    Cinnamon roll

I heard this place had the best cinnamon roll in Burlington and that is correct. Cinnamon roll was exceptional. Presentation: 10/10. Beautiful layers that lift to create a cinnamon roll tower. Frosting: 10/10 Frosting was smooth, decadent and the perfect amount for the roll. Roll: 10/10 The cinnamon was great and not too overbearing. The entire roll was doughy. Besides that, they gave us a sample of their brownie bread which was fun and yummy. We both got iced coffees which were delicious and my girlfriend got a sandwich that's not pictured. We did vlog this - Hailey and Kiki on YouTube! :)

This is my favourite sandwich place EVER! I lived in Burlington back in the early 2000s, and I was THRILLED to see this place was still up & running and amazing as ever. During our weekend visit to Burlington, we came here TWICE because it is just THAT good. Both times I got a ham & cheddar sandwich, and my partner got a BLT and a grilled cheese. The meats and cheeses are cut thick, which I like, and all of the ingredients (veggies etc.) taste super fresh. The bread is fantastic, baked right in house. We also tried their maple latte and cappuccino, and both were very good. You've GOT to have maple flavoured coffee when in Vermont! The workers were friendly and helpful, and the wait for our order was not long at all. They have a cute outside set up with wooden benches and tables, super comfy and aesthetically pleasing. It's really great eating there on a nice beautiful day. I'm always sad when a VT visit comes to an end, but when I come back, I'm running to Great Harvest asap for another delicious sandwich.

Best sandwiches I have had in a very long time! We got the BLT and the Grilled cheese and for desert the cinnamon bun. Everything is so fresh and tasty, new baked bread straight from the bakery. we also had their maple latte and cappuccino and the coffee is very good. Prices are very fair. Can't recommend this place enough, will come back! Prices are very good

Can't believe I waited so long to try this place! Staff was beyond friendly, they have so many types of breads (desserty and savory), sandwiches, and a good amount of drink and espresso options. Cheapest maple latte compared to the major cafes, yet no less delicious and smooth. & most importantly, they have cinnamon rolls! Will be back for sure!

My disgusting ashtray tasting sandwich without any lettuce or tomato on this sad excuse of lunch and today is 8/3.

This is my fifth and final time at this location. My sandwich pictured below should say everything. It tasted like an ashtray and didn't have anything remotely fresh on it considering this is peak summer in Vermont. No where on the menu does it say smoked turkey. Vile.

I'm not a big bread person - I'll eat it as something accompanying delicious cold cuts, to mop up a creamy soup, or as a sweet dessert, but I rarely if ever eat it stand-alone. That defeats the purpose of bread, for me. Little did I know the wonders of what great bread could do for one's soul - I learned it here at Great Harvest Bread Co. It had been 2 full years since I first came here on my last visit to Vermont, but I think my brain had convinced myself that bread wasn't necessary to prevent the longing for their freshly baked selection. Bread is baked fresh every morning, with leftovers being donated on Sunday nights. We arrived on Monday morning expecting to pick up a loaf at 7:30 AM, but they had informed us of the fresh baking process. On any other given day, they're up at 4AM to get le pain quotidian ready. Luckily, we had a taste of it from Saturday when we came. They offer customer's free slices to try as they're waiting - and when I say free slices, I don't mean your meager Krasdale limp 1 cm slices, but I mean full on inch thick slices with creamy butter on the counter to boot. I tried the Dakota and was blown away at how great bread could taste. When we were ready, we each got a different Panini since breakfast had already ended, and I was so thankful for having chosen the Nor-Easter (turkey, red onion, smoky tomato chutney and cheddar on Honey Whole Wheat). Wow. So much flavor packed into a deceivingly filling deli sandwich. But I am wrong. It's so much more. The tomato chutney gives an amazing sweetness that balances with the saltiness of the tomato and zing of the onion. Overall, great sandwich. When we came again on Monday morning, we got the Lg Coffee + egg sandwich special via Yelp (be careful, it's a deal, NOT both free items). And were also satisfied with the life choices we were making. Genuinely, you cannot go wrong with anything at Great Harvest and the people who work and own this place are so kind and warm. They are the friendliest people around. I love coming here whenever I visit!

Unbelievably good!! This is a great place to visit especially on a cold rainy day. As you walk in the door, just the aroma hooks you. Add samples that are as large as life, before you leave this place, you will have purchased at least 5 loaves of bread! The five of us ate at least a whole loaf of samples. The coconut almond tea bread is absolutely delicious. You can't leave without a loaf of this. They also have a great menu for lunch with sandwiches made out these breads. There is also a large sample of teas and coffees to complete your lunch. The bread company is located in an industrial part of town where there are streets of warehouses. It seems like businesses like this are slowly moving in. After our "bread" treat, we went a across the way to a glassblowing company. That was also fun.

We're native New Yorkers and weaned on old school New York traditional savory bagels (and Kossar's bialys) ... before Cinnamon, Everything or (yikes) Rainbow bagels existed. That said, we're open to other combinations to go with our smoked fish.... which is mostly whitefish salad or lox. Myer's offers a range of savory Montreal-style bagels that we've certainly ended up preferring to that city's "too sweet for us" Fairmount or St. Viateur Bagels. Myer's still uses Montreal techniques for hand-rolled, honey-boiled and wood-fired, with a comparable size - but they do it sooo much better!!! Without a doubt, truly artisan. My favorite Myer's bagel varieties are Montreal Spice, Rosemary Sea Salt, and Kitchen Sink! Especially always bring back Montreal Spice to my NYC home or have an outstanding order with my Burlington-transplant kinfolk when they come to visit. This awesome new location on Shelburne Road is a great setting. Everyone there is also super friendly, including the manager Chris. Highly recommend making Myer's a destination to eat (or pick up eats) when in town!
