Possibly one of the best vegan restaurants I've had. Everything is fully flavorful and the Crunchwrap burger is loaded. There's some seating both indoors and outdoors, facing the rushing river in a mill-like area.

We stopped here on the way to visit family for a late lunch. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The food was delicious! I had the be-you-tiful bowl which had really great smoked carrots--the whole combination was great. Hubby had buffalo mac crunchwrap, which he loved. I had a taste and wow, that was good mac n cheeze. We also got an order of fresh rolls with peanut sauce--these were generous in size and delicious. For dessert I got a s'mores cookie which had vegan marshmallows in it. Very yummy. We'll surely come back!

Everything is very good tasting and high quality ingredients, just overpriced to the max. Don't know why it had to be so expensive.... For a smoothie and spring rolls is was $19. That's insane. Even with inflation I can make a dinner for two for that much or less. Inside is clean, good amount of seating, staff is friendly. Variety of menu options. Open fairly late in afternoon so you can catch them in the morning or later in the day. Again, wish the prices weren't so ridiculous so that they negated most all of the positive things about this place. Price Re-check, yes please.

Pingala Cafe is probably my favorite spot in Burlington for vegan food with a nice mix of healthy fresh foods and super comforting vegan fast food. This time we enjoyed the Knuckle Sandwich special which is sooo good. Very yellow mustard forward which I don't usually like but I loved this! We also got repeat items we love, the dumplings, and fresh rolls. In the past we also got the crunchwrap, mac n cheese, nuggets, and broccoli... all absolutely delicious!

Y-U-M! This place is vegan heaven there were so many options and all of them good. Visited on a sunny day and the outside seating overlooking the waterfalls is a bonus. The crunchwrap with the spinach and carrot burger was a winner. Was put off by the chipotle aioli but was assured it wasn't spicy and it was not . Smoothies are flavorful and rich without being overly sweet. I wasn't a fan of the peanut butter cookie, some spices that didn't compliment the taste. Pricing is reasonable for the amount of food provided. This is a must visit whenever in Burlington, VT

Yummy vegan spot located in Burlington, VT. We especially enjoyed the Mac and cheese and the burger crunch wrap.

Had an absolutely delicious sandwich here. They had a gluten bun, great knowledge of all the ingredients, and a really fun vibe.

Every dish was excellent and our bartender/server at the bar was so kind and personable. The whole experience felt so elevated and reminded me of why I love food.

Local here, sadly quite disappointed in what used to be a favorite restaurant of mine. Very good,…read moreflavorful, high quality food - but also, several negatives this last visit. Since the moment we sat down it felt like we were being rushed out of the place, we would take a last bite (or even have a few bites left of each dish) and a server would swoop in and clear our plate literally as I'd finish scooping a bite off of it. One time I had a plate under a piece of food (food that was from a separate plate the dish was originally served on) and the waiter came over and tried clearing thins and was like "can I get that one too" as if they were desperately relying on every single plate to get back to the kitchen ASAP. Very bizarre. I never had such a poor serving experience until this last visit this past week. Additionally, portion size and cost are still pushing the limits. $4 PER PITA. Give me a break. Half of the dishes we ordered need and/or do better with a pita and you're going to charge $4 per pita. Two people, two "main dishes" (salad and chicken wings - only 6 wings) and one side dish (muhammara), and one drink each... total of $150 (including tip) seems extremely extravagantly priced. I will reiterate - food is very flavorful, fresh, comes out hot, and would recommend highly if that's all the review was based upon. Unfortunately, everything else was sub par and I'm feeling let down by what used to be a total favorite place to eat. Womp womp.
