Justin made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to what I wanted. I told him I wanted a pre-workout that would help me cut and that I can handle 200mg+ of caffeine. He recommended OxyShred Hardcore--and wow. I used it at the gym and had clean, focused energy. After leg day, I usually struggle through cardio, but I was able to sprint 30 seconds on and off instead of just walking on an incline. My mental focus was noticeably better and I got through my workout way more efficiently. He also recommended a women's creatine with collagen and biotin, which I didn't even know existed! I haven't tried it yet since I still have some left. He even threw in a sample of BioHealth Precision ISO protein in strawberry shortcake--SO good and super light. I'll definitely be buying it next time. Great place for all your supplement needs. The Ala Moana area can be busy, but it's totally worth it. You can park at the Pan Am building and they validate

So I asked my coworkers where they buy their supplements at because they lift weights too and they told me to go check out Designer Body down on Cooke St. As soon as I walked in the door the clerk (I forgot his name, cause I'm so bad with names smfh) greeted me and asked what I was looking for, so I explained that I was just looking for supplements that will help with recovery after lifting weights, cause I have no idea what to buy. He was very knowledgeable with all their products and suggested that my son starts with a protein shake and multivitamins. I will definitely be back for more supplements and I highly recommend Designer Body to get your supplements too. Mahalo

Once you enter you need to circle the building as it's located right behind Guibe Cafe. It's nice that they have some pop ups here and this day was no different with Sippin' Pretty whisking up some various drinks for a quick and easy pick up. As the shop isn't really big it is packed with lots of specialty items some that come highly recommended. Nice and clean cool place that I was happy to discover slightly hidden in Aiea. Thank you!

We were the only 2 customers in the store too, which makes it even sadder. The store did have a variety of stuff but in the end, we opted to purchase them from the brand's website instead of buying it there. We ended up getting 2 clear protein drinks, and some snacks, and when the guy rang us up, he didn't ask for a phone number for their rewards program or didn't ask if we found everything okay. Better yet, he barely spoke to us at all and rang us up in silence, but instead talked to his other friend. All in all, I don't think we'll be returning to this GNC, but I'll go to Vitamin Shoppe instead.

I did book and pay the deposit of $40 which is taken in order to book appointment. After the consultation over the phone, she will charge $69.95 and submit your work to the state. For that reason I put off getting my 329 card for years, but I did what I had to do on my own to relieve my chronic pain and insomnia. Certain strains are better for different purposes but you don't know what you are getting when you buy from friends. Fast forward to present time and now my pain is quite acute and unbearable. Unfortunately, I can't take prescription or over the counter pain relievers because of another medical condition I have. Cannabis -- especially high CBD strains -- does the trick, so I knew it was time to apply for a card. Look, we've all dealt with the State of Hawaii for things, so I had to psych myself up for the red tape I was about to claw through, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. I looked into it and filled out the application online on Friday, made a telemedicine appointment with Abi at Pakaloha Care for Saturday. I'm not thinking too clearly due to the pain and she explained the entire process step-by-step, and helped me gather all of the needed documentation and fix some errors. The completed application was submitted to the State on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I was able to download an electronic version of my card. All I can say to that is Sweet Relief! I can't recommend Abi at Pakaloha Care enough, for walking me through all of the steps with kindness and compassion. She also leaves the door wide open for follow-up questions and adjustments to dosing. If you fear applying for a 329 card will be complicated, I assure you she will ease your mind. I've been leaving mostly negative reviews lately because customer service has deteriorated everywhere, and it is my pleasure to spread the Aloha that Abi extended to me. If you are thinking about it, what are you waiting for?
