Very bad experience!!!!! The hostess was so RUDE!! After being seated we explained that I was unable to sit on the aisle in a chair with an open back due to a severe back injury, so we made the mistake of requesting a different table. She proceeded to ramble on about some nonsense about the reasons that we HAD to sit there and the fact that we would mess up the servers table rotation. Being in the restaurant business myself I totally understand what she was talking about, however that has no merit when a customer requests a change of table out of medical need. She did not even give us the respect of a response, she just help her coffee cup up to her mouth and pointed to some signage regarding the "seating policy" while rolling her eyes. We asked for a "Manager", but one is never available when your staff acts totally unprofessional. I'm very upset to have to write a negative review for Henry's. I've gone to this Diner since I was a kid, and I've never had this negative experience before. I ordered take out of Irish Benedict with excitement as this is one of my favorite breakfast meals. My boyfriend and I weren't pleased when we received a very small portion of home fries and over easy eggs. The woman on the phone asked what kind of Eggs we wanted.. A little confused as this usually comes as poached eggs unless specified differently.. We told her poached eggs, and to make sure they were runny. I had never been here before went for the first time for lunch and figured I would try the chicken gyro. We got our food and the first thing I noticed was a long black hair sticking out of my gyro. I showed it to the waitress and she was very apologetic and brought it back to the kitchen. A few minutes later I got a new gyro it looked better at first but after a couple of bites I found another hair. The waitress handled it very appropriately and offered me something different off the menu so I went with a sandwich it was decent not anything special so overall the fact of having multiple hairs in my food is why I am giving this place one star but the waitress deserves a few more stars for her kindness and was compensated for a few of the items on the bill. read more

I love Henry's. I come here for breakfast almost every weekend and it is always fantastic. If I'm alone, I almost never have to wait more than 10 minutes for a seat at the counter and my food is always ready (and great) less than 10 minutes after my order is taken. read more

Arrived Sunday Morning around 11 and the place was packed. We were told there was a 10-15 minute wait however we were seated almost immediately. Once seated our waitress was to the table quickly for our drink order. Even though it was packed, once we ordered our food it was to the table in a short time. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Classic diner with a cozy feel. Usually go there for breakfast (although not always at breakfast time) and their pancakes, waffles and french toast are delicious. Not health food, but tasty. The staff are always friendly and on the one or two occasions when we've had minor problems they've been quick to sort it out, which has kept us going back for several years now. Can sometimes get a bit crowded at lunch time during busy times of the year - there may be a short wait for a seat especially if there are a lot of tourists in town. read more
