I have been to Henry many times and am always impressed by how well their showroom is arranged and that I'm always greeted at the door with a smile. I love that they always have something new that catches my eye and gives the feeling of imagining my own home that I could just entertain my friends over wine there! I would not recommend using Henry kitchen and bath for anything. My first visit was in April 2022. I met with Joanne Connolly and she seemed to be knowledgeable and very helpful. We picked out cabinets, flooring, sink, faucet, handles and pulls and she designed the kitchen. She came out to the house and did measurements and drew up the suggested design of my kitchen. The nightmare started when the orders started coming in. First, the orders were delayed for months and then when it did show up, I received wrong product and the sink, faucet handles and pulls, as well as the grout were not ordered. I then was told by Joanne to go onto Amazon, and order all the products that did not show up or use build.com. I did that,but,the prices for everything were more than what I originally had paid to Henry kitchen and bath. When the countertop was delivered, it was not the right size around the sink, and my stove did not slide in to where it should have been due to improper measuring given to the countertop people from HKB. The countertop people did come out and remove the large piece from behind the stove but now I have an open area behind the stove with nothing, just open space. So, I contacted Joanne twice now to get in touch with the countertop people, but there has been no result from that. There have been other issues regarding the design and cabinets and doors hitting one another but there's too much to go into it here. Due to the lack of customer service and unwillingness from Henry kitchen and bath to take care of their mistakes, I would never recommend using them. read more

Walking into Henry Kitchen and Bath was a big mistake. My wife and I went to them for what should have been a small project: bathroom sink, vanity, and cabinetry. They told us it would probably take a few months to get everything ordered, scheduled, and completed. Almost a year later and the project is still not completed! It was a comedy of errors from the start. First, they forgot to order the sink/counter. Then they ordered, delivered, and installed the wrong sink/counter. Then they forgot to order the handles/knobs for the cabinetry. Then they ordered the wrong handles and knobs. Promises were always made and most of the time they were broken. Excuses and delays. Excuses and delays. Making matters worse, communication was abysmal. But here is what my wife and I found most unforgiveable: at no time in this entire ordeal were we ever provided an apology; no recognition of how outrageous it was that a project that was originally expected to be completed in May 2022 was still unfinished in January 2023; no acknowledgement that the inconvenience that we were going through wasn't normal. Is this business as usual for them? Maybe. Henry Kitchen and Bath made it crystal clear that they didn't care and that they weren't willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. They were very adamant about us paying upfront. But not so adamant about doing the job correctly or in a reasonable amount of time. Run - don't walk - away from Henry Kitchen and Bath. Recap: I recommend going into the Henry showroom to look at things in person but never to purchase from here. I work as a designer/GC coordinator and had a client who had purchased all of her plumbing fixtures for a large bathroom at Henry, which the plumber had recommended. A couple weeks after obtaining the fixtures, she decided to go with a different color scheme. We went through her receipts to find the return policy and there was nothing that was clear in the paperwork, so I had her call Henry. When she asked if there would be any issue returning the items, the sales associate said a cheerful, "No! Not at all." (I know this because I was present when the call was made on speaker phone). This was not the case. She was able to return the items that Henry had in stock for a full refund but anything that they had ordered through the supplier was subject to a 60 percent restocking fee, which applied to over $2000 worth of items. It would be one thing if the employee had told her that over the phone, and though it still would have been outrageous in my opinion, at least we would have known before purchasing the new fixtures. My client spoke to various Henry employees over the next week explaining the miscommunication but Henry never made it right. I have spoken with the plumber that we used and told him that any future job he does with us would not use Henry and suggested he not use them for other jobs as well. Overall, I recommend going to Henry to see fixtures in person but never to buy from them. The same exact items are available at Amazon and Wayfair and their customer service is exponentially better, with no restocking fees and often free return shipping. Also, Kohler, Moen, Delta, etc will still honor any lifetime warranties if you purchase from Amazon or Wayfair. There's really no reason to purchase from Henry. I hope this saves someone else from losing a lot of money like my client did! read more

