Upon walking in I was greeted with aloha, process was nice and easy to be let in the special room. Having a bud tender that is full of positive vibes and embodies the aloha spirit is a perfect experience for me and Taro provided that. He was very informal on the strains and provided me with great care and helped me choose the best quality product for my purpose. Customer service is very important to me especially being born and raised on the island to see it's still here is awesome. Thank you Taro for the knowledge and aloha. noa botanicals knows how to keep me happy with fresh strains of Indica hybrids. Apple Mints and Ice Cream Cake are currently my personal favorites. I stopped by the Young St store for 1/4 oz of the 23% thc Ice Cream Cake for $90 (saving $10 off the price of two 1/8ths) and just returned for another 1/2 oz for $170 (saving $30 off the price of four 1/8ths). Micah and Michael helped me out to make sure I got what I was looking for. I stopped by in between those two visits to grab 3 White Rainbow vaporizers for $85, saving $14 on the bundle of 3 and Kepa took great care of me. Kepa's enthusiasm, Michael's friendliness and Micah's extensive cannabis knowledge made my last few visits there worthy of great review. Taro and Jay are always happy to see me, as well, and keep me coming back in to the Young St noa store! Mahalo!! read more

Jay auntie just wanted to add that there are very few like you left. You have so much aloha Short story. I'd like to tell. I was diagnosed 2 years ago. Might I save misdiagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis? I went to go visit Noa Jay Was there. He didn't care that auntie was sweaty. Whatever he came around, the counter gave aunti a big hug wished me the best and was so empathetic and compassionate I've never felt Aloha like that from a person that I just encounter in a place of business treated me like real ohanna. He is what this island represents. And unfortunately there's not many like him left. Auntie loves you from the bottom of her heart. And I will always appreciate you.I hope so does NOA read more

My store of choice is in Aiea. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome. It's an easy couple steps you take. If you are visiting for the first time, the intake procedure is fast. Your greeted with a smile. The selection of product is amazing. I have been to both Aloha Green and Noa. the store is it light and airy and the employees are most helpful. They are very careful about explaining their product and what does. They also include specific instructions for any information you might need about the product. What I liked about Noah, is that their product is sealed. I know I'm getting something that no one has gotten into for any other reason then to sell. They seem to know a lot about their job and product and I guarantee that everybody leaves with a smile on their face. read more

Delivers consistently good flower, strong gummies and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Super happy with this place. It's my go to. The rewards are good. The carts are my favorite, and they just got more of my favorite flavors in. Joelle was a great help today, and Jacob and William are always happy to assist with my needs. Thanks, guys. I'll always be back. read more

I like NOA, but they messed up yesterday. I bought a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff, a five cartridge vape flight and an 1/8 of flower at the Young Street location. I noticed when I looked at the receipt that they didn't give me my kupuna discount and called back and asked about that. They said there was no discount on the cartridges. Fair enough. But...they told me that the discount (on the flower) and in general at the store has to be manually entered by the budtender. Seriously? As Obama might say, come on, maaaaan. It's 2023. I'm entered into your computer. Your system knows my age. Other dispensaries do not have this problem. Especially when they state "kupuna and veteran discounts offer even more savings" on the front page of their website. Get your act together, NOA! read more

I have to run into NOA between 2 jobs 7 days a week. They always know what I like and what I need depending on my mood. Haha. Every employee is welcoming and professional, especially Mike. Gary Payton is a strain I travel across the United States looking for for its a Strain highly sought after hybrid from Cookies, bred by Powerzzzup. It has strong gassy aromatics that include a hint of burning rubber, accompanied by a super smooth fuel flavor profile. Named after NBA Hall of Famer Gary Payton, this potent bud may provide hard-hitting effects that are usually recommended for more experienced cannabis users. It may begin with an immediate euphoric boost in mood and energy and full body relaxation. I was looking forward to that gassy California strain and instead it's a completely different strain with none of the true description above . huge disappointment for the second time , there cookies strains are not up to par compared to the rest of the cookie stores across the globe ! Mixed up your strains on this one . read more

This place is nice but the staff at this place or at least one person there has horrible customer skills. I have only been to the Aiea location prior to coming here. They have a great staff and have had no problems at that location. So I expected the same here. But right away, I was greeted with this guy wearing their green Cookie brand hat they have. Gave me a follow me...there was no hi how you doing... Went to the register at end by the exit. Asked if I could use the rewards I had.. he was questioning me about a card like a stamp card. And I never was given a card like that since I been going here (aiea). Feeling like I burden this dude to look up the rewards I have. After spending good money on their pricey products for so long. Didnt expect that. I finished and paid.. no, thank you for coming in from this guy. I also phoned asking more about the rewards and was greeted with the same guy or another disgruntled employee. Not wanting to fully explain how the rewards work. Gave attitude the whole time and questioned me what i wanted. read more

I was at Noa botanicals today and my card had been renewed this morning by my doctor but the system had not updated my account. Alexis, who greeted me went out of her way to help me resolve the issue. She went above and beyond any duty to help me. She finally figured out the kink in the system and was able to get my renewed card uploaded. Without her help I would have been helpless. I really appreciate all that she did for me. This used to be my go to place. Been coming here from the very start. They had the best point system in play. Not no more. My points are basically useless. Can't be used on sale items, new items and only used in increments. Ridiculous. I also believe they use trickery tactics to lure people in. They are ALWAYS out of their special within hours. All of them - out of stock. Every single time. I call BS. There's almost never a line there and yet they are completely sold out of all specials posted 2 hours ago? Take your money around the corner. read more

