Just a great diner experience. Friendly staff, tasty food, and great variety. The hot apple cider was some of the best I've had and really gave me a great diner option as I am not much of a coffee drinker. Perfect way to fuel a full day in Vermont or recover from a full night!

While plentiful in quantity and reasonably priced for the quantity it was just "ok" with respect to taste. Service was ok too. Nothing to run to and if you can consider other options unless constrained by price. The interior is clean and vintage 50s dinner.

After having a daughter at UVM, we finally made it to Henry's diner. Loved reading about the history of it and how the original building was brought from Bayonne NJ to Burlington. I am originally from NJ, the land of diners, so I couldn't wait to try this one. The interior had a vibe of diners gone by and I loved it. Our server was sweet and attentive. Food was good and came out nice and hot. My husband had an egg/breakfast dish and I had a good ole burger. Yum!

We had a nice time at Henry's Diner. Love me a good diner vibe and this place fits the bill to a T. Has the counter and booths and some tables around the side as well. It was pretty busy on a Sunday morning but we beat the rush it seemed at around 8:45 am. I had the little Henry, over medium eggs, bacon, a biscuit, pancake, and added a side of the sausage gravy. The bacon was small and just okay. Should've went with ham. I was pleased that my eggs came out as ordered and the sausage gravy was homemade and was great! How all diners should be judged and they passed with flying colors. My pancake was also good. That Vermont syrup ain't no joke either. My wife got a special, basically an omelette with biscuits and gravy inside. She enjoyed it and also got a pancake on the side. Her pancake was undercooked for her but said the flavor was still good. Service was slow but pretty friendly. Everything came out as ordered and we left full and happy. Definitely worth checking out. I enjoyed the history of the diner as well.

I came here after little sightseeing & such & opted for a brunch (you might say) & opted for an egg over hard, home fries, biscuit & sausage patties & definitely worth it (oh before I forget coffee as well). Music in place was unique with do-op, British Invasion, disco etc but it all worked out well in my book & service was on point & definitely I see why the people (whether locals/tourists) get referred here.

This is a landmark and iconic eatery in Burlington. We make it a point to have an amazing breakfast each time we visit the area to spend time with our daughter. It speaks for itself l. Just go and wait in line if you have to, it's very much worth it. Otherwise, best time is weekday mornings.

There was a waiting line for this small place, but at 10 am, it moved right along. Very friendly staff and fast refills on the coffee. I ordered the meat lover's skillet, and I joked it should be called a potato lover's skillet. Will try the regular meat on the side next time as those portions seemed very generous.

    Great menu.

Cute vintage diner feel. Keeps its charm from the original 1925 decor. All your favorite breakfast items, huge selection, everything really well prepared, and an array of milkshakes that make deciding on which one to have impossible. Food and entertainment all in one venue.

What a lovely diner! Unique building with a friendly waitstaff and delicious food. We stopped by for a quick breakfast. We loved the retro style and the food was fast and good! I even bought a foam dome souvenir hat

After a long travel trip (delayed flights were insane), we woke up with an appetite! This diner was a wonderful surprise - cozy and welcoming - you feel as if you walked into a family member's home. Our meals were scrumptious... included fresh brewed coffee! Shoutout to Kaitlyn, who took care of us! She is friendly, attentive, and polite!

Classic diner fare and atmosphere. Expect a long wait on the weekends (sometimes over an hour during peak times), and even a short ~5-10 min wait during weekdays. Got the 2 egg classic + bacon, and the Vermonter omelet. Kept us full during our 20 mile bike ride shortly after. Friendly service, tasty food, and great prices, especially for Burlington.

Stopped here on our drive home from Montreal and it was perfect. We immediately got seated and was warmly greeted by our waiter. I checked the Yelp reviews and my sister and I both decided to order the little Henry. Perfection. I got my eggs over medium, ham, home fries, a pancake, and an English muffin. The English muffin was one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly toasted, not too bready, and had butter melted on top. I'm still thinking about the ham too. Everything was too good!! I wish I lived closer.

What a great diner. Potatoes and Biscuits and Gravy were very good! Staff were generous and they put up with two older guys being philosophical at the counter (they derseve a medal for that part alone). The Counter seating is located in an old railroad car from New Jersey. An unexpected happy experience!

I got the mini Henry breakfast with two eggs, sausage, biscuit, home fries and with Vermont maple syrup.

Our meal choices were varied, including apps such as steak tartar and cheddar ale soup for one and the meatloaf plate and the turkey burger for the others. Everything was made with original flavor additions such as homemade sauces, fresh breads, and unique use of herbs and spices. Lastly, I was told to mention that the hand cut fries were exceptional. Since we visit Burlington often, we look forward to returning to the Farmhouse to try other dishes on their menu or just ordering the same meals since they were so good. Deep City was a recommendation for brunch from a local. It is the sister restaurant to Foam Brewers (right next door). When we walked in there was a small wait but not bad. We headed over to the brewery to grab coffee and to check it out. It is definitely a cool spot. They have a huge selection of beer, a small wine program (who knew) and small bites. Unfortunately they did not have TVs or else we would've come back to watch the football game but we did purchase some beer before heading back over for brunch at Deep City. The menu here is a little more Mexican-forward think Huevos Rancheros, but there was still plenty of items that looked appealing. We split the banana bread with maple walnut cream cheese (to die for) to share as an app which was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a fruit cup which was also good. We then shared their Huevos Verdes which is similar to Huevos Rancheros except it came with a tomatillo salsa. It was good but very sloppy to eat. They play good funky music which can sometimes be overwhelmingly loud inside (I.e. a jock jam will be playing at club volume level), that's one of my few complaints.