Logan Trentadue of Henry Kitchen and Bath in Des Peres is an excellent designer. She helped me remodel my two upstairs bathrooms this summer and she knows what she's doing. This was my first time to have bathrooms completely remodeled and there were surprisingly many decisions to be made. I grew to trust Logan. She has a great sense of design and she's honest. She considers all factors, including budget, and will tell you what's worth doing. I'm very happy with the results and couldn't have done it without Logan. I'm a careful shopper and checked out other kitchen and bath companies. On the cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and hardware I chose, Henry's prices couldn't be beat. With all the valuable help Logan gave me for free, Henry was an outstanding value! read more

Avoid Henry Kitchen & Bath... unless you like throwing money down the toilet. My experience was disappointing and frustrating. After spending over 20K on cabinets and countertops and 7+ months without a working kitchen, I am left with chipped cabinets with poor paint finish. They will try to upsell you cabinets in the show room and tell you they are great quality, and when they arrive damaged, they will not stand behind their product. The replacements arrived months later looking worse than the originals. They tell you they will "repair or replace only", but they are incapable of doing either. What a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere! After countless emails and texts they offered me $1200 for my extra contractor fees since they told us to install the defective cabinets and then questioned why we installed them, and a measly $285 for my troubles- what a joke! The Diamond rep Mike Alsap was a complete jerk and did not show up when he was supposed to. They will try to blame you for their issues! Avoid!! read more

We used Henry Kitchen & Bath to remodel our kitchen, and they did an amazing job. It turned out exactly as we had envisioned. We worked with Sara Pilch from a design standpoint and Augie as the lead contractor. I appreciated that HKB listed to our requests during the design phase, offered various suggestions and recommendations but never tried to over-sell anything. Augie and his team were thorough and professional. We had no worries of them at our house while we were at work, and all our questions and concerns were addressed timely. I've been working with Henry Kitchen and Bath now for a couple months and it's been a mix of different problems ever since. When you first show up, you have to make sure to setup an appointment before hand otherwise it is hard to get anyone to help you on the show room floor. Once you got someone to help you, the person was knowledgeable and was able to get you what you needed. When my first order was delivered with my tubs and shower supplies, they only had one person on the truck to help. I ordered two tubs and I basically had to provide the man power to bring it in the house even though I was told they would bring it in the house for me. Also, one of my shower heads was suppose to be delivered a week later but when it was do to be delivered they couldn't find it. They found it another week later and I decided to pick it up at the store myself so they wouldn't lose it again. When they delivered my second order which contained my vanities, the same thing happened in which only one person made the delivery. Again, I had to help them unload the truck and bring the vanities into the house so they wouldn't damage them even though they were told that they would have to do it. Also, one of my vanity sections was not delivered. When I called them they told me that they would look into it. They seemed like they had trouble tracking my orders and they would not give me updates. When they finally called back a day later, they said the last section of vanity failed quality assurance so they would have to reorder it. I give them kudos for taking the initiative to stop me from getting a bad product but at least give me a heads up about it since I was on a time schedule with my contractors. I finally got my last section another week later. I also ordered two expensive mirrors through them that was suppose to have the same trim as my vanities. I thought they were suppose to be delivered but the mirror companies contacted me directly and I had to go to them and pick them up. Luckily my vehicle was big enough to hold them, especially since one was 72" long. The mirrors didn't come with the trim installed and the company forgot to order the trim. Once the trim was ordered, I had to go pick them up and bring them home. Now I have two mirrors with no trim installed and no one to install the trim even though I paid way too much for two mirrors with trim installed. I have to get another contractor to install the trim on the mirror and spend more money since this company refuses to do it. In conclusion, the people were professional but they had trouble tracking items and keeping customers updated. When they deliver, expect to do most of the heavy lifting even though you paid for deliver into the house. The vanities are beautiful and worth it but the mirrors were a total waste of money. The tubs, faucets, valves, and shower trims were good quality. Pretty much most of their products, except the mirrors, were worth it but with all the problems that I had I don't recommend using this company. read more

When it was time to renovate our kitchen and add a laundry room, we turned to Henry's Kitchen and Bath for assistance. Sara Pilch did an excellent job of taking all my wants and incorporating them into a plan. She combined our small kitchen with an unused dining room to create a larger kitchen, laundry room, and walk in pantry. The layout of the kitchen is convenient and the traffic flow is seamless. Sara always answered our questions and had suggestions for cost effective additional storage. I can recommend Sara and Henry's Kitchen and Bath without any reservations. read more
