Surprisingly good experience here. I didn't come here expecting anything more than average service, but my expectations were exceeded. Things can get messy when you have family in town visiting, and even more so if your family consists of many people like mine does. To spare the details, sometimes someone brings a kid who has the stomach flu, and, when they do, sometimes bad things happen to bed comforters. A mere washing at the laundromat near my house did nothing to remove the odor, so I took it down to Nu-Way along with a down comforter that had suffered a similar mishap (yep, it happened twice). Upon arriving, I was told by the woman behind the counter that dry-cleaning was actually the wrong thing to do for comforters and thick bedding in general. Apparently, not only will the chemicals dessicate the down feathers of their natural oils, they will also remain in the fabric and, if you like to pull blankets over your head, may kill you (!). An exaggeration on my part, but you get the idea. So, rather than dry-cleaning, we took their offer of washing the comforters using ammonia, which apparently neutralizes bad stuff (I don't know). Came back later in the day and they were done and ready to go. They both smell fine now. Pretty fast turnaround, too. I'll be back. read more

I am glad I took my precious wedding gown to this cleaner. They treated it with great care, and put it in a beautiful white cloth hanging bag. I was treated very personally and given good advice about future care of my gown. The cost was much less than other cleaners I had researched. I will take al of my cleaning there in the future, and highly recommend it. read more

Clean, we'll run establishment. My only quibble is that their prices seem a bit high and it is a challenge to get into and out of their very small parking area. I probably will return, but may also explore other options. Good, solid service though! read more

I've been a customer for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work. Their seamstress is outstanding.

I had a terrible experience here. The woman spent 15 minutes talking to the customer ahead of me (a white woman) then when I - I'm Hispanic by the way - came to counter after the customer left the woman ignored me unless I asked questions and was super rude, only giving me two or three word answers. Didn't even give me a price estimate or offer to look at my dress. Just basically ignored me until I left. What a rude woman. I will never visit again. Go to the Alterations Center near WinCo. The women there are super friendly and fixed my dress in a timely manner. read more

They're over priced and not very good. I had work shirts dry cleaned and I had to iron them over again. Clean lines on a press for a business shirt is dry cleaning 101. I shouldn't have to ask for it. read more

I was a customer for three years. I had delivery service at my office and it was very nice. Once in a while a shirt was ripped but not a big deal. Then a very expensive zipper was removed from my wife's sweater and swapped out for a regular one. Next an entire Brunello sweater was exchanged with one from JCPenny. They did apologize and promised to get it to us but after 2 months it never happened and then they denied it and said we we're making it up. This was right after two of my wife's blouses and one sweater were ripped or stretched. It was clearly from their machines as the imprint from the machine was still on two of them. We talked to an older woman said to be the owner. She never apologized. She told us the garments were manufactured incorrectly and said we had to take it up with the manufacturer. It is clear there are management problems and this isn't simply the occasional rogue employee. We switched a year ago and things are much better. You couldn't do any worse than to go here for dry cleaning. I just wished we changed earlier. One positive note is the alterations woman is great. read more

I have been using this cleaners since I moved here 9 months ago. They are adequate but could really use some training on wowing customers. Like many businesses in this area, there seems to be a prevailing attitude of indifference. On the positive side however, my clothes always turn out nice and are done on time. I just wish I felt a little more valued as a customer. read more

Called yesterday and explained that my zipper on my pants needed to be replaced. The lady said the highest price for a replaced zipper is $18. I thought the price was a little high but needed them to be fixed this week so I went to drop them off. When I spoke to the seamstress she said it would be $24. She told me I called the wrong place when I told her the lady on the phone said it would be $18. I felt uncomfortable and won't ever go there again. Plus the prices are incredibly high. There are less expensive options in Medford. read more

The dry cleaning service is standard - the problem is with the "seamstress." First problem is that she charges $2 just to pin a hem - and tried to sneak in the charge when I brought in a skirt to be lengthened, not shortened. No pinning! When she let the hem down, she left the pulled threads loose and hanging. Her own stitching was very flimsy and I will have to be very careful not to get a stiletto heel caught in the new hem.
