It's really clean for a laundromat. The washers might be a expensive but a lot of the smaller ones look pretty new and they all work really well. Dryers are reasonably priced. Recently used the wash and fold service for a few shirts that didn't need to be dry cleaned and I was really happy with the customer service and price. The person texted me when my stuff was done. I've been using Henry's Laundromat since I moved to Ashland three years ago. They have continued to improve their facility by updating their equipment and have even added wash and fold service (I've yet to try this). Their facility is consistently clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my favorite place to do laundry in Ashland, hands down. Henry's is the loveliest laundromat that I've encountered in all of my travels. It had tons of machines, friendly customers to chat with, and was clean. This is the best and cleanest laundromat I have ever seen, however, the best part of all is Lisandra's wash and fold service. I have been using this service for the past three years since I don't have a washing machine, and it is the best I could have ever hoped for. Lisandra is very dependable and reliable and does an excellent job with the laundry. She will do a drop off and pick up when needed, and is doing that exclusively right now during this time of uncertainty with concerns of the virus. I am very picky about my laundry, so I was nervous about turning it over to someone else while I was home recovering from knee surgery. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism of having my laundry picked up, washed (with eco-friendly detergent) and folded (better than I could achieve) , then delivered to my doorstep...all for a very reasonable sum. I can not recommend this business highly enough! (Btw, the other laundromat in town, Suds Ur Duds is a disgusting pit of broken machines and filth. The polar opposite.) First off, I have to say I hate using laundromats. But with our dryer on the decline I decided to truck over and try Henry's based on recommendation. So it is definitely in transition for a makeover on floors and walls and decor. So I won't be pretentious and deduct for appearances. What's important is cleanliness and machine performance. You walk in and are met with the smell of a clean laundromat. No hint of cigarettes, marijuana or musty grunge is in the air. The machines are all new and of a high quality commercial brand. I verified this with my friend that installs and repairs such equipment in another state. Very efficient washers and dryers that won't waste your money or time. And for the money I spent to do my laundry I felt the cost was more than fair and I'm very happy with end results. Also had a regular tell me she loves the quality of equipment as well. They also offer a wash a fold service with a very nice young lady to help you with that. Although not needing that service, she is very pleasant and eager to a good job for those that look for this service. She is also ready to help you with the equipment or questions you may have. I needed her help cause I haven't been in a laundromat in at least ten years. Change machines worked well and didn't make me seek anger management as some do. And they are apparently going to have Wi-Fi up and running soon. That will be another plus. I would certainly be a regular if needed but we're getting a new dryer soon enough. Strongly recommend for those that do need a solid regular place to do laundry. I got no complaints. read more

For a reasonable price the sweet lady was washed and folded my laundry and texted me as soon as it was done. Great customer service. This is not just the best laundromat in Ashland but in Southern Oregon. It looks like a nice trendy coffee house instead of the typical dingy laundromats. The machines look brand new and they're huge! I hate using old machines because they don't wring out the water very well and you end up paying more for dryer time. I don't want to spend too much time on laundry, I use the big machines so I'm in n out in a jiffy. There's a sweet attendant there in case you have a problem and the place is clean. The bagel place around the corner is great for a quick bite or go to Sauce for the most delicious healthy food ever! read more

It's clean in here, which is always a plus when it comes to a laundromat. The machines were expensive though, I mean $9 $7 $5 were definitely disproportionate to the size of the washers. I've seen the owner comment on other reviews saying, "We have the most updated machines in the area." L. O. L. These aren't touch-screen magical washers, these are washing machines I've seen all across the country at various laundromats, and I've never paid $9 for a wash. I was upset because I still found some stains after my $5 washer machine... The dryer prices are about average, though so no complaints there. 6 minutes for a quarter. Yes, the dryers work well, which saved the experience. All my clothes were dry by 1 hour and 18 minutes, so 13 quarters in one dryer. The bathroom was locked, which was inconvenient since you're there for over two hours. Also, didn't appreciate the man offering people cocaine on the premises... The owners need to SERIOUSLY get on that... read more

$4-$9 for one wash?? What a joke. The washers say "triple load" yet the drum sizes are tiny. The dryers take way longer than they should for how industrial and enourmous they are. I've used older, smaller dryers that are not as nice and still dry an entire load in 30 minutes.... waste of money. Only giving 2 stars because the place seemed clean. read more

The permy headed guy who used to run the place squeezed a quarter until the eagle shit. He'd haggle with you over quarters whenever one of HIS dryers weren't working properly. There's a nice woman who seems to run the place now, it's a clean friendly atmosphere, and the washers and dryers both always work great. read more

I have been going to Henry's Laundry for a long time now, Not as a regular but we all have washers that crap out on us from time to time of those sleeping bags that just don't fit into the washer at home. This is a clean and reasonably priced Laundromat. There is a new wash and fold service inside! I was stoked when i stumbled upon this. I had a lot of other things to do, so I dropped off my laundry with the friendly, accommodating woman behind the counter and left to run some errands around town. I came back a couple of hours later and my laundry was all done and neatly folded and packaged for a decent price. Awesome! This is perfect for busy people on the go. What a great place! Such a time saver! The laundromat was very clean. The women that was helping me was very kind and welcoming. I am a busy mom who works full time. I drop the kids off at school and then to drop off the laundry. After work i was able to pick up my laundry all clean and folded. I highly recommend this place!
