STOP!! My card expired in July 31,25. Paid for my 2 year renewal but no card showed up! I sent in the money early. It didn't help. I asked several times for a refund or my card and he keeps telling everyone he had a life changing experience situation and he's doing the best he can. For years, they were really reliable, Last year it started to go south real quick. The representative fielding the cards, Paul Klink, was unwell leading to delays and back and back and forth. I was finally able to get my card after weeks of reaching out last year, but I paid for two years and got one. I was told not to worry about it, that it would be renewed again before it expired with no additional charges. Here we are, expired, no card, and I've been ghosted. No returned emails or texts, and the phone isn't accepting calls. I saw on other reviews that this is now a thing. They take your money and ghost you. I have filed with BBB, DCCA, and FTC for a refund, but not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and don't get cheated like I did. I have a chronic illness resulting in organ failure and this is the only way I can eat. So disappointed right now, they really let me down!!! I also find it rather funny that he has had the time to respond on here to his terminally ill clients with pleas for understanding for chronic illness but doesn't have the time to create a mass email to send to his clients informing them of the business closure or information regarding refunds. He can't return calls or emails, but he can play poor me on reviews with cancer patients and chronically ill people like we are being the unreasonable ones. Just makes him look worse. read more

I have the same complaint as the other people that have not gotten what they paid for. I paid $303 for a 2-year license but I only got it for one year. Paul reassured me that next year I would get another license. After getting a reminder 3 months before, I wrote to him. And I have been hearing excuses since January. The last one was sick child, or that he has the flu. That was this week, but he had 3 months do do this. I am trying to see what to do about getting a partial refund. This is very sad. While Paul Klink is an exceptional person, the service is incredibly bad. Granted he had major heart surgery, but I still don't have my card although I paid for the consult in mid-April. It's been a bevy of reasons--new State system and a series of next week. Now he can't be reached by phone and he won't reply to his email unless it is urgent. Six months later I am now asking for a partial refund as I've given up on him. Don't expect anything, including a reply unless it is to fob me off with another "next Wednesday" or similar. It's about to be mid June and still no card or refund. It's been nearly impossible to get ahold of him now. It was either the system, or they had to renew their license because he forgot it expired. Which this was in April, hearing about that excuse. And now, had medical emergencies which I won't talk about on here. Not even an assistant or anyone to call let us know what's going on? When my original 329 card expired I called Paul with an update, since the renewal was charged an entire month before my card expired, he always had these weird excuses but never the card.
