We stopped here because the reviews were good. It was Sunday 11:30ish. They were crowded. We got seated pretty quickly. Coffee and water came quickly. We ordered pretty much immediately. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. I had the tsunami burrito. The salsa was very tangy about and too much tortilla not enough filling and needed salt. My husband had the breakfast tacos Ole. Ok not great. No one ever came by with refills for coffee or water. We had to ask. I know they're busy but that's just basic service maybe better on a different day when not so busy but I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a top spot. read more

When we moved to Burlington from New York ten years ago, one of the first things we did was to try to find a weekend breakfast place that replicated the warmth, great food and vibe of the precious diners we left behind. We found it here. We come here at least once a week, usually for Sunday breakfast. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is always one step ahead, and the surfing motif is just what's needed to bring a few warm waves to this chilly northern outpost. They don't even give us menus any more; they just ask "the usual?" when walk in, and we nod, and that's that. We can be in and out in 30 minutes, or linger for an hour and a half, we still get treated the same--with courtesy, kinds and an institutional memory that makes us feel welcome and at home. We order the same thing every time--Rincon wrap with fruit salad for me, smashburger for my son. Love it here. Even nicer on the outdoor patio, if you happen to be in the area during the three or four days of summer. read more

Oh man. After one bad hangover, this place helped set me straight. I ordered the rincon, which is essentially a giant breakfast burrito served with home-style fries and it was so good and fresh. The potatoes were definitely some of the best seasoned and tasty ones I've had in a very long time. My boyfriend seemed to really enjoy his quiver with chorizo. Very friendly staff and the food was okay. Service wasn't great, nobody came back to see how our food was and we both ordered a side of bacon and had to ask and remind everyone them twice for it. It finally when we were both done eating our breakfast and they still charged us for it, which is pretty bad. Fish tacos for breakfast, would you have ever even imagined that??!!! They are way better than you think!! I came here because I was in town visiting and my friend was at work so I needed to do homework and have breakfast. I ordered coffee, an apple cider mimosa and fish tacos for breakfast. For my first apple cider mimosa I think it was pretty good, kind of more tart than I expected but good nonetheless. The fish tacos were huge but only came with fish tacos and nothing else however it filled me up with just one of the breakfast tacos so having no sides didn't really matter. The fish was like a backnote of the tacos with beans and eggs taking most of the space but the flavors melded together so well. It definitely wasn't one of my top places for breakfast during my last trip into town and I may come back here next time I'm in town for the tacos but that would be my main reason to go. read more