This shop is probably the best of all. Clean, precise helpfull. I arrived at the store, immaculate storefront, intelligent assistants, they listen to your situation if come up with. I've been having insomnia for 20+years was. And would like something for it. He recommended gummis. For the first time in a couple decades. 1st night fell asleep in 10 minutes, sleept 6 hours. Been coming here pretty much since they opened. Noa and one of their competitors on kapahulu avenue. Both have good products and excellent knowledgeable, friendly budtenders. I prefer NOA's products a little better. Not always cheaper especially edibles but consistent. Never had dry flower like some reviews say. I Like there crackseed series gummies. Delicious! I stock up. Wish they would let you use your points like cash like they used to (spend $400, 40 points $40 cash for next visit etc) other dispensaries also changed this practice too. Also can't use your points on sale items. Boo. Overall a satisfying customer. read more

Been going here since the beginning and finally have had enough. Almost every vape cartridge I buy is full of bubbles! Went to find out what is up and was told that the bubbles are perfectly normal, but this was not the case before. Hard to say if this is employee theft or company policy, but I feel that every bubble is missing oil - so someone is making out. Sad to say, but these folks are not honorable for letting this continue to happen. read more

Worst purchase I've made since going to Noa Botanicals. 14g $110 in shake. Maybe 2 grams in possible smoke. They sold me what the store needed sold. Not the quality medicine that I require! Eww, it's giving me the worst cough as well. Why would you guys tell me I can smoke this @noa? It's hurting my lungs, this stuff. Can someone look into this? I'm going to keep this on hand if anyone can help. This shake needs to be tested for pollen and other dangerous and hazardous materials. Don't smoke it! read more

I've been a loyal customer, got dry flower several times prior to my first complaint, my full priced flower ( i remind you i have close to 4,000 points) it was so dry it crumbled, they made in right by adding funds to my account i was able to use. That flower i replaced it with was dry as well, i gave up, went for tablets and attempted flower again, dry as well. Unable to use points. I go to see the selection again 1/11/22 snd again its harsh and crumbly, NOT ONE SINGLE ATTEMPT TO REACH OUT YO ME!! THE GUY HANS ME A CLEAR PLASTIC THING TO SMELL AND MY HAND JUST LOST FEELING AND IT FELL, HE WAS QUITE ANGRY AND RUDE SAYING ITS CONTAMINATED WE HAVE TO TOSS IT, EYE ROLLING AND SIGHS, really??? U hand me a jar to touch and smell and i contaminated it??! Nope already was. Not only is the flower so harsh snd dry i het treated like crap? Wow!!! No one there is ever rude nor am I! I can't support a business that treats people that way. If you have mo empathy its not a job for you. read more

Noa Botanicals is great when they have sales! I come here during holiday specials because of how great the deals are! I got an ounce for $140 on Black Friday!! Their flower is almost top shelf quality and it will continue to improve with time. I've only had a few weird interactions here where the employees come off at arrogant -- but I'll just chalk that up to them having a bad day cause it's not like I experience that every time In fact, most of the time employees are eager to push their sales and help you get the best deal My only complaint is the cartridges are not good quality and I've had a few broken ones (which they replaced without a fuss) but the odds ar about 50/50 with getting a defective one Coming for flower? Yes! Otherwise, I'll try other places for anything else read more

Damn I spoke too soon. These mofos will also cut you short at least a gram off an 8th. My advice is weigh your flower in your car prior to leaving to make sure you are actually getting the right amount of flower. FVCK NOA. read more

Staff is very friendly at Aiea. Noa's Bacio Gelato for $175 half oz is one of the worst smelling, tasting and dry flowers ever. It tasted like a bitter cheap wine, horrors! I have now been to all 3 dispensaries on Oahu and feel adequately experienced to write reviews for them! Out of the 3, Noa is probably my 2nd favorite. If you follow your GPS, Noa is fairly easy to find, situated off of Young Street behind the Easy Music Center Building (where Aloha Green Apothocary is located). The reviews are correct, there has always been ample parking. When driving, if you're going off of sight, you may miss the parking lot. My landmark is Island Tours or something like that. There is a smaller sign that says "Dispensary Parking" at the entrance. I come from Piikoi, so it's always on my left. As with all dispensaries, you present the doorman/guard with your ID and MMJ card. They will get you entered into their system and have very comfortable and modern chairs and couches for you to sit and wait. Also available are plenty of "menus" listing off their current products and prices. On the main wall, they have colorful signs with each strain they have. The waiting area is spacious and comforting. The front staff is awesome. Your budtender will call you to the back and take you to his or her station where you will again see the menu. They welcome any and all questions and don't make you feel dumb for being a newbie! They sell a wide variety of things from flower, to tinctures, concentrates, SPAMC, and devices to medicate with. They accept CanPay so you don't have to go to the ATM (which they have). However, unlike the other 2 dispensaries, they do not offer the 5% discount if you use CanPay. BUT, like the other dispensaries, they do have a rewards program where you can keep racking up points to earn $$$ off your next purchase, points never expire. I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. These guys are awesome! Great customer service and great product. Just be sure to check the expiration dates on your product - I have found that the product I buy from Noa tends to expire before any of the other dispensaries. Their prices are compatible with the others, which is great because no 2 dispensaries carry the same product :-) Smart on their part! Noa and the others are a godsend to my health and I am thankful everyday for them! *super convenient location *parking available *great product *great staff *great feel *see their available products online read more
