a lot of notice, but they were able to get the shirts done for us when we needed them. The next time was for my husband's Tommy Bahama dress shirts. They were ready by the date promised, reasonably priced, and the shirts looked great. We are new to Medford, and we plan to make One Hour Martinizing our Dry Cleaning Go-To. read more

If zero stars were an oprion that is what I would of marked. I brought a winter black coat to be cleaned. My white dog had laid on it and it had hair on it . The sleeves also had a few spots needing cleaning. I was very specific when I brought it in. Asked if what I was needing and expected was possible. I was told yes. When I picked it up there was dog hair on the coat. The spots where still on the sleeve. I was told my option was to leave it for an additional day and they would re do it. I explained that was not an option due to personal circumstances. I paid the 19.95. I spoke to the manager the next day. She gave me the same song and dance. I expect the job to be completed the first time. Coming back was not an option. I asked for a refund. Was told she had to ask the owner. Got a call back. Same excuse. I was not expecting anything unreasonable. I was told they could and would take care of it they didnt. It was steamed at most and ran over with a lint roller once. I will not return. I would not recommend this company. I feel they ripped me off and lied. Awful customer service. Crap skill. Do not use them. Go elsewhere. read more

Three times in a row poor quality of pressing. I give up. Medford does not offer good dry cleaning and pressing for women. Even after asking them for attention to press lines and a crisp finish, slacks look Ike pulled from dryer and hung with no press. read more

This place is terrible. My family and I have been coming here for over three years now and as I was waiting for the person in front of me finish, he was informed of their Tuesday 20% off thing. No one has ever told me that and we spend about $150/month here. When I asked why they don't tell people about the discount she said she wasn't sure. Then she said they have the returnable hanger bags - which we already use. It's $9 initially for the bag and I was told when we fill it with our used hangers, we get $3 off an order. Mind you, we're already $9 in the hole and it costs $3.40 PER LAUNDERED SHIRT - that's not even dry cleaning. Each hanger bag holds about 100+ hangers. You do the math. It's not really a discount if it's less than 0.01% off. Apparently that's not the case. She said we can bring in ONE hanger every time and get the $3 off. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME. For three years. They LIED to us about filling the bag and never told us about the 20% Tuesday's. I'm positive we've even brought in or picked up on a Tuesday and we've never received the discount. That's the thanks we get for being loyal customers. They're cheats and crooks. Never coming here again. read more
