For that reason I put off getting my 329 card for years, but I did what I had to do on my own to relieve my chronic pain and insomnia. Certain strains are better for different purposes but you don't know what you are getting when you buy from friends. Fast forward to present time and now my pain is quite acute and unbearable. Unfortunately, I can't take prescription or over the counter pain relievers because of another medical condition I have. Cannabis -- especially high CBD strains -- does the trick, so I knew it was time to apply for a card. Look, we've all dealt with the State of Hawaii for things, so I had to psych myself up for the red tape I was about to claw through, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. I looked into it and filled out the application online on Friday, made a telemedicine appointment with Abi at Pakaloha Care for Saturday. I'm not thinking too clearly due to the pain and she explained the entire process step-by-step, and helped me gather all of the needed documentation and fix some errors. The completed application was submitted to the State on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I was able to download an electronic version of my card. All I can say to that is Sweet Relief! I can't recommend Abi at Pakaloha Care enough, for walking me through all of the steps with kindness and compassion. She also leaves the door wide open for follow-up questions and adjustments to dosing. If you fear applying for a 329 card will be complicated, I assure you she will ease your mind. I've been leaving mostly negative reviews lately because customer service has deteriorated everywhere, and it is my pleasure to spread the Aloha that Abi extended to me. She gave me an email to contact the owner and I sent him an email stating my entire situation and he never replied back to me to resolve this issue. I now have to dispute the charges with my bank and while doing so I was charged again. I never used my bank card there again I only used cash or my cash app card with the exact amount of my purchase in it so I cant be charged multiple times. This is unacceptable. Interesting shop…read more.. We stopped in thinking this was a card/toy/hobby shop because of the Pokémon posters in the window (our daughters LOVE Pokemon). When we stepped in, we saw a ton of trading cards. Yes, there were Pokemon cards, but also sports cards, etc. There were also some cool anime figurines, stickers, face masks, T-shirts, etc. And . . . a small display case full of CBD products!!! Who knew??? Pretty good variety of products. Prices seemed decent. Staff was pleasant and happy to explain the products to you. Super convenient location, too.
